I needed a sewer lateral and could not get decent service until I found Elias on Yelp. Wow, they took care of my permits, dealt with EBMUD and totally handled the situation. This year I had problems with water running under my home causing foundation issues. I called Elias. It looked like I hired EMBUD. The crew started moving dirt and installing plumbing in no time. They put in a French drain and saved my home. This is an honest business that performs. I give them my highest recommendation and I'm not one to write reviews very often.

Elias helped me out with a clogged toilet that took minutes to fix! I had different experience with a plumber a year ago with a similar issue. Then, I was quoted a few thousand dollars to replace a section of a main line due to roots growing through the pipe.

Well, Elias solved the issue so quickly that I asked if we could check the main line with a camera like last year. Once the camera was setup, He insisted I watch the screen with him during the process, which I didn't due a year ago. Guess what? Pipes were all clear!

I'm very happy with the service, quick response and very grateful for Elias including me as a part of the process.

They answer their phones, even on a Sunday, worked with my schedule and they have very reasonable rates. I will definitely use them again and I already referred them to my landlord.

Elias and his team were punctual, kept the job site clean and did an amazing job. The team answered any questions we had along the way and were in communication with us about timelines throughout.

No one wants to spend money on home improvements they can't ""see"" but I can honestly say once the job was done I wasn't mad about it. In addition to that I know if we have any plumbing issues going forward we know exactly who we'll call.

Everything that Elias and his team did, was with excellent quality, professionalism, cheerfully and helpfully. Our questions were all answered and their solutions were priced right and worked! They did our building's sewer Laterals, replacing the existing cracked pipe after thoroughly scoping it first. They did the same scoping for a broken dryer vent pipe after I spent endless hours and money on a different vent cleaning company who has no idea what they're doing!
