Had an annoying washing machine drain clog. Ismael came and cleared out the clog and replaced some piping and drywalled the wall for me. I liked that he gave me choices of his to approach the clog.

He was very friendly, timely and neat with his work as well.

I have used this company twice before with no complaints so far. It is hard to find a good plumber to deal with these days, especially since being in the real estate business I deal with a lot o properties on a regular basis. I have dealt with a handful of different companies throughout my career with mixed results, some good and some bad. But it seems like I keep landing back with these guys at 1-800-Plumbing. I think I can say fodr sure I have found the company that I will be using for the long haul. I like the fact that their number is memorable, don't have to look it up. I love their customer service over the phone as they are always polite and understanding of my needs. So far the plumbers they have sent seem very knowledgeable and carry themselves in a professional manner. The last job they did for me was a property in Yorba Linda, just a simple water heater repair. None the less, they sent Chris over. He arrived on time and the price seemed right. My overall experience was good. Thank you guys once again.

I needed a complete plumbing redo in my duplex and after 5 other estimates I finally felt comfortable with this company. Ishmael and his crew are amazing! Courteous, professional and thorough, they gave me an honest estimate and plenty of options for my building. They worked with me on the price, which was fair based on the other estimates I received, so I chose to just do everything all at once and lock in the 10 year guarantee. Lynn, my contact at the office, was outstanding. She was available literally day and night, I'm not sure she sleeps! A lot of little issues can come up with a job like this and she was there to handle everything quickly and always with an incredibly positive outlook. I'm very happy to have them as my go to plumbers for at least the next 10 years at my property! Highly recommended!

I just wanted to thank 1800 plumbing for sending me Joseph. He was so friendly, easy-going, very informative and explained what he was going to do in detail. He is such a hard worker and I know he enjoys his job and is really good with people. I had a water leak from main water pipe coming up through the cracks of my pavement in the front yard. This leak was probably going on for long time and my water bills were sky high which was a mystery then, I do not use a lot of water. I called few places(no luck), then Lynn answered the phone she was super nice and sent Joseph right away. Joseph was also considerate and honest and advised me on how to save money by going underground vs high cost of what a plumbing company would charge by breaking cement pavement. We had very difficult job but the price was awesome and I want to thank Josh for this. Finished the job marvelously and my yard was put back to exactly how it was. I am so ever grateful and appreciative for the expedient work performed by these 2 brothers and the company. This company's customer service is one of the best I've seen, I had to call Lynn so many times asking different questions and every time she was so ever sweet! So my troubles are finally over! Thanks!!

I was helped with scheduling by a woman named Lynn who was so fast and efficient and really on top of things. This made my experience that much better. After receiving my jetting service I was made aware of the situation and conditions of my plumbing. Needless to say, they were not pushy, instead my technician explained the situation and said they would email me an estimate for future repairs. The cherry on top was when I received a follow up call from Lynn in the customer service department to confirm that I had a great experience. Last week my toilet started leaking, but soon after I called ""Ricardo"" showed up ready to help! His positive attitude was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about the issues I had. He quickly wrote up the estimate and got to work. He finished quickly and left the job flawless. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Great job Ricardo!!!
