I selected them due to the very high Yelp ratings but they did a poor job attempting to replace my kitchen faucet. They did not install the correct supply line connectors, it leaked, they did not return my calls, and I had to hire another plumber to correct it.

I'm so happy I called Rooter & Plumbing Masters to help us with our plumbing problems. In particular, I'm thankful to Lee with helping us. Back in November 2019, after our daughter took a bath, the water didn't drain. Soon after our toilet became clogged. We knew we had to call a plumber right away. I called RPM and Lee came out to help us. After Lee did his investigation, he discovered that our home didn't have an accessible clean out. Thankfully Lee helped us by installing a new two-way clean out in our front yard, which was a big help. During the installation, he did a camera probe of our sewer line to make sure we didn't have any clogs or breaks in our line. Thankfully nothing was found in the pipes inside the house. However, when he did the probe down stream towards the street, he discovered that tree roots were penetrating the 74 year old clay sewer pipe. Not only that, but there was buckling and sections of pipes that were beginning to separate. Lastly, he discovered and illustrated to us that our existing water and gas supply lines made of galvanized pipe had corroded and were paper thin. Lee consulted with us and came up with a plan to remedy the situation. He recommended that we replaced the 74 year old clay pipe with new ABS pipe and to provide a resin liner on the remaining section of pipe that connected to the city sewer line. Unfortunately, since it was around the holidays, we had to wait for this work to be done. Thankfully, Lee advised us that we should be good for several months with our existing pipes after they hydro jetted our line. That gave us peace of mind. We recently scheduled Lee to come out in June 2020. When he came out to our home, he ran over the game plan with us for all the work that was to be done. Lee and his associates went straight to work and did an incredible job. Throughout the whole process, Lee kept us informed of every step and he illustrated all the work that was done. All the work took one week and he did everything to minimize our down time without services. At the end, we had a new water and gas line, an new ABS sewer pipe connection, and a new resin liner for the remaining pipe to the city that will all last at least 50 years. So we are all set. Throughout the whole process, Lee and his associates were courteous, attentive, and kept a clean area. I was very impressed with all the work that they did. I would highly recommend RPM and Lee for your plumbing needs. I will certainly call upon Lee at RPM for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Lee for giving us peace of mind. - William

I have used this company for the last two years at my girlfriend's Condo that was not built correctly. Cutting corners and stuff out of code. Anyway, her place kept getting clogs and Rooter and Master Plumbing via 1-800plumbing-rpm.com have always done a great job. They charge reasonable prices for the work they do. Ismael, Joe and Scott are the technicians who have serviced her place and are very professional, courteous and friendly. Ismael had mentioned where the initial clog was going to be a problem and Scott confirmed and found another issue. I finally had the funds to take care of the repairs and again very reasonable. They were also quick and did not take away much time of being able to use our water. I recommend them highly. They have payment plans to help as well. Thank you very much!

Called to request a quote for a leak inspection at a property we manage yesterday and I was initially told that the inspection could cost approximately $200. I told the person who answered the phone that we are not on site and we just need a quote. She told me that someone would go out to the property and take a look then they would call me back with pricing for the inspection. I never got a call and I decided to follow up. The man that answered (said he was the vice president) told me that no one would charge that much and that he has no clue where that number came from. I tried to explain to him the conversation I had with the lady yesterday but he kept speaking over me and wouldn't let me talk. Very unprofessional.

These guys are awesome, I called them late Tuesday and they were at my place of business early the next morning. Arturo came and was able to diagnose the issue lighting fast. Within minutes, he was in and out and had us back up and running. Thanks Arturo.

The service was a total rip off. In April of this year 2019, I had them come out to do some plumbing work. Arturo Insinuated that the plumbing was bad. Charged over $2000 to repair and did not do what they were suppose to do. I talked with the owner at the office and they said they would send a supervisor out to check out the work. Supervisor did not come out but some other guys came out. One was so heavy he couldn't fit in the crawlspace below the house. Then they tried to state that they would fix what was done and do other work for a lot cheaper. Both times they did not provide a video inspection, but tried to use their phones. Not very professional. I wouldn't let them near my house again. I told owner that I gave Montebello priority to do the business. I was wrong. Use them at your own peril. If you do not know anything about plumbing, get several estimates before committing to work being done. Again total ripoff from these guys.

We recently had Jose G. come out to a bathroom leak. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved all issues within a couple of hours; that included purchasing some replacement fixtures at a nearby Home Depot. He was knowledgeable, customer service oriented and demonstrated a strong work ethic. I highly recommend him.

We had a backed up main line that was causing the drainage to comeback through the rear shower. Felix and Joe came out and used the hydro jet and did a camera inspection. They did a great job. They showed me an issue we had with an old cast iron main. Will have to get it replaced soon. Great job!
