Overall, I had a good experience with this company. I reached out on a Saturday morning because I had a clogged tub, and they were able to send someone right away. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than anticipated and they gave me an estimate, and then came back the next day to do the word. What was only going to take a few hours took literally the entire day because, again, there was a bigger problem. The guys were helpful, and we ultimately got the problem fixed, but the tiles they placed back broke a couple of times and someone had to return to finish the job and lay the cement properly and I wish they had patched the wall better. I would use the company again, but just be more direct about if they are leaving to get a part, what time will they be back, things like that. I probably didn't ask enough questions. But overall pleased with the job.

tl:dr; Other companies have stronger hydro-jets and smaller line scopes (cameras). Shop around and don't take the first quote. Owners update has a number of false statements.

Come on, you seriously messed up. It's not personal, but if this doesn't warrant one-star, what does? Your $8800 quote plus $2000 for secondary contractors was solved with 5-minutes of hydro-jetting work from another company.

It's also hard to reconcile the fact that 3-people from your company were onboard with digging up my kitchen and driveway over 5-days. I can come up with two explanations for how this could happen - neither of them are particularly nice.

To clarify some mistakes in the response:

1) I do not have Rooter and Plumbing Masters mixed up with another company. I have invoice(s) to prove this.

2) The pipe is not broken and never was. While it is factually correct that all pipes will eventually break (great point /s), mine has not. I have a video to prove this.

3) The kitchen pipe is not too small to scope. Again, the second company had no problems scoping this line.

4) No company hydro-jetted my line before Rooter and Plumbing ""Masters"".

I called to have RPM fix a leaking hot-water line in an apartment building. The were on site just a few hours after I called. Their plumber was professional and fast. The difficult fix was completed in 30 minutes and the residents had their water back on same day. The price was reasonable. I've added RPM to my plumbing short-list.

Excellent service from their technician Oscar. I called via yelp this afternoon for a backed up toilet. Josh was helpful and he dispatched Oscar.
Oscar arrived and cleared the toilet in no time . He also advised his recommendations on future work under our old house.
