I just wanted to thank 1800 plumbing for sending me Joseph. He was so friendly, easy-going, very informative and explained what he was going to do in detail. He is such a hard worker and I know he enjoys his job and is really good with people. I had a water leak from main water pipe coming up through the cracks of my pavement in the front yard. This leak was probably going on for long time and my water bills were sky high which was a mystery then, I do not use a lot of water. I called few places(no luck), then Lynn answered the phone she was super nice and sent Joseph right away. Joseph was also considerate and honest and advised me on how to save money by going underground vs high cost of what a plumbing company would charge by breaking cement pavement. We had very difficult job but the price was awesome and I want to thank Josh for this. Finished the job marvelously and my yard was put back to exactly how it was. I am so ever grateful and appreciative for the expedient work performed by these 2 brothers and the company. This company's customer service is one of the best I've seen, I had to call Lynn so many times asking different questions and every time she was so ever sweet! So my troubles are finally over! Thanks!!

I was helped with scheduling by a woman named Lynn who was so fast and efficient and really on top of things. This made my experience that much better. After receiving my jetting service I was made aware of the situation and conditions of my plumbing. Needless to say, they were not pushy, instead my technician explained the situation and said they would email me an estimate for future repairs. The cherry on top was when I received a follow up call from Lynn in the customer service department to confirm that I had a great experience. Hi Y'all,
Last week my toilet started leaking, but soon after I called ""Ricardo"" showed up ready to help! His positive attitude was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about the issues I had. He quickly wrote up the estimate and got to work. He finished quickly and left the job flawless. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Great job Ricardo!!!

Ishmael and Bobby did a great job assessing a broken garbage disposal and gave me a really fair quote for a superior replacement. Turns out 3 days later I had a pinhole leak in a hot water pipe in a patio closet. I didn't hesitate to call 1-800-Plumbing. Ishmael and Joe came out and gave me several options. We were in full conversation the entire time and as things progressed I made a decision to replace the cold water pipe, which was also in questionable condition. Ishmael and Bobby gave me a discount on the extra work. In the end I am quite satisfied with the job they did. They delivered on everything they promised.

I had a slab leak that needed immediate repairs. 1-800-Plumbing came to my house quickly. During the slab leak repair there were some complications that resulted in holes in my wall and my neighbor temporarily out of power. Josh, the owner of 1-800-Plumbing was pro-active in his communication to resolve the issues. Lynn from quality control took the time to listen about my issue and didn't waste any time to get to a resolution. For a business owner to do that is impressive and earns repeat business because reputable and trustworthy plumbers are few and far between. Thanks Josh for valuing me as a customer. I want to give a shout out to Lee as well. He was the initial plumber who did a great job in repairing the slab leak and did an excellent job of walking me through all the issues.
