On Christmas Day I noticed a wet spot in my downstairs bathroom carpet I didn't think much about it and even thought my Dog might have done it ? I put a dry wash towel and when I returned home that evening it was all damp. I was leaving to Vegas the next day so I had to pack all I could think about was that wet towel so then at midnight I checked Yelp and found 1800plumbing I called and Josh answered he wasn't mad that I was calling at midnight. I told him my dilemma about leaving on vacation at 10am asked if he would come check he agreed and he was here the following morning although he wasn't 100% sure at the time and I didn't have time for him to check further he shut water off to restroom and said if carpet dried then it was the wax or resealing for the toilet. He gave me his card and said call me when you get back so we can do the work. I did last Sunday night set up appointment for Tuesday and Oscar came and fixed it. They are nice honest reasonable and trustworthy I will be referring them to my friends and definitely calling on them again. Thank you so much. Yolanda
