I am in New York and had a problem with our two toilets backing up at our home in Palm City. I looked for a rotor company and found rooter one. They came to the house immediately and serviced the problem. The employee who came to the house to fix the problem was wonderful. His name is Joe . He was efficient and very kind and knowledgeable. Simple faucet R&R minor drainpipe work $350.00. Took maybe 2 hrs. Seems expensive to me will use someone else next time. But what do you do once they are in your house you get it fixed kind of got you, I even supplied the faucet. Revised review Jamie was true to his word. Refunded me $100.00 better price for repair. I have never had bad service at Rooter One, and I've used them numerous times in the past. We called them for issues at our now-defunct restaurant, and use them at the house. They've fixed our toilets, unclogged drains, installed new faucets, and I know they do much more than that. Their customer service reps are great, their techs are prompt and knowledgeable, and I have never had a complaint. Indeed, I've tried others in the past during a plumbing emergency and ended up calling Rooter One out to come fix that other company's mistakes. Please consider them when looking for plumbing help. Duane came out today and helped us with our kitchen sink and a drain clog. Two separate issues fixed relatively easily, although he did need to cut into the counter to accommodate a slightly larger faucet. He did so without complaint, and without damage to our counters. Great service, nice people, all around a good company to go to.

Last night I had a problem with leaking water in my guest bathroom which was going through the floor. Rooter One was recommended for this emergency visit. I contacted Rooter One, spoke with Linda who was very reassuring about how quickly my problem was going to be addressed, evaluated and I would be contacted. It was not long before I received a phone call from Lawrence who evaluated the problem, was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem. Lawrence went over and above in taking care of the problem at a cost which was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Rooter One!

Terrible Company and would not recommend them under any circumstances. I hired them to do a septic and drain field inspection prior to the purchase of my new home and they did not do a complete and thorough inspection. As a result, I have had to pay over $6,000 for a new drain field. What made matters worse, is their VP of Operations, Scott, is incredibly unreasonable and has no customer service skills at all. I only wish I would have read the reviews before using them.
