Simple faucet R&R minor drainpipe work $350.00. Took maybe 2 hrs. Seems expensive to me will use someone else next time. But what do you do once they are in your house you get it fixed kind of got you, I even supplied the faucet. Revised review Jamie was true to his word. Refunded me $100.00 better price for repair. I have to share my wonderful experience with Lawrence from Rooter one. I have dealt with many plumbing companies and I must say his knowledge and professionalism is simply the best. He was on time, answered all of my questions with patience and kindness and truly took the time to fix my issues. Terrible Company and would not recommend them under any circumstances. I hired them to do a septic and drain field inspection prior to the purchase of my new home and they did not do a complete and thorough inspection. As a result, I have had to pay over $6,000 for a new drain field. What made matters worse, is their VP of Operations, Scott, is incredibly unreasonable and has no customer service skills at all. I only wish I would have read the reviews before using them.

Finding honest and helpful companies can be difficult sometimes - I am ecstatic to have found Rooter One! Pete was more than helpful - I called after hours and he was willing to make the trip to help our family get our septic tank back up and running late in the evening. We ended up scheduling for the morning and he was at my house by 9 am to get the job done! As a first time customer I expected to get squeezed in later in the day, but Pete came and fixed our problem first thing - he knew I had a family member on hospice in the home and he wanted to make sure her level of care wasn't diminished. I am so thankful I found such an amazing company to help with this problem. Safe to say we will only be using Rooter One from here on out!

I woke up to a leaking spigot that had leaked the entire night if not longer.... Called Rooter One and they sent Chase over today!! Chase was the absolute best he not only fixed that spigot but also tackled the other one in the back yard!! All within an hours time!! And what I thought was going to cost me big time (that's no lie with my water bill) was so very reasonable!! Thank you Rooter One and Chase-your the best!! Lynda

Last night I had a problem with leaking water in my guest bathroom which was going through the floor. Rooter One was recommended for this emergency visit. I contacted Rooter One, spoke with Linda who was very reassuring about how quickly my problem was going to be addressed, evaluated and I would be contacted. It was not long before I received a phone call from Lawrence who evaluated the problem, was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem. Lawrence went over and above in taking care of the problem at a cost which was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Rooter One!

I have never had bad service at Rooter One, and I've used them numerous times in the past. We called them for issues at our now-defunct restaurant, and use them at the house. They've fixed our toilets, unclogged drains, installed new faucets, and I know they do much more than that. Their customer service reps are great, their techs are prompt and knowledgeable, and I have never had a complaint. Indeed, I've tried others in the past during a plumbing emergency and ended up calling Rooter One out to come fix that other company's mistakes. Please consider them when looking for plumbing help. Duane came out today and helped us with our kitchen sink and a drain clog. Two separate issues fixed relatively easily, although he did need to cut into the counter to accommodate a slightly larger faucet. He did so without complaint, and without damage to our counters. Great service, nice people, all around a good company to go to.

I highly recommend this Company...The are professional, courteous, and prompt! I had an emergency Septic issue, and they were there in a flash! And as for Ellis. There aren't enough words to say about this guy....he was patient and kind, professional and just an amazingly nice person. Ellis you rock! Thank you for your kindness and taking care of my issues.
