Franco with Old school rooter. Did a great job clearing the main drain. Yesterday my drain was blocked. He promptly arrived to my home, Hydro jetted the drain. Problem solved!!. I've called Franco in the past. He's honest and gets the job done!! Any plumbing issues that come up, he's my go-to plumber.

Background- our outside pool toilet was clogged. We have my daughter's friends over for swimming lesson and I think one of them went crazy with the toilet paper use. We tired using a plunger but the clog was too big I guess, and gross murky water was also coming out of the shower! We needed that toilet cleared asap as we were having a backyard party the next weekend. Called a couple of plumbers they wanted ridiculous $$. The hubby asked me if I could just buy one of the industrial snake machine things on Amazon but after reading reviews you're likely to scratch up the toilet leaving black marks. Hubby tried one more time shopping around and remembered rooter old school. Called, Franco picked up right away. Was able to get him scheduled before our party. He came when he said he would on time and suggested going through the roof/using the ventilation instead of removing the toilet and reinstalling it (as others have suggested for $$$). I had no idea you can unblock the toilet that way! Toilet left in pristine condition, now unblocked and ready to go for our party. Deleting all the other plumber contacts in our phone and only leaving Franco's contact info!

Franco was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the problem at my house. My bathrooms were overflowing. He got the job done in a timely manner. Was very friendly and respectful. He cleaned up my sewer with the hydro jet and cleared the roots. When he was done he cleaned up his work space. Fair prices. Will definitely call again.

I called rooter old school because I had a problem with my shower drain. It was clogged. Franco responded quickly, I explained the problem and he did not hesitate to come to my house that same night. He arrived on time and did an excellent job, the price was reasonable, there was never an extra charge even though it was an overnight job. Highly recommended, punctuality, responsibility and a very clean job, very satisfied with his service.

I called Franco because I have a drain in the. backyard that is totally plugged. It is a storm type drain that runs vertically behind a retaining wall and thenf under a patio out to the street. Franco made an appt to come in days and showed up on time. He was very clear what needed to be done (hydrojetting about 90 feet of drain pipe) and seemed skilled at what he does. He did a complete job and cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend Franco at Old

Shyster!! Originally thought the work was going to be great, had a huge plumbing problem and paid a pretty penny. Franco took liberties without consulting me about how and where drain outlets would be which effectively ruined my garage and created a larger problem for my property in the long run

Needed our tub clog cleared and thought we'd do our main line at the same time. Contacted Franco and he said he could come out the next day in the afternoon. He was a no show with no notice. We contacted him and were willing to give a second chance and he said he'd come the following day. Again, he failed to show up and made no effort to say he wasn't coming or if there was a scheduling issue. Thankfully we were able to secure a plumber who actually came when they said they would. So we can't speak to the quality of Franco's work since he never showed up, but I'm guessing we dodged a bullet.

I normally do not come in here to write reviews but I felt scamed by Franco. My plumbing went bad back in November 2020 a friend recommended me to this company. Our pipes Burst, water heater burst and I decided to call Franco. First quote was 5000$. Pretty steep specially with Covid times. We came up with the money but later that day he comes and tells us that it's going to cost an additional 6000$ to fix the pipe to the sewer. He installed an emergency valve in the garage without my concent. We had to put the remainder of the 6000$ on credit because we couldn't afford it. 6 months later we get a leakage in the garage, I lost over 8000$ of property damage(my inventory was in the garage. He came and inspected the leak on told me that it is not his fault. If you are a professional you will tell me the potential problems that can arise in the future, but no he told me that to fix the problem it's gonna cost an additional 7000$. This is a scam! Why offer a 20 year warranty and void it because of your negligence. Already created charge backs because the job was never finished! Now we got to hire someone else and hopefully settle this in court! Stay away the guy is a scammer. I never felt so wrong in my life!

We needed to replace an old toilet replaced and Used the Yelp ""request a quote"" function. Old School Plumbing responded immediately with a very fair price and specific time to do the work. Franco arrived right on time and was very professional. I was really impressed with how conscious he was about keeping everything clean and wiping down all surfaces with wipes. He was so nice I gave him some additional work we have been waiting to do and he did a great job. I have added their number to my phone in case I need them again!
