I highly recommend Rooter Old School Plumbing. We called this service to clear an outdoor drain. Franco was quick to assess the situation and offer up suggestions. After a brief discussion we agreed on a plan of action and he went right to work. After a few attempts and utilizing different methods he was able to clear the drain. We are very grateful for his patience in clearing our drain. Rooter Old School Plumbing was the 3rd plumber we contacted and was by far the most reasonable and professional, as the other larger plumbing companies wanted us to agree to outrageous fees before stepping foot onto our property or quoted a hefty before even looking at the drain. What can i say I'm so glad i found Franco. After going through so many plumbers i finally found the one. We ended up having to replace our entire exterior/interior pipes. He even showed us where the problem was with his camera and also answered all the questions i had. He was able to get the job done in a little under two days. Franco with Old school rooter. Did a great job clearing the main drain. Yesterday my drain was blocked. He promptly arrived to my home, Hydro jetted the drain. Problem solved!!. Background- our outside pool toilet was clogged. We have my daughter's friends over for swimming lesson and I think one of them went crazy with the toilet paper use. We tired using a plunger but the clog was too big I guess, and gross murky water was also coming out of the shower! We needed that toilet cleared asap as we were having a backyard party the next weekend. Called a couple of plumbers they wanted ridiculous $$. The hubby asked me if I could just buy one of the industrial snake machine things on Amazon but after reading reviews you're likely to scratch up the toilet leaving black marks. Hubby tried one more time shopping around and remembered rooter old school. Called, Franco picked up right away. Was able to get him scheduled before our party. He came when he said he would on time and suggested going through the roof/using the ventilation instead of removing the toilet and reinstalling it (as others have suggested for $$$). I had no idea you can unblock the toilet that way! Toilet left in pristine condition, now unblocked and ready to go for our party. Deleting all the other plumber contacts in our phone and only leaving Franco's contact info!
