These guys were stellar. I've had multiple companies come out to work on plumbing in the past and these guys knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to alleviate to problem - which, I might add, they identified immediately and differently than anyone else. I'm thrilled. Excellent work! Also, they were so polite, explained everything to me and even worked with my schedule. Legit work!

I would never user this company , the price are a RIP off my home warrant company was paying to new water heater , services and removal of old heater, Rooter man wanted to charge another $810 dollars out of pocket for part they over charged for

Stand / $150 Walmart $27-$69, Home Depo$39- $79
Water pan / $150 Walmart charge 9-46, Home Depo $9- $64
Ball valve / $85
T&P Hard pipe mod / $80
Drain line / $120
Pipe mod / $225
$810.00 Total Out of Pocket Cost
The fist price is what Rooter-Man charges are rip offs they claim it also installation cost so $100 to put a 2lb pan down.

I would not give them 1 star if that was possible also reporting to the Better Business Bureau
If you see the company you need to run.

I had my floors replaced few weeks ago. I had a leak under toilet in the master bathroom and filed a claim unfer the home warranty company. When I told the guy about the floors being replace he immediately blamed it on the flooring company. My son was also here and knows they are not at fault. They replaced the floors in b
th bathrooms and the quest bath no problem. The tech only wiggled the bolt and stated they had over tighten the bolt and broke the flange. He did not check to make sure just got up and stated it was not covered by warrany and that was the end. I ask him if he was going to check and he stated he had been doing this for 17 years and new what was wrong. I later talk to a plumber and he asked did he pull the toilet. No Well how can he be for sure. Come to find out it is not the flange but a leak at the tank. Do not use this company..... under any circumstances. They think because you are a woman you are stupid. Most of my family or plumbers but only in another state. Women are not stupid. He did not even check for water leaks any where else. Called warranty company and voiced my my concerns about company and stated if I had another problems dealing with this type issue I would refuse this compan,ys service. This is Temple Texas don't know why it states California

My tenants had been without plumbing almost a week. No other plumbers could get out there and I called Rooter Man and they were able to come the soonest. They did an amazing job getting everything up and running and pricing was very fair and competitive. It was a complicated job and they handled it perfectly. Constant communication throughout repair process and took the time to explain it so I could understand. Highly recommend.

Rooter-man has to be the crappiest customer care I've delt with. Company was called to rescheduled and came anyways 3 1/2 hours later. I was not notified of my brand new tub being defective out of the box and was installed anyways. They wanted 500$ to uninstall and replace what they messed up.

This company was assigned by my warranty company to come work on my house. I had placed two claims with my warranty company making sure 4R's was assigned to both so that my tenants wouldn't have to leave work to be at their house twice. When the plumber got there, he only had the info for one claim. After I called (and the plumber had already left) "Oh yes, ma'am. We have the second claim, we just missed it. Now my renters have to leave work to go out there again. This is NOT very respectful of people's time.

OH! The best part! When they schedule an appointment, they don't actually verify that appointment with anyone!! "Well we left two messages." But they didn't actually talk to my renters to verify that someone would actually be at this made up appointment time! Seems incredibly inefficient to make appointments with the ASSUMPTION someone will be there. Waste of everyone's time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!

It also doesn't say good things that they work under many different company names.

Review for 31 July (this morning)- I am updating my review at this time. Once communication finally started, due mainly from the efforts of Christine, the office staff which began at 1630 on 30 July to 2130. Christine got in contact with the owner of the company and the technicians, she called me at 2130 to let me know that the technicians would be out this morning between 0800 to 0830. I received a follow-up call from the technician Cody. Both Cody and the main technician James Fry arrived about 0830, they were very nice and apologized for the continued damaged that was caused due to the first 2 technicians that came on 25 July and did nothing to stop the constant trickle of water that continued until 29 July. These 3 people, Christine, James Fry, and Cody, redeemed Rooter Man. They were pleasant when speaking with me and showed genuine concern regarding the added 5 days of water causing damage that could have been stopped on 25 July. I didn't hear from the owner of Rooter Man, but I will say you have a wonderful office staff in Christine because she addressed this issue, on a Saturday, while at home with her family. Rooter man has a great individual as their communicator in Christine. Also, the 2 technicians that arrived this morning, James Fry and Cody, were very professional and they sure know their work. They did a great Job and I thank you for that. All that is left now is dealing with the water damage which was estimated by a water restoration company of $1600, but that was before the added 5 days of leaking. My home warranty company covered some of the installation of a new hot water heater and Christine told me we would discuss some compensation for the mistake the first 2 technicians caused on Monday, 1 Aug 2022. So in closing of this updated review, I want to thank Christine, James Fry, and Cody, these 3 individuals saved Rooter Man's reputation in my eyes. Would I use Rooter Man again, absolutely, as long as I can establish the initial communication with Christine and hopefully, James Fry and Cody would be the technicians sent. GREAT JOB!!!! AND THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Review from 23 JuIy to the evening of 31 July- I wanted to not give any stars, but the review would not post without at least 1 star given, however, Rooter Man does not deserve even 1 star. I found a water leak on Saturday, 23 July, I notified my home warranty company, and a technician was scheduled to come between 8 am and 5 pm on Monday, 25 July. After waiting all day because that is what you have to do, be available on their time table, 2 techs came to my house. They said they were draining the tank and a new water heater would need to be installed. The 2 techs ran a garden hose from my water heater to outside, through my house, and told me to leave it draining and to top it off, it was still leaking. I then waited until Friday, 29 July before 2 other techs came to my house to install the new water heater. These 2 techs acknowledged that running the hose and letting the water heater continue to leak, was very bad work, and told me the 2 techs from Monday, would not have a job. After taking the water heater out, 1 of the techs told me he needed another part and could he come back on Saturday, between 11 am and 1 pm, I said that would be fine. At 1230 the next day (Saturday), the tech calls me and says he has a "family emergency" and he couldn't give me a time, but it would be today. I spoke to him again sometime after 4 pm and he still couldn't give me a time and added he "hoped" he could get there today. I have called the office number and office woman called me back, she said she didn't know anything about an emergency, because this is the same tech that was on call for today. She told me she would be calling the owner and could he call me, I told her yes. It is now 1938 (7:30 pm) and I still have not heard from the tech, the office woman, or the owner. I still do not have a water heater installed, and the water damage at this time has risen to over $1600. Right now, if you need this company's service, run away as fast as you can!!! I am going to encourage my warranty company that they need to remove this business from their service and I am going to be making a major complaint to the Texas Consumer Affairs office in Austin. I am in total disbelief that a company would do something like this to a customer. I think I may also be filing a case against them for the continued water damage I had from 25 July to 29 July. I am also hoping that perhaps the owner might see this review and call the customer like his office staff has been trying to get him to do since 4:30 pm this afternoon. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
