Yes, I'm leaving a review for a plumber...and it's well deserved. To start, I very RARELY need to hire tradesmen to do work in my home. That said, after five days of trying to unblock my shower drain I threw in the towel.
The person who came was prompt, efficient and had a great sense of humor. There was no possible way I could have solved the issue and rest assured, it's one for the record books. The ""blockage"" was removed and everything was cleaned and sanitized! My better half simply knows the ""blockage"" was taken care of but she will never learn what that blockage was or else she would be moving out immediately. Thanks for the great service

I've had Rooter Man come out 3 different times for separate issues and they were phenomenal every time. This last time they even had the random pump parts I needed in their truck.

Quick response, reasonable prices and they stand by their work. They cleared roots from our house to the street, but we were still seeing some issues. They responded immediately and found the additional issue, and dealt with the problem for no additional charge. The previous owners had installed the wrong type of clean out which made the job even harder, but Rooter-Man kept at it until the problem was solved. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Hannah who called back within a few minutes of us reaching out to their company Rooter*Man, and had one of their plumbing technician Jayson R. stop by to help us with a 3-in-one problem...our toilet, sink and shower drains were backed up. It didn't take Jayson long to figure out a 2 step plan but luckily the first plan worked almost immediately! Jayson has a great personality, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his trade. He was in and out in under an hour, with everything fixed! Wow! We are so happy to have found Rooter*Man and 100% satisfied with the service provided. Jayson Ruddell and his partner Rane' were available within a few hours on this post-Thanksgiving Friday, to investigate a plugged main truck drain line to the street. Jayson's knowledge and demeanor was as professional/casual as they get. After an initial exploration, he speculated as to the overall problem, gave me a few options with prices to consider, and patiently went about the work while I crunched the numbers. After informing him that we'd be taking the more immediate option and schedule the larger answer in 2023, they both took to repairing and cleaning out our line.

Of note, Jayson's plumbing knowledge related to the construction history of Santa Rosa was valuable. Owning an office building which was originally a SFD in the 1940's brings it's own unique set of problems related to plumbing. Jayson understood my dilemma and made no hard-sell of any services. That quality alone set me at ease.

With some history of past work by this business, I again could reach out with confidence that I'd get a solution that took care of our clinicians and clients bathroom needs without delay. Saturday morning arrived for weekend staff and clients, with no one the wiser as to the potential bathroom problems that they could have confronted them. I truly can say the Jayson went the extra mile without charging me for that mile (or two or three). In the end, he appreciated my need and the the importance of the moment.

Appreciated the company's response on a Saturday. They cleared the sewer line then followed up with a camera to isolate where the roots were the problem.

I am a Realtor in Sonoma County and frequently call Rooter-Man for sewer lateral inspections and other services.

However on November 4, 2022 I called for a very special reason...in the early morning hours we discovered that two of our kitties were trapped in 6"" pipe in a storm drain. We could hear the mournful cries coming from somewhere in over 100' of drainage lines. Pending weather called for rain and they surely would not make it.

I remembered that Tony at Rooter-Man had a special camera to find cracks in sewer lines and reached out to him at 6:00 AM via text. He immediately responded and had his son, Michael Morales arrive first thing in the morning. This type of service is rarely experienced but Michael and his crew took it to the next level.

After Michael identified where one of the kitties was stuck, we had our landscapers start digging up over 5' of dirt where the pipes were buried. Michael said it would take too long digging up by hand and offered to bring up an excavator to expedite the process. He also had a second camera with a longer reach. The evacuator was onsite in less than an hour and they sent the second camera down the storm drain.

We were about to dig up thousands of dollars of landscaping, site work, and drainage infrastructure to find the kitties. But with the skilled work of the Rooter-Man crew, they located the stuck kitty 85' into the pipes and encouraged her to leave using the camera, but the kitty could not turn around. So they gently pushed and motivated her to back out and it worked! The kitty was saved!

Then they did a second search of all the remaining drainage lines for the second kitty. You see, we lost our home in the Tubbs Fire, rebuilt in 2019, and connected drainage lines to the old system. We were worried the other kitty might be hiding somewhere in the old system. The Rooter-Man crew made sure we were confident that that no other cat was hiding in the system before they left. And late that night, the second kitty came back home!!

Although I recommended Rooter-Man before this incident, I wanted to share our unusual experience and the excellent service we received from this outstanding family owned business!
