Rooter-Man's slogan is ""to the rescue"" and it certainly turned out to be the case for us. When we discovered a Friday morning clog that affected all three bathrooms, we called our ""regular"" home services company. After 40 minutes on hold listening to bad music and ads about their friendly customer service, they told us that they could send someone out to deal with the back-up the following Wednesday ... five days later. Not acceptable. We called Rooter-Man and they had Tyler at our house within an hour of the call. Tyler was friendly, helpful and speedy. A great plumbing technician. He had everything cleared out, cleaned up and packed up within an hour. The price was reasonable and Rooter-Man (Tyler, in this case) certainly came to our rescue before the weekend.

They'll be my very first call the next time!

Showed up with short notice on a Sunday and jetted the drain pipe that the tenant clogged with grease. the price was very reasonable . I would definitely recommend there service.

This is the second time we've used this company, and are very glad we did. We were experiencing a ""gurgling"" toilet, and a slow draining shower, both of which made us nervous. As it was the day after Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting them to come that same day, but they did, right on time. My husband had snaked the one toilet before Nicks arrival, and the toilet was slowly draining. When Nick got here, he looked in the clean out, and saw some toilet paper and water. He then ran his camera up the line about 20 feet or so (really cool to see that). All he saw was a little toilet paper, but no blockage. I guess my husband's handy work did the job after all. Nick advised me to flush all toilets, holding the lever down, to clear the lines, which worked! There was no charge for this visit and I was extremely happy and relieved. Nick was very polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

Late on a Sunday night and we had water dripping from our kitchen ceiling, with the master bathroom immediately above. A late night call was promptly returned and Michael was at our house by noon the next day. Michael is super polite, helpful and friendly as he worked to find the problem. We will definitely call Rooter-Man again should the need arise.

We love these guys. We met them in 2017 when the first plumber we called didn't fix our problem properly. Tony Morales came out and spent enough time to diagnose the real problem (which was horrible) and then fixed it (which I'm sure was yucky.) We've since called them a few times and have met Tony's son and one of the other guys. Everyone has been friendly and professional and has done a perfect job for a reasonable price. They are very responsive to time-urgent situations. We just got a bid from Tony for some work we're doing at our new place and look forward to working with him again. He's our plumber for life.

Five years ago we bought a house on a hillside that required a sewage ejector pump to move the waste water up to street level. Soon, the preexisting pump failed and we called Rooter-Man to investigate and to install a replacement. Since then, we've had them come a couple of times for inspections. Today we thought we smelled a problem coming from the area under the house where the pump is located, and called Rooter-Man. They arrived within about a hour, fixed the problem (arising from excessive grease build up), and tested the system, all within about 90 minutes. Every time we call them, they come quickly and know exactly what they're doing. Highly recommended.

Referred by a local plumber that was booked up until next week. Tyler B. from Rooter-Man came to the rescue to clear our severely clogged shower. He was quick, professional, and considerate. He shared inside tips on prevention and even an anecdote regarding remodel. I would call them again.

I had water heater issues earlier today and while I was at Home Depot I spotted the Rooter man vehicle and started a conversation with the Gentleman about my water heater.

His name is Mike and was very helpful. He told me what to look for and what I can do to get it up and running.

When I got home I was unsuccessful in getting it working. I called Mike and he was at my house in less than 2 hours to fix my water heater.

Mike is very customer focused and made everything seem-less. Will definitely use Rooter man again

Came over last minute on Labor Day, had family visiting for first time so was real urgent, Jayson and Nick were amazing and figured our issue quickly and at a great value no less. Sure enough it was dry lines but they were able to figure it out in no time and patiently explained the problem to me and were very quick at knocking out the work. All around great experience I would recommend.
