Our kiddo flushed something down the toilet! I was able to get a hold of Rooter-man after hours and they were there on time the next day to help us out. Michael was incredibly helpful in explaining the options and was quick to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves (which isn't a guarantee as we all know), much appreciated. They were also very friendly and the service was more than affordable. I will definitely be using them again if need be and would recommend them to anyone.

When you have a plumbing problem, you want rapid response, and honesty!
When the kitchen sink in our 1920's-vintage house backed up (again), I begged my MacGyver-contractor-husband to PLEASE let a plumber fix it this time, instead of spending the weekend under the sink and in the backyard, cursing, renting a snake, replacing pipes, and running back and forth to Home Depot.

He normally distrusts these types of businesses, and wants to do it himself rather than hire ""some Yay-hoo with a snake"" (his words).

I convinced him to call his favorite plumbing subcontractor, who immediately referred him to Rooter Man, recommending them as professional, trustworthy, honest, expert and reliable.
They responded to the call and were at our house quickly. They achieved a total clean-out of our drain, and I have no doubt that we won't have another sink back-up for another 50 years now! And I won't have to listen to my husband cussing under the house any more!

Tony is fantastic. Plumbing issue in our kitchen was taken care of immediately. He came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem and was upfront and honest. Will call again!

We used this company once and were pleased with the work. Two people came, one was a trainee and I would have appreciated been informed about this ahead of time..the second time we needed them for another job, we called the office and the secretary said they would call us back..We waited and waited and called back three different times without a response. Obviously,? they were too busy to even have the decency to answer us back. Needless to say we WON""T be using them anymore.

Highly recommend Rooter Man! We had a water situation in our bathroom, when I called them they sent someone immediately! Jayson Russell-Cosme did a fantastic job. We will definitely go back to them

I do not recommend Rooter-Man. Their estimate was 2-3x local competitors. When I started asking questions they backed out of the job. They put incorrect part numbers on the invoice to avoid any kind of research and then I came to find out they were suggesting a more expensive pump than necessary that was not even a match for what the septic system required. This could have cause huge damages! This was either professional incompetence or price gouging or both.

A guy named Brian came out to check our plumbing cause the septic was acting up. He checked a few things then noticed the breaker had tripped the pump off. He graciously turned it back on, much to our chagrin and was very helpful and knowledgable about all the other questions we had for him. We live in a very tiny house with two children and we would have been unable to use any water in the house, which would have been intolerable (even though it was an easy fix we had no idea). Brian was personable and we would have him come back for any other plumbing problems in the future. finding a good plumber is like finding a good car that never breaks down, you keep it.
the nicest part is he didn't charge us for our own ignorance in not being aware our pump had tripped a breaker. classy move and we are grateful to Brian and Rooter man.

Toilets plugged at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon....I'm thinkin' someone's gonna get some overtime tonight....that I'll pay for....
Called half a dozen places, many with just voice mail. One place said they could come out 'next week'......
Called Rooter-Man at 4:45pm, said they'd be here in about an hour. Came in 1/2 an hour. 15 min set up time, 15 min for the job, 15 min tear down. Fixed my problem so we can flush again! Nicholas was engaging & professional. Did the job, what more can we ask?

The response time was excellent . They actually arrived 10 minutes early and when you don't have water for the past 24 hours it's important! The 2 guys that came out were very friendly. They replaced my water heater that could not be repaired. If you need someone quick call these guys !!
