I called Rooterman about installing two new on-demand gas water heaters, as my old ones were over 20 years old. They came out and gave me a bid that was reasonable, and they promised to get the job done in one day. They sent three men at 9:30 am three days later, Mike, Jayson and Tyler. Mike and Jayson explained what they were going to do, and Mike left after one hour. I was blown away. Jayson and Tyler were done by 4pm, and it looks far more professional than what the other plumber did 20 years ago. They covered my carpets, wore booties and masks, hauled away the old water heaters and garbage, and left the area cleaner than when they found it. Great price, great job. My General Contractors license is 553989 (retired). I'll never call another plumber but Rooterman. Tony K.

I just had Michael from router man out to my house to give me an estimate on putting in a sewage pump system. I'm really glad that I called and that he was able to come out the same day. I got a ton of advice and I feel like he gave me honest prices and talked through options with me so I could take some time to think about the best one for my job. Even if I don't move forward on this particular project I will call them again for other jobs because I felt comfortable and like I was getting honest trustworthy info.

These guys worked for several hours today to get our plumbing issues resolved . They had been here three previous times starting on December 19, 2021 when they cleared a blockage on time for my holiday party guests arrived . Then they had to come two more times. I am the owner of a unit in a triplex and we needed all 3 owners on board to get this resolved . Today after all
the hard work the problem was found and it came from the unit they had not had access because of absentee owner . We are very happy to know we are safe from another flooding of toilets and tubs and showers . Thank you

We've been putting cat litter (World's Best) ""flushable"" down our low-flow toilet, which eventually clogged it. Then while using an auger, the metal tip broke off somewhere down the pipe. So we needed a professional.

During the busy holidays, I called and Laura was great. She was very understanding, professional, explained the pricing/steps and scheduled an appointment the very same day.

Gabe and Nick arrived and were great to work with. They explained everything and made good recommendations throughout. They retrieved the broken auger, made sure everything was clear/worked, cleaned the area and explained the pricing/warranty. Thank you and I'd highly recommend them.

Backed up toilets on a Sunday morning is never good... especially the week before Christmas. Five calls later, found my Christmas miracle! From the minute my call was pick up, the service was amazing!!! The woman in the other end of the line was so kind and said a tech would be out within the hour. Gabe arrived right on cue and Easley took care of the problem and then went on to tell me to have the septic pumped, etc. I am so grateful and can't thank them all enough. Would highly, highly recommend!!!

Our main line clogged. After being told by several other companies that I would have to wait days for service, Rooter-man came within 2 hours and fixed the problem. Nicholas was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Great service!

This is the second time Rooter-Man has saved the day. They should be named Super-Man. The first time was a house full of people and a backed up toilet on Christmas! Today was an old water heater that finally died. Cornelius and the rest of the gang were awesome initial call 830 by 10am Cornelius was at my house, noon I had a quote and around 430 we had hot water! You can not go wrong with Rooter-Man!!!
