Honest, efficient and reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend this company. I don't generally write reviews but was so happy with their work after getting some ridiculous quotes and being ripped off by a couple of other plumbers.

I am a property manager and have used rooter -man several times on commercial properties as well as residential properties and they always respond quickly and complete the job perfectly. Plus their prices are great ! They have done all kinds of plumbing jobs for me over the past couple years. They have fixed Leaks under the sink , leaks in the shower , water main leaks . I have also had them install septic lines . There staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you calling them next time you need a good plumber .

We are so disappointed and appalled for what they charged us for the work they did. Yes, they did come out right away. Yes, they did fix the simple issue. My husband, retired from being in construction at one time knew it wasn't a complicated issue but needed to get it done as soon as possible for our tenants. The leak was outside, not far from the main. The water dept came out and found the leak. The pipe was 12-18 inches underground and he took LESS THAN AN HOUR from start to finish. He wanted to charge us $1200. for this job. My husband stated how fast and easy this job was and said he lower the charge to $1000.00. My husband was shocked at this price for the work done, but he had already done the work, so he paid him.
My husband then called and asked to speak to the owner to explain the job. We could see charging us $500.-$600. but $1000-$1200? Wow, OUTRAGOUS! My husband spoke to the owner, he was cold and said ""that's what we charge"". So, please be forewarned. Rooter-Man is a WAY overpriced. Shop around people, you can do better than this. We will NEVER use them again and advise others to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Toilet running slow. Called at 11:30am. They said they'd be here between 12-1pm and they arrived at 12:45pm. Fixed the problem, cleanout leading to the septic tank. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

We periodically need to have the line from our house to the septic snaked due to tree roots growing over time. Mother's Day wasn't ideal timing but RM was up to the task. Gabe was on time, polite and very effective. Would definitely recommend Rooer-Man!

Can't really rate the company, but the guy they sent out to our home was terrific. Our pipes were clogged and we could not use the shower, sinks or toilet! Lots of whining going on before he arrived. His name is Michael. He was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He solved our problem and offered suggestions for additional work that would help avoid problems in the future. We were impressed and will have him do the future work soon.

We had a clogged toilet that wasn't responding to plunging or snaking. I called Rooter-Man and they were so prompt! The plumber was at our house within a half hour and fixed the problem in five minutes. The woman on the phone was also wonderful and told us ahead of time how much the service would be. I would use them again without reservation.

I'd give more than 5 stars if possible - these guys were great. I cannot recommend them enough. I'd hired another company a few years back for a different problem (something about ""Small"" in their name- the only thing not small about those guys was the bill...) Rooter-Man is far superior- great crew and fair price.

Ridiculously over priced. They don't have an hourly rate, plus materials. They give you flat price when they see the problem. By then, I just wanted to get the problem fixed so I said yes. But I will never use Rooter-Man again.
