I can't say enough good things about Ryan and Rooter Man. We live in an old Tahoe house and have had tons of issues with our old piping. Rooter Man has always come to the rescue! For our last job, Ryan was a HUGE help! He made the time to thoroughly inspect everything- even under the house. He's a creative problem solver who was able to diagnose the root cause of our problem and come up with a solution that fixed our problem for good and didn't break the bank. He and Richie worked extremely hard and were also very friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with. A successful business is a company that employs employees that provide excellent customer service ,expertise knowledge and integrity and Rooter Man is such a company. The following is a prime example.
About 3 weeks ago clearly what he was doing and coo I had a back up problem in my sewer system, I called early in the morning explained my problem and they said they would send someone out that afternoon, they did. Ryan showed up accessed the problem , clearly explained how he was taking care of the immediate problem. He informed me that tree roots were the main cause and would need a more powerful machine to correctly fixed the problem and then be able to access any further way to fix the problem correctly. He came back a week later and did so saw what needed to be done and suggested the way to go. I agreed and the other day came back with another employee named Ritchie, They efficiently began the work found a problem corrected it immediately and left me completely satisfied. Ryan and Ritchie provided excellent customer service, expertise work knowledge, and integrity. Especially Ryan since he was the one was involved from the very beginning , who had all 3 qualities more importantly the last one, INTEGRITY.
In closing Rooter Man a company that continues employ employees like Ryan and Ritchie when u experience sewer , septic problems they will be the only company you search out and employ to fix such problems.

We used Rooterman last summer when our bathroom plumbing backed up. Ryan of Rooterman appeared that day and diagnosed the problem. As he worked on the blockage he kept me fully informed of his progress, as well as of short term fixes and long term fixes to our septic system, always mindful of the potential cost. I very much appreciated his suggestions. I would use Rooterman again.

They responded quickly. It took one hour to return my call, another hour for the technician to arrive and less than a hour to unclog the sewer.
Cons
Dishonest worker. He took a brief look at the sewer and estimated the work costs over $500. He told me that's just how much it costs. It was about 2 p.m. I didn't want to waste time for another plumber. So I hired him for the job. Then I found out the camera inspection should be optional.
Bad Customer Service. I asked the Customer Rep to mail the receipt because the one the technician texted me is unreadable. Four weeks later, I still have not receive it. After you collected $515 from me, you couldn't send me a receipt for 55¢ postage!
