I've been using Rooterman to clear out the main drain on our 60 year old home for the past 3 years. They are reliable, professional and very reasonable ($49) This year, Juan was the tech that was sent and not only cleared our drain but replaced a plug that was broken at no additional charge! I called about 2 weeks ago because I needed a plumbing issue solved and I saw great reviews from this place. As soon as I called, Maria answered the phone and helped me out. Very nice helpful young lady. One of the plumbers came out and solved my issue quite quickly. Great turn around time! My new go to for any plumbing issues.

There honestly isn't enough positive words in the world to say about Marco. What was an extremely stressful situation, he made into a more than positive outcome. And QUICK TOO! He broke everything down into details and steps. Put all options in order on the table and assured me that no matter what, he will be able to fix the problem. I called for an appointment feeling pretty much hopeless but My technician Juan #76 made me feel at peace and did all he can do to fix my issue until it was fix! Please read this before you select them.
GI suggest you do not use them for rooter service, they come to you house for$49.00 to clear a stoppage and suggest you need a there rooter service instead of a plumber snake that didn't work.
Without stopping them from proceeding, just so happen to have there rooter person close by.
I find out after everyone else is charging $450 to Rooter my pipes and clear the stoppage they charge me $1175.00
I am 80 years old they over charged me.
When I called them and complained they said that's what they charge.
Do not trust them or use them they will take advantage of you and over charge you with no remorse.

stay clear! predatory plumbing. here's how it works. you call for a cheap drain snake service. they'll make as if they are trying to clear it but are encountering something too large to clear. a call will be placed to the ""manager"" who will then show up and size up your property to see how much he can extract from you. they'll say you need to replace a ton of lines, trench and so forth. if you approve work will begin and halfway through they'll say its worse than anticipated and what will be a 1-2k job will suddenly turn into a 7-9k job. except now you have no water and drainage and desperate. fortunately i didn't fall for this as i have plumbing knowledge and promptly removed them from the job once i caught wind of their little scam. and ended up finishing the job on my own where they rudely left off. so please do yourself a favor and find another good honest plumber who wont try to back you into a corner based on fear tactics.

I have called rooterman plumbing twice and both times we got the same technician Marco who has been amazing. He is very thorough and informative, he answers all of our questions and has given us great service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a plumbing service.
