so good. i searched and searched for someone like these guys they came out fast and they knew what they were doing. no up charging. fair pricing, good work. and Juan was amazing. he was so professional and knowledgeable. so nice too. made my problem go away and i felt so much relief. they did the job quickly and with care. it was my sewer line with a clog and alot of companies dont know how to treat it correctly. or want to over charge. highly recommend this company. thank you so much. rooter man.

Juan came out to clear our backed up tub. He gave it a try and then said he was afraid he would break our metal pipes. Huh? They aren't metal that go out to the street. He said that we would need the hydro clean and that was $750 with $500 deposit.
Today we had another plumber come out and actually clear out the pipes and saved ourselves at least $500. Don't appreciate when you try to up sell.
I do hope this was a fluke, but I won't be keeping their business card.
The reason for three stars is because he did not charge for this fruitless visit.

An inspection of main sewer line revealed tree root blockage, cracked clay pipe leading out to water main and blistered cast iron pipe leading into house. My neighbors hired Rooter Man for similar problem and I was able to observe their work next door. They did a great job. As a result, I decided to hire them as well.

Rooter Man technicians used trenchless technology to repair both pipes and also install two way clean out valves. They finished within two days time, put everything back in place, and left front yard as they found it.

Superintendent Daniel handled inspection, quote, and oversaw work. Technician Jacob and associate handled pipe access and valve work. They were joined by another team of two technicians who installed pipe sleeve and resin.

I found everyone to be very professional and competent. I was informed of process every step of the way. I really appreciated the timeliness, communication, conscientiousness, and courteousness. It was very reassuring to have Jacob, assigned throughout the whole process, including when second team arrived. I have recommended Rooter Man to my neighbors who have similar age homes and may discover a need for this kind of repair.

Juan made every effort to clear my kitchen drain and wound up using 2 different size snakes before succeeding. He was courtious, helpful and very competent. I would not hesitate to use Rooter-Man for future plumbing difficulties.
