We have used this company twice and both times were serviced by Marco.

He was able to replace collapsed piping due to rust, fix a separate clog (due to my own error) and provide both photos and estimates for repairs related to the initial call.

Very straight forward, honest and punctual. Excellent communication regarding appointments and assessments. Grateful we selected this company and were able to have Marco both times. Highly recommend

Last October, I was in the Midwest for my wedding anniversary. I received a call from the person staying in my house that the sewer pipes were clogged. I asked him to call a plumber to have the line cleared. The next day, Saturday, the plumber called me to inform me that thy were unable to clear the line. They recommended that they replace the entire sewer pipe network under my house as it was really old, (76 years). Their cost estimate was $9250.00 I was not in a position to interrupt my anniversary to fly back and get estimates for comparison purposes. They assured me that there were no other options. I asked them to let me know what caused the blockage and the location of the blockage. I agreed to their offer and they had the payment by Tuesday.
When I arrived home about ten days later, I checked the cleanout and could tell that it had been excavated to the base. I checked the high end clean out and it was clear that they had not removed and replaced ALL of the pipes. I crawled under the house and checked all of the new pipes, which seemed ok, however there were 7 or 8 lengths of old pipe (approx. 25 - 30 linear feet) still laying around. After cleaning up I checked the contract. All pipes shall be replaced and old the old pipes will be removed and hauled away. I checked their web site and saw that there was another option called hydro-jetting, which was not an option that was offered to me. I called them. It did not go well.
If you are reading this, looking for a plumber, do yourself and all others in the area a big favor, and keep looking. Beware of this company. They are predatory plumbers and we should not let these type of businesses take advantage of people that are in situations such as mine.

CRISIS in the bathroom - toilet flushing slow. Called Rooter Man and Rodrigo showed up right on schedule. He had the right tools and knew what to do. In a short time, everything was flushing like new.

I strongly recommend both Rodrigo and Rooter Man.

This is the best plumbing company we have ever hired after living in our house for 51 years. Goettl charges $80 and they were going to take 11 days to come out here. The other company we called came out and wouldn't honor a coupon I had for $89. They were going to charge us $214 so we told them no and the left. Today I called Rooter Man and they were here within 90 minutes! Juan was very nice, professional and did a great job. They only charged us $49! We got Juan's card and will only call Rooter Man in the future as well as tell all our friends and family about this awesome plumbing company. Thanks Rooter Man! Thanks Juan!

Juan was sent to our home to snake the drain from our kitchen sink. Rooter man advertised that snaking a drain would be $49. Juan arrived with a ""mini"" line snaker. The reason I say this is because we've had this line snaked out in the past and they always bring a very powerful snaker. I confirmed with Juan that the charge would be $49. He stuttered and stammered and said, ""Uh yeah, that's IF I can clear the line; if not, there's no charge. I've never had any plumber say that before he had even tried the snake, which sent up a red flag. Juan ran the snake for about 8 minutes and told me to try running the water, which was still clogged. He tried again for about 5 minutes and then said, ""I can't clear the line."" We asked him what he recommended for the next step. Juan said he had to call his office and ask them. He sat in his truck for an hour outside our home and I finally went to ask what was going on. He said he still hadn't heard from his office, so we sent him on his way and asked him to have someone call us. That was TWO DAYS ago and NOBODY called! Great customer service, right? I called them today and was told by the Receptionist that the next step would be a pressure wash for $1,100! My husband went to Home Depot, rented a snaking machine and cleared the clog in less than 2 hours!

So the scam appears to be offering a line snaking for $49, which is very reasonable, just to get you to call them out. Then they do a half-assed snaking job and tell you they can't clear the line and what's needed is an $1,100 pressure wash! NICE TRY!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! Call someone else or rent a machine from Home Depot for $50 and do it yourself!

Rooter man is the easiest and most straightforward company to deal with. The price they quote is the price you get. No hidden fees. No trying to upsell for services you don't need. My technician Juan did an amazing job both of the times he came out. He was friendly and straight to the point. He did not waste my time and was able to get the job done efficiently. Overall 10/10
