The technician was friendly. However after spending 2 hours under the sink to unclog the drainage, the problem worsened. Before the service the drain was slow but manageable, now water doesn't flow at all. The technician informed us that it would cost an additional $2000+ to fix the issue.
In the end, we paid for a service that made things worse.
The worst part is yet to come. I called the office afterwards and provided feedback. They promised that the manager would to call me on the next business day. But I never received any call.
P.S. another plumber spent less than 1 hour fixed this problem after this mess.

Jacob at Rooterman just finished a shower drain clean out at my home. What can I say? He is simply the best. Super clean, respectful, diligent, and most of all got the job done in a timely manner. The company calls in advance to let you know what time of arrival the service tech will come and keeps you posted. Jacob was beyond wonderful, and I will defnitely be using this company again, and especially Jacob. Thank you for a job WELL DONE Jacob. Don't trust this company! They will overcharge you and up sell you on everything. Our toilet was clogged and we had a Rooter man come out to unclog it. They found root intrusion throughout our pipes that led all the way to the street. They told us the job would cost $15,000 to hydrojet and line the pipe. They tried to finish the job in one day and ended up at 9 pm at night. They said they would send photos and videos to verify their work. The next morning we saw their work, which needed to be completed and up to quality. After requesting Rooterman to complete the service, they ignored our calls and now we are left we an overpriced service and an incomplete job. Look elsewhere for trustworthy plumbing services

Just had my clogged kitchen sink serviced by Gustavo. The best service! Explained and showed me the small pieces of egg shells and orange peel which I though the garbage disposal would shred. Best to throw them into the trash can. Also explained how to avoid future issues by using baking soda and white vinegar as maintenance every few months. Request Gustavo for any of your plumbing repairs.

Had them hydro blast a clogged sewer main, they said it included video inspection and A 30 day warranty, they ran the hydro jet, and were leaving and I said what about the video and they said they don't have a camera. I got them to come back with a camera the next day, 4 days later the sewer backs up again, I call and they say they won't come out and snake it, I have another company come snake it and run a camera and they said rooter man ran the hydro knocked a bunch of scale off the pipe and then didn't flush that material out causing another clog.

Words can't even express how amazing Kevin was!!! We called this company after the company we usually use wasn't available. They showed up almost immediately and Kevin was polite and knowledgeable and had the patience of a Saint when dealing with my irritated husband! Our clean out attached to our kitchen was clogged and after the snake and the hose didn't break through because of our very old pipes and the amount of backup, we opted for the jetting service. I couldn't believe what came out! Then not only did he fix our problem but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND in numerous instances including clearing out the side of our neighbors yard after all of our disgusting backup flooded into their side yard. We loved the 10 year guarantee and that gave me a huge peace of mind especially with how often we have issues. All in all I am so grateful to Kevin for all of his hard work and putting up with our nonsense. He was so patient and so professional and he took a huge weight off of my shoulders. He is the only plumber I will let near my house again! Thank you Kevin!!! You ROCK!!!
