An inspection of main sewer line revealed tree root blockage, cracked clay pipe leading out to water main and blistered cast iron pipe leading into house. My neighbors hired Rooter Man for similar problem and I was able to observe their work next door. They did a great job. As a result, I decided to hire them as well.

Rooter Man technicians used trenchless technology to repair both pipes and also install two way clean out valves. They finished within two days time, put everything back in place, and left front yard as they found it.

Superintendent Daniel handled inspection, quote, and oversaw work. Technician Jacob and associate handled pipe access and valve work. They were joined by another team of two technicians who installed pipe sleeve and resin.

I found everyone to be very professional and competent. I was informed of process every step of the way. I really appreciated the timeliness, communication, conscientiousness, and courteousness. It was very reassuring to have Jacob, assigned throughout the whole process, including when second team arrived. I have recommended Rooter Man to my neighbors who have similar age homes and may discover a need for this kind of repair.

Our toilet flooded and was not going down. Rooter Man was the second link on google when searching for a roofer router service. We called at 11:30 and had someone here at 2:30. It took Juan maybe 10 minutes to diagnose and another 10 to use his device and clear the blockage. He was very kind and helpful and was so quick with his service. If your able to request a certain plumber Juan is your guy he is the best

My shower drain was backing up, gave them a call on Saturday afternoon, they let me know they could be out Sunday morning. Cleared The drain, got the job done in a half an hour, charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone.

Juan came out and diagnosed a clogged kitchen sink drain and before starting any work, he explained the process, why it backs up and things we can do to prevent it in the future. Explained the costs and fixed the issue right away. I was given a time for his arrival and not only was he on time, but I was text messaged shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Love the communication!

I had a plumber come out and snake my drain but they told me that they could not go past the drop that goes to my main drain and they left. 2 weeks later at 11:30 at night I had a backup in my Tub. The next day I called out Rooterman Plumbing and Eric C. came out inspected it and determined that the drop had corroded so badly that the drop was clogged to the point of needing replacing. Eric called his boss for the price which seemed fair at the time and Eric started work immediately. When he was done, Eric showed me the pipe he removed which was completely clogged with rust and debris. The best part of calling Rooterman was Eric. He was professional and worked diligently to get the necessary drains hooked up first so we could do dishes and take showers.

I needed my main line snaked and this happened every 5-7 years. I was surprised to get a quote of 49 dollars since no one else would do it cheaper than 200. First person came out and tried to snake it with a straight spring which is good for clearing paper, baby wipes, and maybe will pull out some roots. I asked if they could use a half cutter to cut out the roots and really clean it out properly. First person said no that he was afraid the cutter works get stuck and really ruin the pipe (first red flag). He said the pipe would have to be hydro flushed which cost 900 bucks. So he called his supervisor (Daniel) to bring out the hydro machine and they hydro jetted the line 900 bucks. Then he said the line was completely destroyed from two points and no way it would drain. Even tried to show me with their camera that the line was clogged and with the hand held metering system where the clogs was. So now Daniel said to fix is they would dig down and replace a 3-4 ft section 2500 dollars, but he recommended replacing the whole main line 50 ft and that would cost 9k.
And he said it like no biggie a drop in the bucket and I'm making you a great deal. I said no that's way too much by this time I was getting a real bad feeling about this guy and paid 900 for the hydro jetting and sent them in their way. Later I read in some of the other reviews that some people had experience the same pipe blockage and paid up to 11k for the job and was pleased with their service.
Back to my pipes after the two guys left I went into the house and everything flushed drained perfectly!!! With nothing else done two repair the clog I even washed two loads of laundry with no back up or issue. It's now 4 days pass and my plumbing is draining with no issues. All it needed was a good 49 dollar snaking which I could have done myself renting a home Depot snake for 50 bucks but because I'm older now and my back was not could I thought I would call this company to do it and save my back. To anyone reading this if you use this company be leary of some very shady practice by their employees. I'm copying and pasteing this review to each Rooterman branch hoping the owner or upper management will reach out to me and offer me a refund of my 900 minus 49 for the initial cost.

The call center agents Wendy and Libby did not allow me to ask questions about the service special. When I attempted to clarify their services and the name of the company ""Express Plumbing"", a ""sister company"", they terminated the call when I expressed my frustration about the poor customer service on the phone. I did not use foul or abusive language.

When a customer calls about a drain or plumbing problem, it is a stressful situation. The customer service agent should have the basic skill set to listen and answer questions as needed to avoid confusion about the services available and to problem solve the customer's concern.

Instead, they terminated the call and denied services. It must be great to have so much business, they can afford to alienate a potential customer.
