Had a toilet clog in my master bath. Pulled the toilet out and couldn't snake it myself with what I had. Rooter Man advertises a $49 drain cleaning, so I called them. Tech shows up and says they can't snake they can only hydro flush for $1100. I said absolutely not. I asked why can't you snake it? They said rhe pipes are galvanized and the snake could damage it. First lie. My house was built in the 80's with all pvc piping. I told him to leave. He comes back and says we can do it for $800, and I said absolutely not. I said so you don't want to snake it is that right. He said my snake is 500lbs and I can't get it up your stairs. 2nd lie. Plumbers stakes have wheels and weigh 100lbs. I went and rented a snake,at Home Depot today for $75, cleared the line, and reinstalled the toilet myself. I would never use this company or any company that lies so easily.

The technician tried to cheat and take advantage on me The insurance company covered three plumbing issues each time when the technician came he argued indicating that the insurance company cover three parts in one toilet, and the other has to be paid by the client, when I called the insurance company they acknowledged that he is wrong and they cover Three plumbing issues at the time regardless how many parts not three parts and he's trying to take advantage on me

We hired these guys for a job on a septic tank, they did the worst job. I called and emailed them to explain why the job was done poorly. Until now there is no response from anyone.
