My kitchen sink was clogged so I called this company to snake it and open the clog from the clear out of the back and the technician brings the smallest snake and then brings out a whole bunch of tree roots supposedly from the drain and wants to charge me $900 to do a hydrojet which everyone else charge about $300 to $450 and then he said will cost me about 10 to 15000 to do a sleeve for the pipe of about 20 feet I called another company who snaked it and within 5 minutes opened it and did camera afterward and before hand and said there is absolutely no damage to the kitchen pipe and absolutely no tree roots which I saw in the camera myself. stay away from this company they are scam

Fantastic! Would give 10 stars if I could. Harry N. did a great job, and i called them on a Sunday and were out at my house within an hour saving the day. I required a repair on the faucet to the bathroom tub. Tony did a super job. He was consciences, pleasant and knew what he was doing. He had to remove wall board to do the repair. After the work, he fixed the wallboard and painted it just like new. The price was fair and all details were fully explained. I recommend Rooter Man Plumbing in Sylmar.

I needed help at 9pm. They responded quickly to my call n wud have sent a service person by 10pm. I decided to wait til morning. They showed by by 9am. I had a rather involved n complex situation which got started immediately n was resolved by the next day. I feel satisfied w the work done

I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and spent the whole day trying to take care of it. Finally decided to give these guys a call and see if they could help me out. Harry came out to my house pretty fast and started going through his steps diagnosing the issue. He did his best to make sure he tried all the simple fixes before telling me we had to use the hydrojet as a last resort. I put my trust in him completely and watched him clear out a ridiculous blockage in the drains! I even saw the water shoot out through the main line myself! Couldn't recommend Harry and rooter man enough, give them a call and I would suggest asking for Harry to come out!

Super friendly, professional, precise and super knowledgeable on the work they did. What I thought was going to be somewhat of a minor job, turned into a huge main sewer line replacement
I have too say there was not one thought that they were extending the job for $ the min. Sam showed up and showed the videos it was very clear that we were given a very honest diag. They got right too it, called out their team and got on it! Took Harry and his guys 4 days .... hard work but you can tell that Harry, Sam K and the team really are passionate about this work ..
They work as a team work off of eachother check on eachother and make sure they all check eachothers work ! Really impressed me , and lastly very personable .. I enjoyed conversations through the time they were at my home! I woukd like to also add that I learned alot because when Sam identified a problem he also educated me on how, what and when with additional preventive measures moving forward. Sam's skill as Field supervisor clearly shows off with his team because they also provide education and knowledge through the job !

Called about repairing a back to back clog in my sink. Tech showed up, did not troubleshoot or attempt to fix the problem. Quickly peeked at my pipes under the house from access hatch, looked at the clean-out outside and looked at the sink, concluded its old and said I needed a hyrdro jet service. There was no hands on; tech did not turn on any water valves, did not attempt to snake, etc for a clog... Failed to properly troubleshoot/diagnose the issue.

I stated I had tried snaking before hand, so maybe tech presumed it wouldn't have worked for him? Regardless, I attempted to ask the tech if he wanted to give it a try himself, or take a closer look at the issue, since he has the right tools and equipment compared to me, but he said ""no"" and it just led to ""you need a hydrojet service"" which is a $1XXX service with the company. Stated I need to place a deposit down for them to come out again another day for the service.

At this point, there's still a little consideration on my end to proceed with hydro-jetting service with them... To get clarification and reassurance as a customer I ask, ""are you gonna run a camera to make sure my pipes are okay with the PSI going through them?"" and he states ""no, it'll be okay, we go in with the camera AFTER the hydro-jetting service..."" NOW at this point, it just felt like a pushy upsell with NO CONSIDERATION of the customer's POV. There was absolutely zero effort on diagnosing the problem let alone repairing it.

After this interaction, I reached out to a different company and they knocked out, the ""unsnakeable clog"" in 30 minutes flat; no hydro jetting necessary...

The only compliment I have is they showed up on time... In the end I was left with less money in my pockets, no diagnosis, clogged sink still, and an attempted upsell. If a simple sink clog, can lead to a $1XXX upsell, I can only imagine their intent with other plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink was clogged for weeks. I called Rooter Man Plumbing and they sent Boris out to assess the problem.
He is an efficient, extremely competent, and professional plumber.
He rerouted the kitchen pipes, put new stucco on the outside wall that had to be cut open in order to install the new pipes, and even went out to buy a can of paint to match the color of the wall.
He matched the color and repainted the area himself.
He cleaned up all the stucco debris and hosed down the patio area leaving it immaculate and cleaner than it was before he started his incredibile job, which also included a ten year warranty.
The sink is fixed now and everything works beautifully.
I will only request Boris for any future plumbing problems we may have in the future.
I highly recommend Rooter Man Plumbing for any and all plumbing work.

This was a septic pumping service pre-arranged by LHG Home Warranty & the initial quote they gave was $485 (which was in line with other Companies I've used). Upon arrival, they did a ""bait & switch"" indicating that the initial quote to LHG was only for the septic tank & didn't include the seepage pit (which normally other Septic service Co's do both). Since my tenant was without bathroom services for a few days, we had no alternative but to agree to $1100 (after an initial quote of $1300) from Sam (Manager) with an agreement that he would provide a photo of the Truck pumping meter indicating total pumped at the site = 2500 gallons. It took Sako (Technician) less than half an hour to pump. In addition, Sako damaged the car door of my tenant's car while pulling out the hose with it's metal valve end. He agreed to the responsibility. However, after the job was done he rushed out of the driveway (with my tenant chasing & taking pictures of truck) without settling the dent of the car door issue. Classic case of hit & run. I talked to Sam after the job & he ensured that they will take care of it directly with my tenant (hopefully they did). When asked about the photos, they didn't provide as promised & just indicated the ""counting the bubbles on the septic tank indicates the capacity""? Service warranty on the job performed is also non-existent. Thankfully the LHG Home Warranty Co. offers a 60 day warranty on the job. After checking the BBB & other many online reviews, it did confirm that other customers have experienced the same issues. Please stay away from this predatory company.
