I am screaming....OUTSTANDING. My husband and I knew for a long time that the pipes in our home were worn, needing repairs. Harry N-Van 6, came out inspected, gave an estimate and the work was completed the next day. My family does not need to worry about backup spillage. Here's what is the best part, the technician and supervisor were professional, not pompous or pushy. They stated facts and despite the not so wonderful news, they were understanding but firm in letting us know what would happen if we did not take care of the matter timely. My policy is to call three different plumbers get three different estimates and hire. The one that makes more sense. I called router man and the Plumber (Manny) diagnosed to open the wall and change the whole shower system and his estimate was over $2600. When I called other plumbers they told me with a washer change my problems is going to be resolved. I paid$117.00 and the shower leak was fixed. I was very disappointed to know Rooter man service was a scam! How could he have such a high estimate? He said the patch the wall after major hole in it, but they can not guarantee the colours would match! I would never use this service again and advise all the customers to get a second opinion if they happen to call this service. Thank you yelp for having customer voice their experience.

My services with Rooterman plumbing were outstanding! The customer service I experience with Wendy was beyond amazing she's definitely knowledgeable and very professional. She was in communication with me every step of the way while I was having work done on my property. Not only did I have major issues on my main line but they took the time to show me the roots that had broken my pipes on the camera as well as when they removed it as they were doing the work! I moved forward with this company because of how professional they were! From the customer service following up with me daily to Sam K the supervisor actually being here as well making sure the job was being done properly. I will definitely recommend them and be calling them again. Thanks Rooterman! Your team is amazing.

Toilet flush was slow all of a sudden and called Rooter Man. They had done our mainline sewer a couple of years ago and did a great job. Sammy D. arrived on time, made a quick inspection of the sewer line before checking the toilet. It turned out there was a problem with the toilet flange and the old cast iron pipe was corroded. Sammy went over everything he needed to do, very careful to keep everything as clean as possible. He showed me pictures of the work did under the house. He left the bathroom looking better than before. Overall a great job. Will definitely keep using Rooter Man
