Charles was great. He was respectful and explained everything about our plumbing issue clearly. He went above and beyond to fix the plumbing issue. I highly recommend Rooterman as a company and if you ever get Charles to fix your plumbing issue, good to know that you'll be in good hands.

I've never had a worse experience in my life with any company ever than I have had with Rooterman. First, I was threatened to sign paperwork or Alex said my insurance would not cover me if I didn't and ""I don't have a choice but to accept their prices or they would leave and charge me anyway since I signed a work start order"". Second, they never informed me they were going to subcontract out the job to another company and they wouldn't actually be performing the work. They overcharged me and said whatever insurance doesn't cover then I'll have to pay. The workers working on the house said it wasn't ""that much damage"" but it somehow came out to 30k for a small amount of mold that took them a couple of hours to remove...not including the 30k they charged to remove the drywall in one room of the home.

Keep in mind I'm a military member that had to leave for deployment that week which they took full advantage of. I was even told not to read the paperwork they wanted me to sign which had an alarming amount of errors and misstatements. I can't express how bad this company is and I hope that no one has to go through what I did and end up paying an additional 10k out of pocket after insurance costs because they felt the need to triple charge. They didn't even fully replace/fix the pipe that leaked, and had to come back because it was still leaking. After Alex got me to sign the work order and I was on military deployment, he ignored my messages and calls to figure out what was going on which is mind wrecking when you're overseas.

They tore up my lawn to fix a water leak from the meter. They half assed the put back of the lawn with rocks over much of the lawn and the trench fill in uneven and parts of the turf piled up on the trench side(they later removed that turf). I had 3 appointments made to discuss the situation and no one showed up for any of them. Beware.

Very un professional. I call today at 5:30 for water leak on my meter. The operator said we gonna send technician 6-8 pm. I called back at 6:30 for follow up same operator said I call technician then I call you back. Waiting till 8:30 she never call me back no technician show up. Call operator again she say desame shit that she gonna call technician and call me back. Now is 9pm nobody call me back and nobody show up. That's how they do business.

I was looking to have a grease trap Interceptor pumped out and the Lady on the phone said they don't pump grease traps. I asked her if they were Rooter Man, she assured me they were but they don't pump grease traps. I gave them 2 stars because she was polite. Their website says they have been pumping in Las Vegas for 40 years...

Called and set up an appointment a week ago today. Fellow was supposed to show up between 10 and 12. Nobody showed up. Gave them a call about 10 after 12 said they'd be there within an hour. Nobody showed up nobody called. Then we called again at about 2 o'clock they said they'd have somebody return our phone calls still no phone calls now it's 530 no call no show. Therefore BAD review. Only wish there was an option for no star since they did nothing and we had to chase them.

My water heater was leaking all over my garage when I got home. I called and they said they would have someone in route in about 30 mins. They did just that, and fixed the problem instantly. Being a single mother with 4 little children this could of been a disaster for me, but they made this such a quick easy process. Thank you for great service !

Alex Meyers came in and quoted me a price to fix a drain that disconnected from under my house he said to the main street. The price of 4200.00 once he was under the home and started construction he came back and changed the price saying I was on a sinkhole and that he now had to go through the floor. He changed the price to 18,000.00 and said it was covered by the insurance. He told me he was a specialist and that he would follow me all the way through the process. What he did was swindled me through the process. He did not report the claim until after he totaled my home. I had to vacated it and during the first 7 days he gutted my home to the 2 by 4 studs without my knowledge. He said they found asbestos. He opened 2 credit cards in my name the very first day he started work and maxed them out for 40,000.00. I did not find out about this until I was sent a bill through the mail. He would not return my calls and my insurance rejected the claim because there was no proof that the work had to be done. Three weeks after the rejection of the insurance company he and his co-conspirator Bolmer Restoration billed me for 292.000.00 for what they said was asbestos removal. This put a plumbing job at a cost of more than what the house was worth. I am a 78 year old senior and have no way of paying all of this back. I am out of a home which I can not pay to have fixed. He latterly left me homeless. Beware of this company and especially of Alex Meyers
