Alex Meyers came in and quoted me a price to fix a drain that disconnected from under my house he said to the main street. The price of 4200.00 once he was under the home and started construction he came back and changed the price saying I was on a sinkhole and that he now had to go through the floor. He changed the price to 18,000.00 and said it was covered by the insurance. He told me he was a specialist and that he would follow me all the way through the process. What he did was swindled me through the process. He did not report the claim until after he totaled my home. I had to vacated it and during the first 7 days he gutted my home to the 2 by 4 studs without my knowledge. He said they found asbestos. He opened 2 credit cards in my name the very first day he started work and maxed them out for 40,000.00. I did not find out about this until I was sent a bill through the mail. He would not return my calls and my insurance rejected the claim because there was no proof that the work had to be done. Three weeks after the rejection of the insurance company he and his co-conspirator Bolmer Restoration billed me for 292.000.00 for what they said was asbestos removal. This put a plumbing job at a cost of more than what the house was worth. I am a 78 year old senior and have no way of paying all of this back. I am out of a home which I can not pay to have fixed. He latterly left me homeless. Beware of this company and especially of Alex Meyers

Although response time is amazing the promises of being there for you every stop and getting the job done is not. Communication is horrible and you have to track them down every day to try to get anything done. Took a month to put my house back together. Not even sure if the water leak was ever found, very untrustworthy.

Do not use this is a Rip off company. Called them in for a clogged line. The tech said he ran 75 feet of snake but that wasn't the issue. He said his boss told him he had to put a camera down there to see what the problem was. I said uh, no to run a longer snake. To do that I was told he'd have to go get it and charge me more. I sent this putz on his way and called another company (Larkin) who came and snaked my line. Problem solved!!

Worst company right next to Mr. Rooter. I was told I would receive pictures of all the work and that they would handle all the insurance paperwork! I did not receive anything! Alex will not even return my calls not to mention he is extremely rude. They are scam artists plain and simple. Now I have a lien on my house because of them and their co partners at Bolmer! Be smart and choose any other place!

Extremely over priced. Wanted 5800.00 to install a tankless water heater, that did not include the unit. Was just an install price. Who hires these people?? I guess people who don't know any better. Don't bother to call them!!

Toilet sprang a leak; they had someone out within an hour. He didn't have the part needed, but returned the next morning, within the time frame quoted.

Did a great job at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Well, Dan did not wear that super man outfit in the picture but he might want to consider wearing an ""S"" on his chest, since the service was, well..SUPER EXCELLENT! Yes, I am afraid I am understating how good the service was!!! He was on time, he was professional, he did everything needed and spent plenty of time explaining what he was going to do and also even took time to check another toilet.

With the last plumbers I used we just flushed money down the toilet, with these guys we can now flush water down the toilet! :)

By the way, we didn't get a discount for writing this, I don't know these people, never met Dan before, I am just the sort of person that is impressed by timeliness, professionalism, and excellence in workmanship.

Sooo expensive. More than twice expensive. They charge me $2,400 Just replace 50gallon water heater.
Do not use here. Do not trust them.

Beware,always get a second opinion,I did and saved me time and money.Everything got plugged up at my home ,shower.tubs.toilets even kitchen was going to bathroom tub called rooter man they where very quick to come,But the guy they send did not try very hard to solve problem he just checked the outside drain came inside tried the tub then said he needed the camera to see where problem was,quick 79 bucks,called other company guy needed no camera got his hands dirty removed one toilet seat and took care of problem from there unclooged every thing.Left msg for some to call back never did called again,no one cld back.

My plumbing clogged on Sunday. No one was available. They are not open 24 hours. A girl from answering service set the appointment for 9am Monday. Noone showed up.
