Ridiculously over priced. Wanted to charge $425 for snaking our sewer line. A job we have had done for under $200. The guy never put on gloves then insisted on a whole house inspection that took forever and thst we did not want.

Do not hire this company. They lied about my responsibility to connect to the city line and only replaced the pipe up to the sidewalk. They didn't connect to new pipe under the foundation, it is still the old clay pipe. It's still backs up and I spent $15,000 with these people. Do not under any circumstances hire them. If I could give them a zero stars I would.

I needed a simple unclogging of main kitchen drain that I couldn't unclog with my own snake. They wouldn't offer a quote over the phone knowing that once the guy is there you won't shop around. You want the drain fixed. He already starts work when I ask how much. $225! But I hadn't called around so my fault for not doing a better due diligence. The job took about 20 minutes. But the kicker was when I asked for help with my outside faucet, which had a slow drip. It was frozen on and I could not remove it to replace it. Instead the guy just replaced a small washer. He said it would be a ""little extra."" Ten minutes total time. $50!!

I can't recommend them. Zero transparency and far too expensive. Demand prices up front and decline if they refuse. My mistake for trusting them too much.

I needed help with my sink and they come and did a great job. They were done in an hour and I made this review right after because I was so satisfied with the work. I will have them as my goto when I need any plumbing job

I recently went with rooter-man and I really like the customer service and the work was fast. They were pretty reasonable on price and work. I am definitely sending my friends and coworkers there.

They wanted $245 to snake a kitchen cleanout. I went and bought a snake for $15 at Home Depot and had it unclogged in 10 minutes. Tired of companies ripping people off who don't know any better.

Horrible! Had them out exactly 30 days ago [warranty period ends today] for a clogged kitchen sink. Only company I could get out. Talked me into a $360 ""pressure wash"" seemed to work. Now today guess what - my kitchen sink is backed up. Called company supposed to be 24/7 emergency service, can't get anyone out until Monday. Guy on phone was ""I just answer phone"" Last time use someone unverified.

Technician (Gabe) was polite and professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He communicated through all the time he was working on cleaning my sewer line and answered all my question. I also wrote a good comment on his invoice for his supervisors or managers review.
However, scheduling and communication with the office in Sacramento was extremely negative. First day, they gave me appointment for 12 noon. They were supposed to call 30 minutes ahead of time. They didn't. I called once at 11:50 and again at 14:45 after waiting so long. Then at 14:45 they told me they will show up any time AFTER 12 noon without being able to say what time!
Eventually they called around 5:30 pm to show up! I hesitantly rescheduled for day after. I was lucky to have Gabe as my technician the day after. This company needs to improve its communication with customers.
