I had called Rooter Man for a clogged drain after a horrible visit from another plumber. They sent out George within 10 mins, and he was so helpful and such a pleasure when he arrived. He was able to address our issue very painlessly, and got it fixed immediately. Not only was George and his team able to help us out with our problem, they were all extremely professional and accommodating.

Since then, any problem that we've had, George has immediately come out and helped us fix the problem as soon as possible. We've never had to wait more than the same day! One day, we had a clogged toilet, and he even came on his day off to help us out because he really cares about his clients and wants to make sure that he delivers the best possible service.

The entire experience, starting with the office staff, has been so pleasant and painless! Everyone is extremely professional, helpful and very considerate. I would highly, highly, recommend this company!

My plumber Edwardo was very honest and efficient. He was on time and had my kitchen sink unclogged in minutes. He was very professional and also left the area clean. Also, he was here in one hour to do the job!

Wendy was the person on the phone that scheduled the appointment. She was also very kind and pleasant to speak to. She scheduled the appointment getting me a technician in one hour!

Another company quoted $350
to do the same job... a simple clogged sink! They claimed since the clog was under the since they would likely have to replace the pipe and washers! Glad I called Rooter Man for another quote! Rooter Man did the job for $125! And no pipes or washers had to be replaced... which I knew didn't make sense when the other company suggested that.

Rooter Man will be my plumber from now on. . If you need an honest plumber then I would suggest calling Rooter Man!

Well after reading all of the 1 star reviews, it seems like this business has an issue with taking advantage of people. Unfortunately, my mother in law fell victim to these predators. My 81 year old mother in law called this company because she was not getting any hot water. So they showed up and started with quotes of $50, $150, and $300. Somehow when they came out to do the work yesterday, they ended up giving her a bill of $27,000.00. Yes $27,000! This is total BS!! They took advantage of an 81 year old woman and it looks like they have done this in the past. This is elder abuse! My wife and I are going to do everything in our power to shut these guys down. From notifying the Better Business Bureau, to local law enforcement, to contacting an attorney. Do not use this company! Read the one star reviews! Now I'll wait for their threats to come next.

Six years ago I had a huge plumbing problem. I called Rooter Man. I had to have my sewer system completely redone. (Old house) They were so professional. Never have had a problem until last weekend. I called them on Saturday and they were out within 90 minutes. The work they had done was fine. The sewer from my block wall to the main sewer system was clogged with tree roots. I had to have it done. Albert and his crew were amazing. They worked all day Saturday and Sunday in 100 degree heat. The city's huge tree roots had damaged the line. Albert was able to supply me with pictures and evidence to show the city to get my money back. This crew was absolutely 5 stars.

Jesse Flores and David came to our house the same day. It was really tricky clean out but he never gave up. Which was super important for us. We have people coming over tomorrow. We highly recommend and would use them again any time.

We were assisted by Wendy who was so nice, helpful, and quick in setting up our appointment. Our technician who was sent out was David M. and we could not be happier with the services he provided. He was informative, quick to solve the problem, and very personable. Obviously hoping to not have further plumbing issues, but if we do, we'll immediately be requesting David back!

My kitchen sink became clogged. I tried most of the normal remedies to no avail. Rooter Man's plumber, Jose, came over and determined that one of my pipes, which is admittedly older, was super backed up and required either tearing down the outside wall of my house or a Picote Maxi Miller descaling drain cleaning treatment which would only take two hours and of course could be scheduled immediately.

He gave me a rough estimate of $5000 to $6000 for a two-hour job.

As it turns out, I spent $20 on a bottle of Green Gobbler Drain Clog Dissolver, left it in the sink overnight, and woke up to a completely working kitchen sink.

This audacious quote to try and exploit a bad situation is all too common and ridiculous. Don't ever say yes to the first opinion without doing research and getting additional opinions. And don't ever call Rooter Man.

Terribly overpriced and because its a franchise, they just want the big ticket upsell. The field supervisor came out to show me the problem and was a complete ass. I was clearly wasting his time. Get another opinion as ""rooter"" plumbers are a dime a dozen.

We used these guys on a Sunday because the people we normally use are closed on sundays. Never again! The guy they sent seemed to have no idea what he was doing. We had a main line clog and he only wanted to get out a very small rooter and could only get about 15 feet. Not sure if he had a larger unit and all he wanted to do was upsell me for the hydro jet starting at $499.00.
Today we had our usual company come out and they cleared the clog in 10 minutes.When I talked to the tech he explained that the machine the Rooter man was using was not for main lines that they only use that size for bathtubs and sinks.
