These people are dishonest and want to take you for a ride. I called them at 4PM on a Friday and they showed up at 7PM after saying they would show up within the hour. He took my toilet apart then said it was too late and would have to comeback in the morning. They left the drain open and it smelled all night, left the toilet dismateled in the restroom. ( Who does that ) Anyway they came back the next day with a camera system, they ran the camera thru the pipes and said I have a broken pipe. I told them okay let me get a copy of the video or see the broken pipe. He told me he couldn't do that and it was against policy. I told them just to snake the clog and he insisted that it was a broken pipe. The told me it was going to be $9,000 to brake up the concrete and tile and he would repair the broken pipe but would need to hire a contractor to do the concrete and tile work again.
!!! Beware !! Thieves !!!

They charged me $350 to find the fake broken pipe with the camera and didn't do anything to unclog the main line. Waste of money. Don't call they fake plummbers they just care about making you spend money on unnecessary work.

I called another Plumbing company they came out and within 1 hour they unclogged the main line, unclogged a bath tub and opened a washout we had on the side of the house. All for $125

Harry and Sam were very professional. They diagnosed my problem correctly using the underground camera. Their diagnosis was corroborated once we dug up the pipes. The team of men worked quickly and even worked on Sunday, and responded to my call immediately. They even started the job on Sunday! I was back in the house by Monday. They left the house and yard immaculate every day.

It should be called Rooter Scam Plumbing. They came out and we're consistently shady. They told me the snake wouldn't work after they halfheartedly tried. They put the camera in right away and said it is clogged and I need hydro jetting. When I asked to see the screen they said the battery just died and they could show me another time. I reluctantly agreed and they said it was the only way. The hydrojetter came out and then they told me that it couldn't go down the pipe and the only thing I could do was get a two way clean out. I was in a real pinch and reluctantly agreed. They put in the clean out and never came back to do the hydrojetter. You would think if they really used the camera they would know the hydrojetter would not work. Here I am only 4 months after service and experiencing backups the same as before. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money with someone who is trying to do the job and not someone who is just trying to run up a bill.

Bathroom drain backed up. Called these people. They came out and quoted $1475 for hydro jet. We got a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company came out and cleared the problem for $100. We will leave the conclusion to You.

Worst company EVER!! Totally took advantage of our family. Doesn't know how to do a detailed work order- probably because that's the way they steal from people!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER!!

When sewage started seeping from my pump they were able to get to my house the next day, drain the septic and diagnose the sump pump problem. Very responsive, quick and good communication!
