SCAM SCAM SCAM!! THIS COMPANY ARE LIARS & THIEVES.

I called the rooter man.The guy that showed up (1hr) late, was soooo shady!!

I told him I was a single mother and needed him to be honest..
He told me, I only have 1 option which was an upsale for $500 NO other way to clear the leakage..It needed a hydro jet!! as there was no way to run a snake. No other way to snake the line.. I asked for another solution. He told me he could build an outlet for $3200.. so I could snake it any time, since the house didn't have one.. It seemed fishy. I called another plummer whilst he was still in the house. who told me If you dont have an outlet, you can snake through the toilet by removing the toilet. He said he would do the job for $120. I went back to the guy and asked him (since he was there and i had 6 kids about to be at my house) if he would just snake the toilet. (which the company offered for $49) and he then said he would need to charge me $150 to snake the toilet BUT would need to also do the bathtub (another $150) and Washing machine line (another $150) Totalling $450 !!! OTHERWISE the house would overflow with sewage and even then, it would not work and not solve the problem,.. These guys tried to SCAM me every step of the way. I told them I was low income.. 4 kids.. Single mother. They did NOT care! COMPLETE SCAM and no regard for praying on single woman.. with young kids. And this my friend is who you're dealing with.. The people that have given it good reviews didn't know any better.. THEY were scammed for a lot of money. $120 later and my issue was fixed.. !! SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT GO WITH THESE THIEVES

I called this company when I had a back up in the laundry room. Advertised was $49 to unclog any drain, but I already knew that wouldn't be the case. He came in and immediately told me he couldn't clear it without doing Hydrojet for $500. I felt like this was way overpriced, but I needed the work done. That's when he said he needed to do a diagnostic test throughout the whole house and told me we needed new ABS pipes and there was a huge puddle of sewage seeping beneath the home. He quoted me $3350 for the hydrojet and cleaning out and installing new ABS. Of course, when they came back to do all that they found more work needed to be done. Told me we needed new pipes from the house to main line and would cost $9100. Told me the pipes were ""completely clogged with roots"" and there was no way around it and will ""back up again 100%"". Of course I couldn't afford that, so I asked them to do what they were called out to do and leave. Luckily I did! A month later I had another plumber come out to try and snake the main line that they told me was completely clogged and the guys' snake came out completely clean with not one root on it. Put a camera down there and it was completely clean. Such scammers. I only wish I hadn't spent the money with them to begin with. The reason I gave them one star is because the work that they did seems to be legit, just way overpriced.

I had a flood in my bathroom and needed to get it fixed ASAP. We got a quote the following day once two men came by to check it out and they charged us $2500!!! Once we said that was too much, they dropped the price a few hundred which was still too much. I ended up finding someone that did it for $225!!!!!!!!!!! This company is a complete rip off and liars!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Highly recommend them!! Very professional. I called them when my bath tub and toilet were clogged and they serviced me the very same day within a couple of hours! The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely call them the next time I have a problem in my house. You should too!

The water in my shower was backing up. Placed a call to Rooter-Man for assistance. The representative on the phone was nice and attentive to my needs. Was provided an ETA of just over an hour. To my surprise the plumber arrived before the set time. The job was completed in a timely fashion. The price is definitely competitive to other plumbing companies in the Valley. I would definitely be using Rooter-Man again.

This is probably the last honest standing plumbing company left, as far as I know in Los Angeles. From the first initial phone call to the technician they were very informative and helpful. I had a toilet that was clogging up my shower. I couldn't get any of the drains to run. They came out fast and got the job done by a hour. Their prices are competitive and the lowest I found after shopping around. Thank you Rooter Man Plumbing for the excellent customer service!
