I contacted this company yesterday regarding a special they offered on Google for a Rooter and Drain Cleaning for $49.00. The lady I spoke yesterday confirmed that the special of $49.00. I explained to her the problem I was having and she confirmed that it would $49.00. When I contacted them a few minutes ago to confirm an appointment and reconfirm the special they are offering on Google, she told me it would cost $185.00. Now how can you go from $49.00 and less than 24 hours later it will cost $185.00. I am so glad I did not give this company my business!!!!

PART 2: The owner of the company just contacted me and offered to honor the special price of $49.00 and he apologized to me for the miscommunication and wanted to make sure I am happy.

I am changing my review from the initial 1 star to 5 stars. I am very impressed that the owner really cares about his customers!! Thank you.

Found Rooter-Man Plumbing on yelp and went with them based on reviews. My parents were having intermittent problems with their toilet over few months, that I decided to just call a professional to fix the problem. So glad I went with Rooter-Man they gave us a good price and my parents said they haven't had problems with toilet!

I searched Yelp for Rooter-Man and it is listed as operating only in other areas of LA County. However, I noticed that the toll free number listed on their website for Santa Clarita is the same number as listed for their Beverly Hills operations. In any case, not a problem. The receptionist was professional, asked the right questions, and repeated the answers to be sure she got the correct information. I have a kitchen that is draining slowly. I went the homeowner route and checked the ""P"" trap; nothing there. I tried Drano (guaranteed!); no go. I bought a 15 foot snake and pulled out some gunk. It helped a bit, but not enough, so I searched the web for ""rooter"" and found Rooter-Man. Clearly their website recognized my IP address as being in Santa Clarita so their add identified them as a local company with 40 years of service. Steve S., technician, showed up within 30 or 40 minutes! Unfortunately, his rooting machine broke down and he said he'd be back in the morning by 8:30 or 9:00.

The next morning the scheduler called and said someone else would come with a working rooter, but at 09:30. I said that was too late and set a new appointment at 3:30. Steve showed up right on time and cleaned out the blockage. He said it was about 50 feet in, which is much longer than the do-it-yourself snakes you can buy at the hardware store. I paid $49 (I did mention this to them when I called), which is less than 50% of what I was quoted by calling a local plumber direct. Be sure and check their website so you can avail of any special pricing.

Note that this is a franchise and not the same as some of the other Rooter Man's in the LA area. Steve said they are the same as the Rooter Man operating in the San Fernando Valley (but with a different phone number). Finally, this franchise is owned by Express Plumbing & Rooter, Lic. #796478.

So I was in need of a plumber to come down to fix a drain problem I had and my plumbing company I always call was booked and everywhere else I was calling couldn't get someone to come down as soon as possible, and then I found this amazing company on Yelp. The lady had told me she can get someone to come down within the next hour after another job they had nearby. When he had arrived, he was very professional and knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem so quickly and perfect! Definitely would recommend to anyone! They are the best

Rooter Man Plumbing is just plain remarkable. I recently bought a house that was in desperate need of re piping.

After a long process of breaking down walls and rebuilding Rooter Man installed a new restroom including a toliet, shower, bathtub and sink. After installing the toliet, sink and bathtub they snaked all the drains to make sure the water would run smooth.

We also decided to build a new Kitchen including filters and custom made kitchen sink which needed new piping. I must mention we had already installed our new tiles and I was kind of hesitant to change my kitchen sink thinking the heavy tools would break or dirty up the tiles. They laid out a cover in the area and wore shoe covers to keep it clean!

In the backyard and front of the property we did not have sprinklers. They installed the whole sprinkler system in just one day! The pipes installed needed to have part of the garden taken out but they put back the flowers and plants.

The professionalism and honestly in Rooter Man is so ensuring that I hired the right company to get the job done fast, efficent, clean and the right way!!!

Once again thank you Rooter Man Los Angeles and I recommend Rooter Man with no doubt.

At about 10pm last night we had a nightmare sewage backup in our bathroom which overflowed into other parts of the house. I found this service online thru yelp from the great reviews and prices. It was late so I was worried we might not be able to get someone out to the house but to my surprise the phone was answered and I had a technician at my place within 45 minutes! He showed up and introduced himself very polite and knowledgable and very patient in uniform and all! We had a million questions and Gary was so professional and put us at complete ease. He explained the problem and offered various solutions to fix it. He started with the most cost effective option which was to use a snake to open the sewer line. That was not effective so Gary called the office and within 30 minutes a truck with a trailer showed up with a hydrojet. These guys saved the day! They offered a great referral for the water damage that we had so that we could salvage what was left of our bathroom. They were able to stop the leakage into other areas of the house. I could not have had a better experience in such a horrible situation. Thank you Gary and everyone at Rooter Man for the amazing service and work. I can't tell you how thankful I am. These guys are top notch!!
