We had a leak in our gas line, and they arranged to fix it the next day. The team, especially Gary, were efficient, on time and very thorough. They even replaced the stones in our path to their original placement. They also came back when there was a minor issue to make sure everything was correct. I would definitely recommend them.

I got lucky and had their top technicians working on my house. Aram and Pedro were champs. They were always smiling and friendly. It's never a picnic when you have to have all your pipes replaced on an old house, but these guys made it as pleasant as possible. Aram is efficient, cheerful, and charming He kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way. Pedro was a steady, reliable worker who went beyond what was expected. We thought we just had a drain that was clogged. Not so! We had to replace all of the pipes underneath the house, then the next week we had to replace the pipe from the house out to the city's mainline. He explained everything very well to us. I was glad I am used to watching arthroscopic surgery so that their camera snaking through a sewer line showing me what was happening made sense. If you work with this team, be sure to have Aram explain it all to you. When John tries to explain it you feel like he's trying to upsell and scare you into something. But it is very easy to trust Aram and accept the large scale work that must be done.

First and foremost Thank You Rooter Man Plumbing!!!

My toilet was leaking water from the base, causing a mini flood in my bathroom. I had called another we'll known company to come out and they scratched my expensive toilet and tried to sell me for a unnecessary outrageous repair. After adding more stress into the situation I asked them to leave.

I called Rooter Man and they got a plumber out to me within the hour. They were clean and straight to the point. It cost only $125 to snake through the toilet drain. Nice to know there still are honest plumbing companies out there with honest plumbers!

I had my whole place re-piped by Rooter Man. Johnny presented himself in a professional manner and explained the whole process to me. He quoted me a good price and the work was done on time. Sam and his team did a great job. Had two bathrooms back up during a party. Turned out to be major issues below my house. They quickly completed the job for a reasonable price. Raffa came on Sunday within a couple hours of my phone call and for $49, unstopped the drain line 30 feet below my sink. Another company had quoted me $250! He gave me some good info for keeping things clear going forward too. Total satisfaction.

WoW we had a lot of work done! We had to have our yard and street dug up to clean out, replace and line the broken lateral. Jonny, Arman and their crew did an excellent job! They worked with the city to get the permits and coordinated with the inspector. The work is done and we are very happy.
