Worse than bad service...no service. Made appointment and no show. Wasted a whole day waiting for no one to arrive. When I called to wonder where the guy was. I was told he is no longer in my area and he won't be available for another 16 days. I've never written a review before, but this was completely unprofessional.

I contacted Rooterman after my homeowner insurance sent one of their people to fix a clogged shower and couldn't fix the problem. Rooterman sent one of their experienced technicians ""Richard"" who worked tediously over the surface. He then went under the crawl space of the house with his camera and found a deeper problem. There was a serious leak under the house that needed to be taken care of. ""Richard"" contacted the supervisor, ""John"" who also inspected the property and gave us a whole estimate. We discussed all the details and what the repairs included . They repaired the issues methodically and always documenting their progress with images. They also provided us with a warranty. So, far we are satisfied with all the repairs. They were extremely professional, feel that we got a good value for all the work that was performed. Attached are images of the corrosive pipes and the new replacement pipes. This company is located in Sylmar not to be confused with other companies with similar names.

This is a rip off. Don't advertise $49 for snaking then upon arrival you charge $125. Won't be using them again.

I was lucky enough to find these folks on the internet. What a find. I am very particular and detailed, and my plumber Eduardo was all of that if not more.
He was very professional and explained his plan before he started the work.
His work was exceptional, and he followed up later in the day to ensure everything was working properly. I can't recommend this company enough.

I hired them to come same day service . They showed up in time cool. My only 2 issue are. I told them over the phone my exact issues and was given the price the tech changed the price nothing bigger to do but I paid it. Secondly my sink is still draining slow so no help there.

Rooter man charged $1175 on to my credit card and left the sewer line still clogged.

On July 4th I called for a sewer line to snake out roots in the line.
I told them to snake the clog.

""Harry H."" came and gave me a price of $575 to do the work.
I was willing to pay that high price being it was a holiday, however he soon stated that his equipment was un able to do it.

The next day when he returned with a ""hydro jetter"" he then called and said that that also did not work, and needed to raise his price to $1775 to figure it out. He then said that the next step would be to replace the section of breached sewer line for $7250.

I promply said to stop there and go no further.
I then called my regular plummer at ""G plumming one"".
He came and snaked it out im 30 minutes then billed me $120.

THEN to my horror Rooter Man added an additional $600 to my credit card.
