Be careful this guys !!!! They make your problem look worse! To get more money! Innocent home owners get cheated !!! No idea what the problem is and this company took advantage !!! They charged us $350 for downpayment and they rush all the time sending their ""supervisor "" charging us $917!!!! Wow so we backed up and asked second opinion and all we need to do is to rent a snake equipment for freaking $60 for 4 hrs! And problem solved. Now they we can't get our money back! How pathetic this company is!

Clogged sewer. Called them with $49 at first and then it ended up costing $15500. Fucking liars threatened to leave the job half handedly and asked for more money. The $49 drain cleaning is just a bait. They trapped you into signing the contract without letting us read the context first. Those guys are scammers. Never let yourself face the same experience again. You will pay at least $1200 to call them to your home.

P.S: When I told them to try with snake which costs only $49, they only tried for 2 minutes and said that they are afraid forcing it too much could break the pipe. If they are that afraid, why would you even put the snake drain as an option.

Contacted Rooter Man to come out after I had horrible service with Roto Rooter and I'm so happy I found them! First off Roto Rooter sucks and their crooks! One of their plumbers came out for a clogged toilet, was only here for about 2 mins if that, did absolutely nothing, told me I would need to take the toilet out of the floor in order to get it unclogged and quoted me $685! I told him thanks but no thanks! He then proceeded to tell me no one else was going to be able to do the job and left. I was furious because he didn't even try to do anything first before jumping to $685! And when I say nothing I Mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not even a plunger or snake! I then called Rooter man and they couldn't have anyone come out till the next morning which was understandable since it was already toward the evening of Sunday. Next day comes Rooter Man shows up on time and the Plumber is RALPH. He came in asked what happened, assessed the situation, and got right to work giving suggestions on what could be done. He went out got a tool and BOOM! Toilet was unclogged! All in a matter of 2 mins! He checked to make sure it flushed and checked the shower as well and everything was back up and running. Ralph was really cool, down to earth and helpful! He explained what everything was and explained how he was going to fix it! I appreciate Ralph and Rooter Man for exceptional service! Needless to say my total ended up being only $125 as opposed to $685 that idiot tried to charge me! Thanks again Ralph and Rooter Man!

Rooter Man was awesome. Cassandra who took my call was great and nice follow-up. Rodrigo who came out, was very courteous, and knew right away how to fix the clog. $49 for outside fix, if inside then $125 very fair and right on. Two big thumbs up, highly recommend, will call again, but hopefully not any time soon. Do not use the garbage disposal, it's only a matter of time.

I have a clogged kitchen sink. technician Jacob showed up less than an hour after I called. Jacob was very polite, didn't leave any mess and has shoe cover on entering our house, he get the job done unclogging the sink. He said he deployed about 40 feet of snake and ran water to make sure the clog was cleared. charged only $49, I'm glad I came across their website. Thank you Jacob!

Called Rooter Man OC for Rooter service, was quoted $49.99, should have known better.

The plumber that came out presented well, but tried upselling me to Hydro Jet service (16-times more than originally quoted before even trying to use the snake. When that didn't work, I was told I need to replace my ""figure 5 plumbing"" (36 times the original quote).

In the end Rooter Man OC didn't get the job done so I called another rooter who got it done properly in about 25-20 minutes for $200.

You can draw your own conclusions about whether the issue was expertise or integrity, but either way I do not recommend Rooter Man OC.

Harry N did a really fabulous job. I called out for what I thought was a simple plugged toilet, and it turned out all the pipes under my house were disintegrating and there were all kinds of breakages and clogs.

He made sure to explain every step of the way, showed me all the pipes as they came out, and supervised the team of two other people very well. They even used a camera in the pipes and sent me the video.

He kept in touch with me via text if I needed to leave the house.

I would use them again for anything I need!

Called for sewer line blockage. They did not clean it with the snake pretending there was a big blockage. Recommended hydrojetting. Requested camera did not bring camera as they did not want me to see visually inside the drain. Line. Did hydrojetting and still pretended that there was a big blockage and that the drain pipe needed repairing at an exorbitant rate. Paid them off for the hydrojetting and got another plumber with a camera and found out that there was no blockage inside. They are a rip off.

Our service man Juan from RooterManOC arrived quickly. The service was to snake out the laundry line. Juan was very pleasant and professional and took the time to explain what could be causing this recurring issue. We have used another service for many years but felt they were always trying to sell us more than we needed. Juan did the job we asked and then provided a very reasonable price when complete.
