I was at work at the time, but my parents had the pleasure of getting help from Marco (Truck #14) to address a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink yesterday (August 17, 2022). Marco was kind, courteous, and fixed up our sink really well. And after the job was done, he even gave my parents tips on how to take care of and do proper maintenance for our plumbing. The service was definitely worth the price, highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and they said the main line was clogged and that I need to replace the pipe from the kitchen to the bathroom room and to the main line. Over charged a total of 3,800 and 5 months later the same problem and the won't come out to check it out unless I pay them $180 to check on it. It's under warranty and they want me to pay this is crazy. Stay away use some one else

I highly recommend this business and Rodrigo, truck#38. I called them for a clogged bathtub, and they scheduled a service within an hour without any additional charge.
The quote, which turned out to be the final cost, was competitive and fair.
Rodrigo was courteous, professional and pleasant to work with. He showed up with a smile, offered to put on shoes covers, thoroughly explained to me about the issues and quickly took care of it.

Jacob S (truck #52) just left, and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. A backed up kitchen sink--that you then manage to get a drain snake stuck in--would be awful anytime. On a holiday with company due shortly, it was a nightmare. To my surprise, Rooter Man gave me a call back within 10 min of me booking online, and Jacob was at the house about an hour later. Less than 30 min after that, we were back up and running.

Jacob was polite, competent, quick, and cleaned up the work area too. The cost was far less than I expected for a holiday service call. I will be happy to use Rooter Man for future plumbing needs.

My neighbors experienced a break in their main sewer line which resulted in water back up and damage to internal rooms. They called on Rooter Man to do the repair. They were very pleased with the repair. Our homes are similar in age, so I asked if Rooter Man could do a camera inspection of my line. I wanted to find out if I needed any preventative maintenance. Turned out my clay pipe line was root-clogged and also broken. Cast iron pipe going into house was blistered and also in need of repair. Daniel gave me a quote and explained the work that would be involved in what is called a trenchless repair method. He oversaw the process and the team. Jacob and associate were assigned to my repair. They were fantastic. Jacob answered all of my questions and was in communication every step of the process. He handled and pre and post trenching work and dual clean out valve installation. Jacob was also present when a second team arrived to replace clay and cast iron lines. I really appreciated the coordination of the different stages of the project. I give Rooter Man five stars.

Septic tank pumping. Add ons and shady business practices. I agree with some of the comments here questioning the validity of the positive reviews - at least based on our experience. The person taking our phone appointment explained prices for 1,000 gallon and for 1,500 gallon tanks. We had ALWAYS paid the 1,000 gallon price with other companies so we expected our tank was 1,000 gallons. The service guy who showed up was Sako. The tank opening is precisely 31' to the curb. The first ""add on"" Saki charged was adding a 35' hose to the 50' house that comes with the service. It was bewildering how it was necessary to use an 85' hose to reach a tank 31' away. Next to our surprise he claimed we had a 1,500 gallon tank and charged us a rate that was $200 more for a total of $625.00!!! The highest we had ever paid before over 20 years was $375!

When asked how he measured 1,500 gallons he said he had a bubble measure on his tank. But that was after he pumped out the tank. He did not show us the level before he started pumping so there was no way to verify. He had been to other location(s) before our house in the afternoon. In short, there was no way to verify what he was saying.

When I complained to the company I was told they would remove the extra house charge. That was a no brainer considering it was easily proven not to have been needed. They refused to budge on the 1,500 gallon price based on the bubble level excuse. When I explained that the bubble level was nonsense in light of Sako not showing us the bubble level before he started. I was told that was a good idea and they would ask Sako to do that with future customers.

Finally, Sako said there were solids at the bottom of the tank that he could remove for an extra $1,900. Talk about ""ups"" and ""extras"". Felt like a total scam.

Bottom line is we will never use this company again and strongly advise others not to use them as well.
