This company is a total sham. I hired them to detect a leak in my yard. The charged $375 to use a tool that would supposedly detect the leak. They dug a huge wide hole in my yard & said they couldn't detect it. They charged $675 for digging & ruining my lawn. They kept promising that they would come back out to reassess but they never did!!! Please don't waste yurt money like I did.

Same review as most everyone else. MAJORLY shady. Pulled the same scam that everyone else mentions - advertises $49 visit, then says has to call the water truck then says they need $3k to fix a pipe. Told them that I coudln't afford that and the guy then said he would credit me the $500 I was supposed to pay for the water flush. I said no. He said 'HOW MUCH CAN YOU PAY'???? I said no where near what they were asking me. I said if I don't pay my mortgage I could prob swing $1500 the guy said no then finally said if that's the max you can pay I'll have him dig it up in a bit.

SO SHADY. DO NOT USE THEM OR CALL THEM OR ANYTHING!

They were late to appointment and after clearing my shower drain, Juan left the hair that was lodged in the drain sitting in my shower. Nice enough guy but pretty unbelievable.

Incredibly shady business practices that start with a $49 diagnosis and quickly turn into a $500 hydrojet and $2000 repair job. Ended up spending the $500 for the hydrojet and afterwards with the camera inspection the supervisor gave me an incorrect location for the broken pipe. So their strategy would have been to dig up the area they claimed to be damaged for $1500 on top of the $500 hydrojet and then follow up with an oops, the problem seems to be a little further down and then I would have had to pay to repair that area as well. These guys are as crooked as they come and I urge everyone to be careful. It cost me $500 to figure out how shady these guys are and honestly glad it wasn't more.

Had a clog in a pipe that had a very accessible cleanout. Called out Rooter-man for the $49 rate. The tried to snake it and it did not work. He quoted $500 for Hydra jet and a very high cost to replace the pipe. I passed and called out another rooter company for $120 and within 5 minutes they successfully snaked the same pipe that Rooter-man could not do. These guys obviously live from the ""upsell"". Don't get taken.

I had a call based on their special of 88 dollars then the man shows up and says he needs to put the camera to see the problem but now the charge is 125 ... then the "" camera man "" who arrives at the property gives me the news that I have to pay 4,200 Dollars to repair the damage....
this is just ridiculous... complete bait and switch. I paid the 125 for the visit and the use of their camera but they never specified nor marked where the work was that needed to be done. Unfortunately they did not do anything and they did was look for excuses to charge more. I only gave them a 2 stars instead of 1 because they did show up on time but not very good service and the technician seemed upset that I asked why they didnt mark the area that needed the work to be done. They just wanted more money and I am glad I found someone else for half the money in repairs.

Very responsive and okay for the $49 service call to diagnose a problem.

However, a real repair will cost you a FORTUNE (!!!)

To repair a 12-16"" section of sprinkler pipe and replace a sprinkler valve they wanted ... wait for it ....

TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!
That's right, $2,100 in US currency. Yikes!!

They were even more responsive, super confident and no shade in the repair - just great Customer Service!!

They were 1/4 the price, and our technician also flushed out a long clogged drainage line out to the street as well as expert repair of all of the other problems!
