$395.00 for 20 minutes work. I was quoted $105.00 on the phone. Was suppose to show up Saturday but they didn't come till Sunday. Terrible outfit! BEWARE

I had an emergency plumbing issue that resulted in my basement flooding. After receiving three bids I decided to have Rooterman repair my drain pipes. I received a fair estimate and they were able to commence work soon after. If this review was based solely on the plumbing I would give them a five, however, they showed up 1.5 hours late, then they had to wait for assistance and they showed up 2 hours late. This turned into a 7 hour job and most of it was waiting. It was dark by the time they finished. When I went to check on their work the next day I saw they had nocleaned up, I spent 2 hours cleaning up behind them. I am definitely not happy with the customer service.

I was reading the reviews about Rooter Man, and did not believe all the negative feedback! Now I am very very sorry not believing!!!
Highly unprofessional! I had a clogged sewer, Victor arrived with an old and malfunction sewage snake, he struggled with the snake for almost an hour and he only managed to 'open' the clogged pipe partially. After only 3 days the pipe is clogged again, after calling Rooter-Man, I was informed that they do not want to take responsibility, and is asking for an addiontinal full payment, to 're-open' my pipe.
Shame On Rooter-Man!
I'll never use them again, furthermore decided to inform all my family, friends, and neighbors to not to use their services.

Do not use them. I called them yesterday and made a appointment for today between 2:00-3:00. I called them at 1:00 to make sure they were going to call me 30 minutes before arriving. I didn't hear from them and at 2:45 I called. They told me they would call me back in 5 minutes. 2 hrs later they called and said that a women from their co. called me and I hung up or the number was not correct! I told him B.S. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to reschedule. I told them ""NO"" and hung up. I wish I had read the reviews before I called them. Horrible co.

These guys are horrible. They came to my house twice to unplug two sinks and toilets. They used a snake that could be bought at Home Depot. Cheap and ineffective. They didn't do the job right and after a month and a half same problem again. They refused to come back and fix it again because they only offer a month warranty. Do not do business with these people !

Do NOT use RooterMan ( a.k.a. Urgent Rooter). I just came from Small Claims Court where the owner and a supervisor lied through their teeth about an emergency plumbing issue I had had.
My tenant's toilet had backed up on a Sunday. I called them to rooter. With promises that I would never have to worry about this issue again And extreme pressure they got me to sign a contract that day to replace my main pipeline for $7200. Big stupid mistake. They misdiagnosed the problem and I had to spend $4450 more to resolve the real problem. These guys are poison.

Had a blocked toilet needed it resolved fast. Tried all the online advise and wasted an hour of my time. Seen the $49 offer to clear the line by Rooter man. I was skeptical, however, they came within the hour and cleared the line within 15 mins. No extra charge. Andres is the man!!

Aram (Adam) came out to look at a possible water heater problem, decided he didn't like the idea of competition with other vendors and quoted me $1600 for an $800 job... He didn't even put any effort into trying to win the business or diagnose the problem.

Turned out to be a decent job for another company. Your loss. I found a reliable contractor and it's not you.

Be leery of any contractor who doesn't like competition, you'll get ripped off.

Rooter Man's technician came yesterday and made a half-hearted attempt to unclog the drain through the 2"" clean-out adjacent to the washing machine. When that didn't work, he nonetheless charged me $49 and gave me a written estimate of $5,000 ""to replace drains for bathroom on the laundry side of home.Also replace laundry drain as well"" and an oral estimate of $8,000 to replace the drains for the other two bathrooms as well. He tried to pressure me to sign on the spot. When I said I was going to get competitive bids for a job that big, he said ""Well give me another chance to beat any bids you get.""

Today, i got a recommendation of The Drain Co from a friend. They came out and said trying to clear the drain through the 2"" clean-out would never work. They removed the toilet and did the rooting through the toilet drain, unclogged the pipe, and replaced the toilet, for a total charge of $144.50. So, I saved $4,855.50 by not believing Rooter Man. Rooter Man's $49 charge for unclogging pipes appears to be just a gimmick to come in and try to sell vastly overpriced unneeded work.
