I had a call based on their special of 88 dollars then the man shows up and says he needs to put the camera to see the problem but now the charge is 125 ... then the "" camera man "" who arrives at the property gives me the news that I have to pay 4,200 Dollars to repair the damage....
this is just ridiculous... complete bait and switch. I paid the 125 for the visit and the use of their camera but they never specified nor marked where the work was that needed to be done. Unfortunately they did not do anything and they did was look for excuses to charge more. I only gave them a 2 stars instead of 1 because they did show up on time but not very good service and the technician seemed upset that I asked why they didnt mark the area that needed the work to be done. They just wanted more money and I am glad I found someone else for half the money in repairs.

To repair a 12-16"" section of sprinkler pipe and replace a sprinkler valve they wanted ... wait for it ....

They were 1/4 the price, and our technician also flushed out a long clogged drainage line out to the street as well as expert repair of all of the other problems!

Call them up for a simple main line cleaning, tried to schedule me for 10 days out! How can you call yourself 24 hour? I'm supposed to wait a week and a half while my sewer is backing up unreal

Experienced plumber. A bit expensive but they are fast at coming and looking at your problem. They won't charge you until they give you a quote and get the job done. Would definitely recommend!

Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out couldn't get through the blockage, and provided details as to what needed to be further done. My experience with him was very pleasant, and I would recommend him for your clog needs. Thanks Sam!

BE CAREFUL! The $49 add is a scam. Simple snake out of a shower drain turned out to be $125. They bate and switch you, they don't talk specifics, you are lead to believe they are coming out for the $49 price but they avoid talking about it over the phone, then they hit you with the higher price after you have wasted the day waiting for them. I was on the phone with there resolve department, they did not offer a credit tand wasted my time trying to convince me I was wrong. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I could of purchased a snake and did the work myself for that price. Beware.

$395.00 for 20 minutes work. I was quoted $105.00 on the phone. Was suppose to show up Saturday but they didn't come till Sunday. Terrible outfit! BEWARE

I had an emergency plumbing issue that resulted in my basement flooding. After receiving three bids I decided to have Rooterman repair my drain pipes. I received a fair estimate and they were able to commence work soon after. If this review was based solely on the plumbing I would give them a five, however, they showed up 1.5 hours late, then they had to wait for assistance and they showed up 2 hours late. This turned into a 7 hour job and most of it was waiting. It was dark by the time they finished. When I went to check on their work the next day I saw they had nocleaned up, I spent 2 hours cleaning up behind them. I am definitely not happy with the customer service.

I was reading the reviews about Rooter Man, and did not believe all the negative feedback! Now I am very very sorry not believing!!!
Highly unprofessional! I had a clogged sewer, Victor arrived with an old and malfunction sewage snake, he struggled with the snake for almost an hour and he only managed to 'open' the clogged pipe partially. After only 3 days the pipe is clogged again, after calling Rooter-Man, I was informed that they do not want to take responsibility, and is asking for an addiontinal full payment, to 're-open' my pipe.
Shame On Rooter-Man!
I'll never use them again, furthermore decided to inform all my family, friends, and neighbors to not to use their services.

Do not use them. I called them yesterday and made a appointment for today between 2:00-3:00. I called them at 1:00 to make sure they were going to call me 30 minutes before arriving. I didn't hear from them and at 2:45 I called. They told me they would call me back in 5 minutes. 2 hrs later they called and said that a women from their co. called me and I hung up or the number was not correct! I told him B.S. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to reschedule. I told them ""NO"" and hung up. I wish I had read the reviews before I called them. Horrible co.
