Rooter John is a 10 star if there was one to give. 5 star x 2 for me. Sergio came by within the window provided this morning. He asked a few basic questions and knew exactly what he needed to do. He cleared the clog (making our bathroom usable again) and made a recommendation based on his work. Sergio was professional and easy to talk to. In and out in less than an hour. I'm happy that I went with Rooter John and grateful with the outcome.
Bonus..... the estimate provided was the final price, for me!

We had a backup at our house and Sergio came out and was able to unclogg the drain where 2 previous plumbers I called out previously were not able too! Sergio was awesome and made it look easy, he not only unclogged but also found the reason it was clogging which was a break in the pipe. He put the camera down drain and showed me what was going on and where the break was. I was so pleased with him I gave him the go ahead. The price he gave me was very reasonable. The other companies I called out to get a 2nd opinon gave me a ridiculous price, that just about gave me a heart attack. I called Sergio and John and gave them the go-a-head. They were clean and efficiant. Showed me the break also when he dug it up. We are all fixed for now. However we do have a few other issues with out pipes but you betcha, I am calling them back for the repair! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thank you Sergio and John you guys are awesome!

Sergio came out and did a rooter job on my main line under my kitchen sink stated if stated if problems were worse before getting recommendation to go under the house since I have a raised level to see if it would be cheaper just to replace the small section of pipe that might be having the blockage. Ran the dishwasher right away to see if problems were still there and no water detected

Well as you all know when a plumbing issue comes up it's never at a good time. My family was having a nice Sunday dinner and right in the middle of the cleanup the garbage disposal sink decides it's going to back up. I was able to finish up what I was doing and ran the water and sure enough the sink is backed up. I contacted the plumber who came out to my residence earlier in the year, Sergio and advised him of my problem and asked if he could come out the next day on Monday to go ahead and take a look. Sergio related he would have his company schedule me on Monday and I did receive a confirmation that they would be here Monday morning between 9 and 10 AM. Sergio arrived at my residence about 10 AM I advised him of the issue with the sink he took a look and knew immediately what the problem was and went to work. He snaked out the drain for the kitchen sink and within 45 minutes he was done. The water was flowing freely on both sides of the sink and I was able to start our dishwasher and complete the clean up from Sunday evening. The cost of the drain cleaning was very acceptable and I paid that with no issues! I want to thank Rooter John for putting me on the schedule first thing Monday morning and I also want to thank Sergio the plumber technician who came out to my residence now for a second time and both visits he explained to me what was going on what he was going to do and I'm very satisfied with the work! I definitely would recommend Rooter John for any plumbing issues you may have thank you!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Rooter John and his entire crew. What we thought was going to be a minor plumbing issue turned out to be a major re-pipe of our entire house. John was very patient and walked us through all of our options, showed us where the issues were with his camera and fully answered our questions and concerns before starting the project.
John and Sergio as well as their entire team were all so polite and respectful. They all went above and beyond for us with great communication and great work. I have used many plumbers over the years but Rooter John and his crew are at the top of my list.

Had a pretty bad running toilet, I called and got someone out to my house the same night, very fast service. The toilet was fixed the next morning I was very relieved it could be done so quick. Very affordable price as well extremely satisfied with my service!

My toilet was not flushing was about to flood my bathroom. Before it got worse I called Rooter John and they responded quickly. Sergio came and had my toilet flushing again. He was clean and professional. Took care of the problem quickly. I'm so glad there was no flooding. I had a coupon and they honored it.
