Javier showed up to my home per schedule and was extremely detailed and helpful. He was even able to point out a minor issue that the last plumber failed to catch. I did not feel any pressure or upsell from Javier at all and he was able to match the lowest quote I had along with taking care of the additional shower drain problem that he identified. He took 1 day to do all the prep work and the next day to complete the fix. Exactly like he said. He went above and beyond in fixing everything in a timely manner just before the weekend when I had guests staying over.

John actually also came out himself to give me the free camera inspection of all of my pipes. He was also patient in payment as I wanted to open a new CC to pay for the work and I didnt receive the new CC until a week after the work was done but John was cool with it and did not once hassle me.

These guys would definitely be the first ones I call in the future.

Great Job!!! Nice, Professional, efficient, job well done, didn't cost half my body parts in the process of price, on time, dependable, and kind. The owner John is a nice humble man with a great plumbing, rooter and sewer service. He is professional, and his crew is great. John came out inspected the problem and through on this jumpsuit went into the crawl space and found out leak and also our outside pipe had been rusty and needed repair we also had a pressure regulator put in as well. He had 2 guys come out within 2 hours and start the job under the house. They finished before it got dark outside very nice Kenneth kept me informed of what was happening and explained it all to me. Then Kenneth came back and finished the outside pipe. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with the job they did and they were HONEST that is most important to me. Price was reasonable and not overwhelming. I want everyone to know how HAPPY I am with them and say THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE! IF YOU WANT A GREAT JOB DONE AT REASONABLE PRICES CALL ROOTER JOHN!

We had a had major plumbing and gas issues! They came out and were extremely professional. Jorge was the best ever he was timely. They were clean they came in took pictures walked me through step-by-step. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them anytime I have plumbing issues.

I had a slow drain in my shower. Jorge came out the same day I called them and cleared the drain. Jorge was very professional and knowledgeable. After he cleared my shower drain, he cleaned up and left the area spotless. I highly recommend him and this company!

My drain was starting to slow down so I thought I would get it snaked before I had a problem.
They came out on time but hardly ran the snake into the clean out.
He immediately told me that my plumbing was bad and I need new pipes in the house.
Little did he know I had had my pipes replaced not long ago.
I told him I didn't have that kind of money to replace the pipes in the house again, but I wanted to talk with him a little more.
He put his machine in his van, and I thought he was going to come back, but he just took off.
No goodbye, no explanation, nothing.
When I went back in the house to check the drain, I realized he clogged my whole house up.
I called another company the next day, and they had no problem clearing my drains.
I don't know what kind of scam this company is running, but I would be very careful about using them.

I received a coupon from the company, Rooter John, that offered a free camera inspection for plumbing drains. The technician came to my house. He informed me that he would not accept the coupon. I called the company and explained what happened when the technician visited my house. The customer service employee said the manager will talk to the technician and call me. I have not received a call.

I called to make an appointment they sent someone out right away. I was told two different prices and was told I can change my mind to get same day service if I wanted the more expensive option. The guy would just stay and do the work. Anyway I did the $50 service and then at the end of my service when I paid the guy I paid with check and then I asked him if I can void the check and we do the more expensive he said yeah, so I cancel my check and void it. I start to rewrite the new one for the new price $200 more then the man tells me the office called him and said I can't do that I need to pay both fees however that's not what I was told and then they needed to reschedule me as a new and different appointment time.
This is not the technicians fault he genuinely felt bad I could tell it was awkward to communicate it's the company trying to get the most $$$$
I had a difference technician from a different company come the next day and actually told me my issue was different than what the guy was going to do so I saved some $$$
