I called to make an appointment they sent someone out right away. I was told two different prices and was told I can change my mind to get same day service if I wanted the more expensive option. The guy would just stay and do the work. Anyway I did the $50 service and then at the end of my service when I paid the guy I paid with check and then I asked him if I can void the check and we do the more expensive he said yeah, so I cancel my check and void it. I start to rewrite the new one for the new price $200 more then the man tells me the office called him and said I can't do that I need to pay both fees however that's not what I was told and then they needed to reschedule me as a new and different appointment time.
This is not the technicians fault he genuinely felt bad I could tell it was awkward to communicate it's the company trying to get the most $$$$
I had a difference technician from a different company come the next day and actually told me my issue was different than what the guy was going to do so I saved some $$$

Came out, checked out my sewer ran a camera down. There could not resolve the problem, but didn't charge me a $ ! :)

Used Rooter John to unclog a shower drain in an upstairs bath. I appreciate that they honored my coupon (on a Saturday) with no questions or up-sell whatsoever. The receptionist who handled my call was also very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

We thought we had a simple clogged pipe, but it turned out to be more damage than we thought. John showed us pictures of inside the pipe and under the house. Jorge was very professional and quick. John and Jorge were very honest and upfront with issues and pricing. Very reasonable. We will be using this company for all of our plumbing and recommending them to friends and family.

I am highly impressed and deeply appreciative of the professionalism demonstrated by Rooter John and his small crew during their nine-day stay here in Orange County. From the moment they arrived promptly after our emergency call, John and his team of George, Daniel, and Giovanni worked diligently and tirelessly to jackhammer the floor and fix the busted pipe between the street and bathroom, which was causing the commode to overflow whenever the upstairs toilet was flushed. They arrived early in the morning and stayed late, even working through the rain. Furthermore, they took the extra step to protect the floors with mats, dust, mop, and clean the area. Rooter John is the plumber to call when you have a clog riddle. He deserves a five-star rating and I am immensely grateful for his service Kevin and Stu Campbell..
