This is a scam company, check your bill for double payment. do not use the key pad get a paper statement a $77 job turn into $1158 to have a Home Depot toilet replaced. Not even sure if the toilet was even bad, they never showed what was wrong or proof.

Wow. This Company is truly professional. I called them and instantly they picked up the phone. I explained to them the kitchen sink was clogged. The only issue was the beginning and it was my fault. The person answering the phone said the dispatch will call me within 30 minutes. I did not receive a phone call. I called again. The person answer the phone said the dispatch will call me immediately. Still, I did not receive a call. However, that is not true. I did receive a call. The problem was the call went straight to my voicemail for some reason. I don't blame the Company for this issue. Something must have happened with my phone service at that time. Now, despite missing the call, what makes this Company awesome is the people answering the phone. Both people answering the phone during my calls followed up to make sure that I was being taken care of. And by taken care of I mean, are able to have the technician come out. The answer to that question is yes. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to coordinate a technician to come out I had to have the technician come out the next day. It just was getting too late at night to have him come out and I wanted to get some sleep. So, I asked the person I called on the phone to schedule me for a 10 to 12 window tomorrow. They did so immediately. The next day I got a phone call from the dispatch asking if I still needing the plumbing service. I explained to them yes, I do need it. I was told your technician will come out here between 10 and 12 pm today. The lady on the phone confirmed that he will be out here from 10 to 12 pm. The technician arrived at around 11 am. Immediately, I was impressed with the technician Eric. He was very informative about the issue and took a very professional approach to the issue by evaluating the issue and then giving me a quote to fix the issue. Very professional. However, the fix was not what was expected in the beginning. Instead, it was determined to be a clog in the kitchen sink trap, not the drainage exhaust pipe to the sewer. So, this was good news the clog was not way deep in the pipe to the sewer. But, what was awesome, is the fix did not matter to Eric. Whether the drainage pipe or the kitchen sink trap, Eric, still fixed the issue under the original agreement we had. There was no charge for additional services. It was simply the price we agreed. I even had a coupon that reduced the price even further. What made the service most incredible, was Eric paid attention to details. Instead of leaving a big mess like plumbers do, Eric should the shop vacuum to clean up the mess. He also gave tons of advice to prevent this clog from happening again at the kitchen sink and any other sinks in the house. Even my dog loved him. The point is, this Company, truly is incredible. I will not hesitate in contacting them again for any of my plumbing needs. Everything is paperless too. No paper given to me. All emailed to me. This Company truly is professional and I will always recommend people to use them when they need plumbing services. Eric being the plumber that he is and the dispatch personnel being who they are (great customer services) are a result of the Company management hiring good people. Way to go Eric and Dispatch personnel. And way to go Management. Truly Dynamite!!!! Thank you for being such a Professional Incredible Company!!!

I was very blessed with the Plumber Rodney Johnson. He was professional, honest, helpful, friendly, courteous, polite and such a warm blessing in Diagnosing my garbage disposal problem. He worked very hard at eliminating the massive grease clogged pipe under my sink by using his snake and I felt such a relief that this Monsterous problem was taken on and corrected, in which I did not think could be fixed. His friendly, kind and humorous demeanor was very uplifting to my heart and soul. His personality was a breathe of fresh air for this delimma. I would recommend this service to any and all of my friends

Called on mother's day Sunday and had a guy out here within an hour. Merrill was thorough, clean, knowledgeable and gave this new homeowner some great tips on how to maintain my drains and pipes. Called them on Monday for clogged drainage. promisef to come afternoon. Afternoon they called to pospond to Wednesday 9:00. Then called to postpone to next week. I was cross so they send someone 11:00. They are getting 2 stare because the plumber was nice and cleaned the clog

I called Rooter Hero for a clogged drain at my place in Ventura. They set up appointment the same day between 5 and 7. At 4:30, they canceled the appointment and set up a new one for the next day at 9 to 11 window stating that it is the first appointment and there is no chance of delay or cancellation. At 10:30 AM, they canceled again and asked for rescheduling. Very unreliable.

Wish I'd called them first! The smell good plumber came out twice and failed. Vicente O. found a toothbrush deeply lodged in the toilet, and now order is restored, yay! (Okay, which of you kids....!)

It has been a month since my last review for this company. They responded quickly to the review but that's as far as it went I have not heard from them . As I still feel I was ripped off I feel I must file a complaint with the BBB. I really don't want another customer to be as upset as I have been.

Albert was FANTASTIC! Hard working, knowledgeable, meticulous, very tidy, and you can tell he's just a really good guy. He really went the extra mile for us. If we could give 10 stars we would!
