I called to have my ac unit checked out. After our technician left, our ac unit stopped working. I was told by my technician that if it stopped working again to call back and dispatch would send him back asap to fix the issue. So, I called back and the customer service person told me that someone in dispatch would call me back but I never received a call. I called several times and was told the sam thing buy they lied and no one ever called me back. They claim to be 24/7 but that is a lie as well. They have very poor customer service and do not care about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! They are liars!!!

They were awesome! From the beginning- even the receptionist was super nice and got me an appointment right away. The repairman communicated with me very clearly and was even willing to come to my house at like 9pm because he was running behind on another job. This is the company I will be using and recommending from now on. All in all great work and even better customer service!

Never use this plumbing service due to their plumbers' dishonesty who are worse than a lying car mechanic who changes unnecessary parts to rip people off. The Rooter Hero plumber who came to assess the leak, didn't even try to look at the leak to figure out what caused it, and instead he immediately claimed that the issue is in the wall, and it would be a big job that will cost up to $20,000 where he has to tear down the wall and re-pipe the system to copper. Rooter Hero is truly a crooked outfit! Ironically, another plumber from another company came out and fixed the leak within seconds without the need to acquire loans and destroy walls. ""Caveat emptor."" ""Rooter hero"" should change its name to ""Wily Rooter.""

They advertise cleaning a drain for $77, but on arrival the serviceman said the toilet is inaccessible (which it is not), and the cost would be $225. Additionally, they only snake 6 feet; if not cleared, he'd charge $450 and remove the toilet. He asked if I read the fine print about accessibility. I showed it to him and he insisted my toilet was inaccessible. It's a standard toilet. I sent him on his way.

DO YOUR RESEARCH. As a professional myself looking for services for my clients, calling into this company for a quote/ question I was hung up on by their sales ""customer service"" representative Daisy twice and then Nancy once following. After one search of this company they have been SUED AND SETTLED for over 200k, and are on a 5 YEAR PROBATION. Do not use them, ever.

Asked for a quote on a leak, dispatched technician was 3 hours late.

He drove by my house saw, a competitor in the driveway who was doing a quote (and on time BTW) and sped away without asking me (the customer) anything.

Called dispatch who confirmed the technician left assuming I had chosen another company.

Needless to say, I'll be getting my second quote from another company

Rooter Hero is the best, end of story.... Ok a bit more: The techs assigned to our job were Angel and Josh who were exactly on time.

They surveyed our back yard drainage problem and gave us three options for the resolve. I cannot begin to say enough about their level of knowledge, the quality of their work and they kept me informed every step of they.

In addition they left the area just as clean and tidy as it was before they arrived. Going forward I would not consider using any other company for drainage work... heck I might consider them for any plumbing work.

Terrible! Came back to me with an $8,000 quote, sent someone out who had no idea of what he is doing, and had the nerve to tell me that they needed two guys on it. 3/4"" gas lines in a 6'x3' area with 4 valves. The next closest quote was $3,500 and that was 1 guy working on a Sunday. I'm shocked they stay in business.

Brian a technician from Roto Hero snaked our yard drain, then repeated it. He made sure the snake went all the way to the street and then tested the drain with our hose. It worked great. They give you the estimate first and there is a three day warranty period where they will return if there is an issue. Brian was very polite and did a great job.
