Called them on Monday for clogged drainage. promisef to come afternoon. Afternoon they called to pospond to Wednesday 9:00. Then called to postpone to next week. I was cross so they send someone 11:00. They are getting 2 stare because the plumber was nice and cleaned the clog

I called Rooter Hero for a clogged drain at my place in Ventura. They set up appointment the same day between 5 and 7. At 4:30, they canceled the appointment and set up a new one for the next day at 9 to 11 window stating that it is the first appointment and there is no chance of delay or cancellation. At 10:30 AM, they canceled again and asked for rescheduling. Very unreliable.

Wish I'd called them first! The smell good plumber came out twice and failed. Vicente O. found a toothbrush deeply lodged in the toilet, and now order is restored, yay! (Okay, which of you kids....!)

It has been a month since my last review for this company. They responded quickly to the review but that's as far as it went I have not heard from them . As I still feel I was ripped off I feel I must file a complaint with the BBB. I really don't want another customer to be as upset as I have been.

Called and had them send a plumber on Sunday. Octavio came out right on time and told it to me straight. He let me know that I could prob do the work that needed to be done myself saving money. Absolutely professional experience. Had a water valve leak and Octavio showed up before the dispatcher said he would. He was extremely polite and his skills were amazing. His dedication to his craft and making sure my problem was taken care did not go unnoticed. As long as the military keeps me in the area I will continue to use and refer master technician.
