I had an overflow of water that had my toilet and shower clogged. I reached out to Rooter Hero San Fernando and Valley and they came out within an hour. The technician Tracy was awesome. Tracy got the right to work and within 20 minutes it was taken care of. NOT only did Tracy take care of my problem but provided suggestions to prevent any further overflow. I highly recommend Rooter and Tracy for their fast and NOT so overprice fee. Thank you

It was a pleasure to have Tracey the technician attend to the problem. Turned out I had a pop up that was too low that would not let water flow down the sink. Took him but ten minutes after he check out the clean out. Fast prompt work. Thanks Tracey.

Not pleased still thinking about my experience a few years ago...when I had a clogged toilet and no one stuck a snake any longer than the one I had to unclog it, and instead, the guy stuck his head under the house and determined my pipe under the toilet was sagging and needed replacing! The plumber called his ""boss"", a guy named Mandel, who quoted me $11000 to replace the pipe THAT WEEKEND or $14000 if I wanted it done some other time! I was in a daze just thinking about that kind of money, so I told him I was unsure this minute and I'd call in a few days. Well.....later that night, I furiously plunged my toilet for another 10 minutes or so and VOILA, for 3 years now the toilet has worked just fine. I'll never forget how I almost spent a fortune with this company and certainly will not use Rooter Hero ever again!

A plus service.. called them on a Sunday morning for an emergency leak. They gave me a time window for the afternoon and showed up on time. Albert the plumber was super cool and informative. This review is for Jose. He was sent to our home to clear a clogged kitchen sink. Despite a very stubborn blockage, he cleared the drain successfully and for a fair price. He was informative, knowledgeable, and can't say enough about his friendly customer service!! A job well done Jose. Thanks again!

After they investigated a stoppage problem in the sewer plumbing they were only able to fix 1/2 the problem for $77. They said to fix it completely it would cost another $7500 to dig up the sewer line. I was able to get another plumber for $150 to fix everything.

Do these guys add another $5000 to $10000 to the cost because I live in Malibu or because they think I sound stupid?

Had a last minute emergency flooding at my grandparent's house. Jose was our Plummer and was so helpful. He was super informative, calm and honest. He didn't leave until my grandparent's pluming was fixed. It was an absolute relief to have him come out. The other two Plummers before him were unhelpful and quoted us such high prices. As a business owner, I can tell when someone is genuinely interested in people or when they're trying to hustle you.. Jose was the former. Good work!! Hire them!
