We needed service on our backed up kitchen lines that required some snaking. Cole was honestly one of the nicest service technicians I've ever had. He genuinely cared and wanted to help. The overall price of the service was very reasonable. It was the same price to rent a snake at Home Depot versus Rooter Hero coming out. So worth the price plus you get extras, including a hot water heater check, pressure check, and leak check.

First off I never write reviews. This company is such a scam I had to warn people.
My 75 gallon hot water tank broke and today they gave me a quote to replace the tank. The quote was for over 11 thousand dollars!!! Yes ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!
Beyond insulting that they think I would be that stupid to pay that, and I know that me being a young woman is part of it.
I looked up online the exact tank and saw it was been sold for no more than $1,200 I bring this to his attention while I'm on the phone with him because it was a joke at this point.
He then goes into his speech about how he needs to get permits with the city ( HUGE LIE ) and that the ones from Home Depot are cheap and break, when I looked up the same brand he was going to provide.
I can't help but wonder how many people they take advantage of.
This company should be so ashamed of themselves and I hope I can help save someone from being scammed by writing this.
I called 3 other plumming company's after and was provided quotes from 3k- 4K for the exact same service they were trying to charge me for 11K
STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

Turned off my water main, late yesterday afternoon, to do a simple hose pipe tap replacement in my back yard, when the plastic pipe just below the shutoff exploded!
Had to turn off the supply at the street as water was now spraying several feet down my driveway.
Called Rooter Hero, who were unable to come out yesterday due to late hour but said they would be here between 9-11am this morning.

Cole turned up at 9:30 and couldn't have been more pleasant. He informed me of the potential time to complete the job and said he'd like to let the glue set for at least a couple of hours to ensure a good bond.
He completed the work in a timely manner, then took a much deserved lunch break to allow glue to set.
Came back a little while later, turned water on to test, and all is good again!

Unfortunately I can't comment on the price as I'm just the tenant here, and that's the owners concern : )

Cole was a super nice guy, with an admirable work ethic, coupled with great communication throughout the entire process.
Would recommend their services to anyone!

Now it's finally time for a bloody shower : )

These guys show in nice vans and nicely dressed technicians. They will Ipads in their hands. They will run camera and give you a very expensive plan. Their prices are at least 40-50% higher than normal. I would advise on not using them and go with a local plumber who has reasonable cost.

These guys showed up and saved my day! Makes sense why they call themselves Rooter Hero. Angel came to assess my clogged drain for the washing machine. They found the cause of the issue and also took pictures from underneath my house to show me an active leak I had going on. They quoted me a fair price for the repairs and got me up and running immediately. Wouldn't think of anyone else I would want to use for my plumbing issues.
