Travis worked so long and hard to fix the clogged kitchen drain. He not only fixed it, but with his discovery found that we had deteriorating pipes that could clog permanently at any time. That gives peace of mind know what I am dealing with, he honored the quote for the work, even though he deserved more. Happy with the service and his tidiness.

Sebastian from rooter hero came and cleaned out my bathroom sink drain. He did a great job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency and that I had another bathroom to use because I had two different appointments that were canceled because a technician couldn't make it out. But at least I was notified. Great job to sebastian.

Donnell was prompt, courteous, and crazy diligent. I have old pipes, and unfortunately they have fallen prey to the neighborhood tree roots. Donnell wrestled beyond what I thought to make sure that the job was done and done well. He then showed me what was going on in the pipe with the camera, making sure I understood just what the problem was and how it needed to be addressed.

Very pricey, look at the picture. They wanted $4752 for a clean out install. Usually it's less than $1250. Please be careful.

We needed service on our backed up kitchen lines that required some snaking. Cole was honestly one of the nicest service technicians I've ever had. He genuinely cared and wanted to help. The overall price of the service was very reasonable. It was the same price to rent a snake at Home Depot versus Rooter Hero coming out. So worth the price plus you get extras, including a hot water heater check, pressure check, and leak check.
