Mathew came to our house to fix a clogged drain behind the washing machine.
My wife was home, I was at work.
He said he couldnt open the valve , behind machine going to wall and pipes, he would have to break oprn the wall, stucco, to properly repair lines,
He Emailed an estimate for over $2000 that evening.
Today I was home had a friends plumber come over,
He opened the drain valve but broke his wrench afterwards,
I gave him my wrench to keep that was similar that I never used.
The total cost was $120.008
Yes only 120
Forget about it.......
Unfortunately I have to give them even 1 star,

I'm completely appalled with this company. I called about a plug in the restroom on the main floor. They sent a technician to provide a free consultation with free camera inspection within an hour. Amazing right? Then why the one star? The technician called his supervisor only to say that the line is clear, even from the restroom to the main line, and the toilet is the issue, and we have to remove the toilet ourselves and install a new one. Needless to say, they didn't resolve the problem and still demanded payment. Disgusting that they do this.

We are a complex of 11 units and feel like a ""family"" when it comes to repairs, improvements, etc. We had some outdoor pipe issues - something I know little about. After making ""the call"" we were sent Brandon and Hymie. Wow - talk about the dynamic duo. They explained everything in a language I understood and the next day the work was done. We will definitely be using them whenever the need arises.

We called Rooter Hero to come deal with 2 nearly-clogged drains, and a technician named Mandel did the job. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, and took care of the blockages in no time. I will definitely use Rooter Hero again, and I'll be sure to request Mandel.

Called Rooter Hero on Friday afternoon about a minor problem - a slow draining bathtub. I was pleased when they said they could send someone out that afternoon. Sean arrived a few hours later to snake the main line. No luck. To keep this short - Sean worked Fri till 11pm then Sat a full day ,then again on Sun another 6 hours. There were many obstacles and challenges one after another on this 80yr old house. It would have been very easy to let frustration or anger come out. If he was feeling it , it never showed. I appreciated his determination on trying to get to the bottom of the issue , his thoroughness and his professionalism during a very difficult and hot weekend. Only reason Im not giving a 5 rating has nothing to do with Sean,
its only because an over $4000.. bill is quite a hit.

We called Rooter Hero and within a few hours Tony and Lalo arrived to service our kitchen sink clog. Jeff ended up coming with a camera and determined the issue. They were all very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

When we had a plumbing issue at our Masonic Temple, I contacted RH, they were able to send out the technician within 2 hours. Sean was able to suss out the problem quickly & we made an appointment for the next day, as parts were required. The next day Sean took care of our scheduled service & even took care of a broken urinal that I hadn't noticed until then. Super friendly & knowledgeable, Sean was able to get us all squared away in very short order. I highly recommend him.

Our tankless water heater went out right in the middle of the holidays, as you can imagine most businesses were closed. Thankfully, Rooter Hero was on call and come to our rescue! One short call and within hours our problem was solved. The technician was knowledgeable, diligent and informative. Excellent customer service and pricing, with warranty. Couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience.

We had a main cleanout back up and called Rooter Hero and Brian was here in less than 1 hour. Brian was not only helpful by clearing our backup but he has such a great personality that my husband couldn't stop talking about how funny he is.
