This review is over due. When you see these guys, not sure you should be happy because you got help or you should be sad because your shitter got a big problem! Well, imaging your business in a busy day...the place is full of customers, and the toilet is out of order! Well, when your neighbors' bathrooms also got the same problem, things couldn't have been worse.
Booking with Rooter Hero is essay and quick. They came on time and finish the job professionally. Found a big junk of tree root via camera. Worked for hours until dark. Problem solved! Thanks Marco and Rooter Hero! You have found your saviors guys! Call them! They're worth every penny!

I called again for service call on Saturday morning but the service estimate was much higher than the TV advertised price of $77 because it was the weekend! I couldn't afford 5 to 6 X more so had to cancel & use another service provider.

Used the get a quote feature on YELP and got a response within minutes. To my surprise Rooter Hero was open on a Sunday and they dispatched someone within 2 hours. Michael provided excellent service, he was wearing face-covering/mask put booties on and sanitized my sink after he was done. We had a very backed up kitchen sink and I was so relieved to have it taken care of today. To my surprise, there was a $77 coupon for drain cleaning on the router hero website. I was so happy to not have the situation cost me an arm and a leg. Michael went out of his way to communicate all his steps, he was pleasant and courteous. When Michael was finished he spent a good 5 minutes sanitizing the sink area, faucet, etc. Really good to see all the precautions he took to ensure his safety and ours. I felt very comfortable having Michael in my home. I will use Rooter Hero in the future for any plumbing needs.

Over the last three years I have had to replace every plumbing pipe in and under my house. I started on my first project with RooterHero and was very impressed with the professional but friendly plumbers and supervisors as they replaced all the sewer pipes under my house and out to the street. Later, I had RooterHero replace all the drain pipes under each of my four sinks, the last one necessitating breaking up the concrete to expose the sewer line to my laundry room. These were big jobs taking several days to accomplish. We had some problems that had to be addressed, but RooterHero came through and successfully resolved them all, even going beyond what was in the contract to make sure I was happy with their work. They are a 5-start company in my opinion and would gladly use them again if needed.

I rarely use a plumbing service. But had to use one today. So I called a place called Rooter Hero. I had heard their add on the radio, and decided to give them a call. They came out a few hours later, to fix a leaking toilet. Omar was the technician that came out. He was very professional, had a mask, and put booties on his feet, upon entering the house. He immediately showed me what was going on, and had it fixed a short time later. He also answered questions about a shower, and sink question I had, and was very knowledgeable. They really live up to their name, Rooter Hero!
