DO not recommend Rooter Hero. Called because shower was leaking. He replaced the cartridge but still leaked. He went to Lowes and purchased another cartridge but the stem was too long, so the shower handle would pop out and in. Long story short, after of few months, I went to Lowes and bought the correct cartridge with the correct stem length. I should have called their office and had someone else return.

I researched 2 different companies and got quotes from both. I decided to go with Rooter Hero Plumbing because of their great employees!
Sal and Mario were professional, and very detailed. They went underneath my home and took pictures of the pipes and the damage that was done. They went so far as to insert the camera into the pipes and show me live footage of the different areas that were damaged. They gave me 3 different proposals and explained the difference. After we made our decision, they started to work immediately. It was a 1 1/2 day job, and when they finished, they left everything clean. Last summer, 2019, my husband and I decided to hire a company to change all the pipes under the house to copper. I explained to them that I had some major work done summer of 2018 so some of the work wouldn't be necessary. Manny, the owner of the plumbing company went under, and found all the work with the exception of 1 pipe was not done. I explained I saw photos of completed work? Evidently they weren't from my home. t took many, many phone calls and documented photos to get a return call. Eventually our money was returned in full, but it wasn't easy. Lesson learned- you may or may not get what you paid for, but DONT GIVE UP!! Keep calling until you

They are completely unreliable. Do not use this company. They debited our account for the final payment without telling us and then left an open trench in the yard for three weeks. After repeated calls, the response was, ""I THOUGHT WE FINISHED THAT JOB"". Our sprinkler system that worked before the repair job is now not working.

I called Rooter Hero to unclog our shower that was backing up. They dispatched Jason Wilson he arrived within the hour and unclogged the shower! Left the area very clean! He was so perfesional and helpful! Rooter Hero is now my goto for all my plumbing issues!!

My experience with this company is actually a zero star! Called about 10 am and made appointment for 2-4, no call no show, I called to see if they were running late at 4:15 they were waiting for a technician. I can understand, said they would call when that happened. 6 pm no call so I call they give same answer. They call at 9 to tell me technician will be out at 11pm, I have no water so I'm like ok I have no choice . Then calls right back to tell me the technician does not have what he needs to do my job,,,,,he needs a crescent wrench and a pipe wrench! It's a water pressure regulator that I bought already! Don't waist your time!

I called Rooter Hero to unclog my kitchen drain. I saw they had a great price- $77 which they honored. The plumber was on time, courteous and got the job done quickly. We had a good experience with this company and I would call them again.

After posting my review on 10/22/19 Clarissa from Rooter Hero contacted me to discuss described situation. I do appreciate her reaching out about the things that did not go well and I do accept her apology on behalf of Rooter Hero. Like in any other business mistakes can happen and Rooter Hero did the right thing by acknowledging them and offering a solution. I am changing my rating because I was offered a full refund in a courteous and professional manner. Thank you.

I called Roto Hero last week to come and take care of a slow draining shower drain. They gave me a two-hour window for a technician to arrive; when it was 1/2 hour past the end of the window I called to see what happened, since no one showed up or contacted me. 30 minutes later the company dispatcher called and said someone would be over ""within the hour."" I cancelled, since I had to leave the house.

Yesterday I called to reschedule an appointment for today, with a 10-12 window. The same thing occurred. No one here by 12:30 and not even a call to tell me they would be late, so I cancelled again.

Completely unreliable - I would go to anyone but Roto Hero for a plumbing problem.

I reached out to Lyndee and heard back from both Lyndee and Ron, the local manager. They were very professional and seemed eager to win my business, so I agreed to get a toilet installed through them. They indicated there was a toilet available but had to confirm, and we tentatively made an appointment for Friday, 10/11. On Thursday, 10/10, so I called Ron to check the status of the toilet and told him I actually preferred to meet on Monday, 10/14. He told me they were still trying to locate a toilet. Monday came and I still had not heard anything so I went out and bought a toilet from Home Depot and installed it myself. On Tuesday, 10/15, I got a call from their office telling me they located a toilet and wanted to set up an appointment, but it was already too late for me.

I was happy that the company reached out and was willing to work with me, but I really expected a plumbing company to be able to get a toilet much faster. Home Depot had an entire row of toilets in stock. I know each company has its own procurement process but sometimes the customer can't wait several days for something as common as a toilet. If the procurement process isn't flexible enough to meet customer demand, then perhaps some changes should be made.

So the million dollar question - will I use Rooter Hero again? It depends. If I had a drain clog that needs to be snaked, I would not hesitate to call them up. However, if I had a more complicated plumbing situation that required replacement parts (water heater, toilet, repipe, etc.), I would probably go with another company that could get parts right away.

I'm increasing my original review by one star because I thought it was considerate of them to reach out after reading my original review. But in the end, they did not deliver within a reasonable timeline. Ironically, while this was going on, I received another coupon in the mail from them for the exact same toilet promotion.

Such a terrible company, just be careful to call them to have the service. I can't believe they charge me$2144.24 but didn't and not able to resolve the plumbing problem, so I had another contractor to resolve the issue only cost $600
