Had a leak under my family's mobile home. It being a mobile home, the plumbing is above ground, no digging. Rooter Hero quoted my family $8k to fix the leak, and blockage causing the leak, by installing a clean out. Called a different company and they offered to cut a drain from an existing pipe, drain the blockage, and repair the pipe for at total of $700. Rooter hero's plumbers were overzealous about doing major work to fix a small problem.

These guys are terrible. Called for a snaking of the main line back in June, and dude showed up with (no joke) no cutter for the end of the snake.

Not surprisingly, clogged up again a few months later. Against my better judgment, used them to clear out the main line again. Spent 5 minutes poking through the clog, but three weeks later it's clogged again. No warranty.

They're just in business to try to upsell you on digging up and replacing your main line. They're uninterested in actually clearing the pipes in a satisfactory manner.

Very unreliable service. Yesterday, I called for an urgent appointment as my HVAC has stopped working. Yesterday I was told someone would come between 5 and 7 pm. I called multiple times to check and I was told someone is on their way. Then at 7 pm when I called again I was told that the technician has clocked out so no one will come tonight. I agreed for someone to come today morning between 9 and 11 am. No one called to confirm new appt this morning. I called multiple times and was told again and again that technician is delayed. Each time the standard response was ""Someone will call you and confirm the appt"". No one called for over 2 hours.

I lost trust that they will come and help me fix the issue. so at 1 pm I have finally canceled the appointment and found someone else.

Our toitet flooded in the middle of the night. I called at middle of the night and they cam first thing in the morning. Jonathan did great job opening trhe clogged toilet.

I had a problem with some of my storm drains. They came with their camera. Spent 20 minutes to look around. Said they don't know what is going on. Did not even try to fix my problem. They charged me a lot of money for the very little that they have done. If they had spent the time and couldn't solve the problem or at least offered me some alternatives or temporary fixes, I would have thought they deserved the money. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because at least the guy gave me a small discount after realizing I am very upset. I will never use this company again.

I needed a drain line snaked between atmospheric river rainstorms ... so I was expecting all such businesses to be busy.

Rooter Hero was quick to take my call and gave me a half hour arrival window only 90 minutes after the time of my call. I was delighted to receive service so quickly. Alas, after waiting nearly an hour after the window had passed to inquire, I was given a new 2 hour window about an hour out. Midway through that window I received a text stating that they were very busy and giving me a new, later 2-hour arrival window and asking that I call if it was not going to work for me. Luckily, I guess, the 3rd time was the charm and technician Edgar Sanchez and his helper showed up and quickly and efficiently snaked the drain of the roots blocking it via a convenient clean-out at their advertised $77 drain clearing special price. Edgar was friendly and professional and so I assured him I'd mention his good service. I have taken one star off this review due to the scheduling snafu I understand that they were busy, but I cannot understand why a 10:30 window has to unexpectedly be moved twice to ultimately be closer to 4 pm if they knew they were busy. As a result, I spent much of the day waiting around for them to show up instead of doing errands I needed to do. Had the schedulers been realistic about their technician's availability & workload, they should've been able to provide a more accurate service window from the start.

Sink clogged, they came out and ran snake. Left the clean out cap off and found my dog eating the waste.Never use this company again!

They came to inspect and immediately recommended to replace the pipe costing $2000. I knew this wasn't the case. So I called another plumbing service. They came and only charged me $150 for the service.

I won't recommend working with them. They are a scam.

Called these guys out to check and quote repairing a leaking pipe. I figured $500-$600 to repair. I was knocked off my feet when I received a quote of $2500. Needless to say, I thanked them for their time and called another company who promptly came out the next day and replaced the line for $300.

I also called a few other companies who quoted me $500 - $600 sight unseen.

If price gouging is what you're looking for then these are your guys.
