I honestly have no idea how these guys have such a high yelp rating. I would never in a million years recommend them and I can't even review their service because they bailed on us FOUR DAYS IN A ROW. Called on Tuesday to schedule a service on my kitchen sink. They said they'd come Wednesday between 6:30-8:30. Towards the end of that window they called to cancel, but with the promise that we would be first in line the next day. Thursday comes and goes with them AGAIN cancelling, giving us the same song and dance about Friday. Well guess what, around 7:45 we called them to figure out what was going on and we're told that they were about to finish the job they were on and that we were the next customer. Then silence. Around 9pm they finally called to say they had 'car trouble.' sure. Whatever. We're scheduled again to be the VERY FIRST appointment on Saturday morning, with a window of 9-11am. What a joke. At 11 without a peep from this company we called another roto rooter who was at our apartment within 3 hours and provided excellent service. Thanks for nothing Rooter Hero. What a bunch of bozos.

To be completely honest i'm not even sure how they have such a high rating on yelp. We had an absolutely horrible experience, and I can't imagine how many other customers have dealt with the same service we did.

We had a slab leak in our driveway that was leaking a massive amount of water. The only reason we found out was because our water bill tripled and it triggered us to look around our property for a possible leak. We found the area of concrete that was filling up with water, and it was near a broken faucet.

We called Rooter Hero on an early Tuesday Afternoon to see if we could have someone come out asap to repair the leak. We provided them all of the details, and even told them that the leak was happening under the concrete to make sure they knew to send the proper technician to help us. They scheduled us an appt and told us someone would be out to our house no later than 5pm. Fast forward to 5pm, no one showed up to our house, and no one called us about an update. We called back at 6pm to see where the technician was, and they said ""Oh sorry, he must have got caught up, but we can send him out there sometime tomorrow"".

They had no sense of urgency, as we were stuck with water pouring out of our pipe. We explained to them multiple times that this wasn't just a small baby leak, it was a massive slab leak. We ended up having to shut off the entire water source to our house just so that we wouldn't continue to waste water and cause a potential mold issue.

Fast forward to the next day when they were supposed to come make the repair. 5PM and still no one has arrived. We called them again and they said ""Sorry, the technician has been slammed with work, and he should be there shortly"".

He finally showed up at 7pm, extremely unprofessional, and the first thing he said was ""I'm technically already off the clock, and there's not much I will be able to do tonight, but let me take a look and see what needs to be done"". I showed him the area where it was leaking, and he said ""oh, since that's under the concrete we have to send a special contractor out here, and that might take afew days to get him out here"". We had already explained this to the operator multiple that it was under the concrete, so I don't know why they wouldn't have just sent out the correct person to begin with.

We were extremely frustrated because at this point we had already gone 2 full days waiting for someone to make the repair. Meanwhile having our water bill increase significantly while we waited for the repairs to be made. I was just shocked that they didn't take this seriously and get us some help. I work in the property management industry and this is considered an emergency plumbing repair.

Long story short, we ended up cancelling our service with them and we were able to fix the repair on our own. We didn't even have to break the concrete. We spent $15 at home depot and got caps to close off the broken faucet. The original technician could have at-least done that for us until the other technician was able to come out.

Called these guys for a clogged drain. When the guy pulled up the first thing out of his mouth was ""I need to use the camera to see what's going on because(we had the same drain cleaned 2yrs ago), if you had this done 2yrs ago it's going to happen again but I'll go ahead and shake it first. Well surprise surprise he couldn't get the snake through the pipe so he said he would get the camera, which he stated was free of charge, so he could see what was going on. Last time (2yrs)I had a plumber here for the same drain he said it was really hard because of the way the pipes turns, but he cleared it!
So Rooter Hero said he would have to bring back a camera the next day and see what was going on. The guy never showed so I called the company and they told me that he said the pipes were too small for the camera and that they would probably have to cut the pipe to look inside it. He also said that we said we couldn't pay for any repairs. WOW! We said we didn't have a lot of money and we were hoping it wasn't going to be expensive. So, what he said to us when he was here was not in his report, and what he put in his report was completely different from anything that was ever said to us. Don't even call this company. Doesn't seem honest at all.

NO STARS AT ALL, I call them for a toilet that was slow to drain, they said they had a special for $77 and could send out Christian in 2 hours. He came out, put a snake and said he needed to com back next day with James Bencomo his manager because he did not have camera.next day the put camera down drain in another bathroom drain and after talking to owner for 1hour told me the cost would be $4,133 to fix ?????
James had me talk to John Akhoian the owner who assured me he was giving me a good price. I am a senior widow but no dummy, they really put pressure on me to sign.

Called plummer next day, for $150 toke care of problem....

Definitely impressed with Rooter Hero. Was able to get a service appointment right away and they snaked a drain that another company wasn't able to unclog. And they were less expensive than what the other company quoted for ""extensive work"". Thank you!

Quick update, I've used Rooter Hero three times and still get consistently great service from these guys. For sure will continue to use them!

Highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing! We had a main line issue that caused a back up into all of our toilets, tubs and shower on a Saturday night. We decided to let it sit overnight to see if it will pass on its own and the next morning, it worked! We were able to flush but...when we showered and ran the washing machine..the toilets began to make noises and backup was coming through again.

We went onto yelp and decided to reach out to Rooter Hero Plumbing since reviews on them were good and they could possibly come out on a Sunday. I called them at 9am and Rodrigo and Ricardo came over to access the issue in the afternoon. Throughout the day, I received several calls from their office to keep me updated on the time and if there was a delay, which i appreciated! Excellent customer service!

Rodrigo and Ricardo were AMAZING to work with. Ricardo actually knew the original layout of the home since the flippers decided to extend the bathroom so he knew where to put the snake in (wait, is that what their machine is called?). Within 30 minutes, we could flush with no issues AND the price was RIGHT.

We may need to replace a pipe in the future but they went over the process and i was able to obtain a quote. We also were given tips on how to prevent this issue in the future, which we appreciate. They also worked on turf before so that eased our mine since we just got it done.

Ricardo and Rodrigo were amazing and i would highly recommend this company! They even offered to clean up our internal bathroom issues but i was able to get it to before they came over...once everything drained. ICK.

Ricardo and Rodrigo did a great job cleaning my drain for a good price. The drain was difficult to do, one plumber already failed until Rooter Heros showed up and saved the day.

I called Rooter Hero for routine maintenance- to have my sewer line snaked to the main. Ricardo and Christian came over in time and were polite. Unfortunately they couldn't find the clean out in the direction of the main so they couldn't do the work. They showed me on the camera what they meant and outlined a couple alternatives. So while I can't evaluate them on the quality of their work, I. Can say that they were definitely punctual and professional.

My main sewer pipe had a clogged. Rodrigo showed up gave me a fair price to fix the issue. And took care of the problem very quickly. He was very professional and explained in detailed what caused my problem. 100% would recommend this company to anyone!
