Hands down the best Heating and Cooling company in town. These guys came through on a short notice and did a phenomenal job. Velavi installed all new ducts in my attic, dampers and new AC unit. The guys showed up on time, were very professional/courteous and above all very clean. Their prIces are extremely reasonable and their quality is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and/or recommend them.

Velavi recently installed 3 ductless mini split AC units in the upstairs of our home. Izzy came to give us an estimate and we discussed the pros and cons of adding a 2nd regular HVAC unit vs mini split and we all agreed mini split was the way to go. We could not be happier. The install took 2 days, their pricing was competiive, they ran all of the tubes through our attic (vs outside of the house like other companies wanted to do) and they mounted the compressor in a well hidden place on our roof so you can barely see it. They also did a great job cleaning up inside and out before they left. Office and installation staff are very professional. Highly recommend them!

I needed to have my AC maintenance so I messaged Velavi. They gave me a reasonable price for the job. Their response was fast and their communication was amazing. The technician was very nice and explained the steps he was taking with my unit so I new what was happening. I plan to use Velavi in the future when if and/or when needed.

I would highly recommend Velavi for all you heating & air conditioning needs. I got new heating and A/C installed from scratch in my home, including vents. From the very beginning, Izzy was very straightforward and honest about all costs and details about the job. The price was very competitive and actually less than many other quotes I received. The work was completed on time and all permits were taken care of by Velavi as well, which made things much easier for me. I won't go anywhere else for my HVAC needs in the future, it's Velavi all the way!

Velavi Heating & Cooling was the best choice for our HVAC needs. We had an old non-working furnace, and no A/C in September. Hector came out and took a look and gave us a few options and delivered his quote shortly after leaving our home. We are so pleased with everyone who has come to our home to work on our HVAC system, and anyone we speak to at the office. LA County recently had a law pass that prohibits variable HVAC systems, and we got a new single stage Daikin system. Since the systems are new, and only for a small part of the state there have been a couple issues with the furnace, and Velavi has come out multiple times to adjust, fix and even replace certain parts, at no extra charge. They wanted to make sure we got the full life of our brand new HVAC system and replaced a part that they saw was starting to fail, and proactively ordered the part and replaced it. They are such a pleasure to work with, we highly recommend them.

Remove asbestos ducts/replace with new ducts, install new condenser, and remove/relocate furnace in the attic. 5 stars for a job well done. The job and price is 5 stars.

Pros: Everything was communicated in detail beforehand. I didn't know that you had to assemble a furnace from scratch in the attic. Craftsmanship is great as far as I know.

Cons: A few miscommunications, but it doesn't take away from the work/product. Originally, I asked if we can spread out the work over a few days (with 2 workers) but we agreed that 1 day (with 5 workers) would be better. Somehow on the start day, I only saw 2 workers show up and it took 3 days total. Another incident, I was originally told by the initial consultant Izzy that he would throw in a smart thermometer, but when asking about it at the end we noticed it was not in the contract. They were kind enough to install one we bought and deduct the price of the other thermometer so no complaints.

All in all, they do great work and I would use them again.

Great service and company. They showed up on time to work on my wall furnace and were very professional and ethical with the diagnosis and repair. We will definitely use Velavi again for future work and/or to upgrade our heating & cooling equipment. Definitely recommend you call Velavi, we will.

I need to give minus star to Velavi, but don't have it.

I'm disappointed diagnostic from Velavi Heating & Cooling Inc and charge me $60. My airflow fan stops working. I contact Velavi and made schedule. Jose (owner) arrived on time. He took 5 minutes to take a look my furnace without tools or equipment. No testing at all. He told me motor was burned, not working. I have to change motor or furnace. They gave me quotes. The cost of motor and capacitor is $961. The furnace cost is $2600.

I disagreed with him because I heard motor hums, but it cannot start. After he's leave, I tested the motor by using chopsticks to spin the motor. The motor stared and blow out the air again. So I decided to order $15 run capacitor from Amazon with two days shipping. After I changed the capacitor, my AC is blow out the air properly. Don't do it by yourself if you don't have electrical background. You have to hire touch company to do it, but not Velavi.

This company charge me for visiting (not diagnostic) and trying to get big profit by replacing unnecessary hardware. Be careful to use this company services. Don't believe what they say. Not recommend to deal business with Velavi.

My AC stopped blowing cold air right before a big heat wave. I went on Yelp and requested a quote from another company but Velavi was the first to respond. They had great reviews and had a technician available to come out the next day, so I gave them a shot. Hector, one of the owners came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I needed to get my run capacitor replaced. He also identified a slow freon leak. He gave me a reasonable quote and quickly fixed the problem. The whole process took less than an hour. He was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate using Velavi again or recommending them to my friends. Hector is the best and I'm living in cool comfort once again!
