These guys are great! Had issues last year w my a/c and they repaired it during the hottest days of summer. This year I decided to upgrade my a/c and they replaced everything (from A to Z) at a great price. Francisco and his crew are professionals. Super nice guys, on time, knowledgeable, and they even clean up before they leave. Couldn't be happier with the service, the crew and the equipment they recommended/installed. Velavi was fantastic at installing an entirely new HVAC packaged system with ductwork at my Parent's home.

I know HVAC systems and was extremely particular on how I wanted the install done. From the initial meeting with Hector (owner) to numerous email exchanges with Vaneza in the office, Velavi was always extremely responsive and professional.

Hector's install crew (will highlight Francisco and Brandon) were very efficient, with high attention to detail and overall very pleasant to work with. The entire system was installed in 3 days. Hector even helped with balancing the system. I say helped, as that was not directly part of his scope. I did the load calc including cfm per room and Hector helped balance to my requirements. It would be nice if a load calc (ideally manual J) would be provided (of course for a separate fee) but not going to knock Velavi as the other contractor's I received quotes from did not provide load calcs either. My background is in heavy commercial HVAC systems so my expectations are quite different than the average homeowner.

This summer will be the true test but confident the system will perform very well. Overall I'm very pleased with the Velavi team! Thanks again, Hector.

Hector and his team installed new ducts, vents, ac and heater with a nest thermostat end of last year. They did a great job, staff is trustworthy and easy to talk to. Quality of work is outstanding, scheduling and communication was great. Would choose them over other companies based on price point, brand, permit, and test for leaks by 3rd party company.

I very rarely write reviews, but when it's exceptional service, it just warrants it. I felt so completely taken care of with this company. They are super solid and honest, and very hard working. Jose came out to my home and quickly diagnosed some issues. These issues were quickly taken care of with a very reasonable charge. I am thrilled to have found this company for all of my heating and air needs! I have both a wall unit and an HVAC, and he was very knowledgeable with both.

Hector is a great guy, very down to earth, honest, and fair. He installed 2 brand new air conditioners and heaters. He gave me a great price and beat out all the competitors. His crew was very professional, fast, and efficient. I've had no problems with the unit since it was installed and it works like a charm. They work around your schedule. They also did the duct replacement with proper asbestos removal.

These were done for rental units of mine. He is the most cost effective company for this. You get great product, warranty, and service. If you are an owner of rental properties he realizes that overhead cost needs to be at a minimum. He also knows how to deal with problematic tenants. He does not talk to them in regards to pricing, any kind of issues either with installation or the building, and cleans up after himself so it looks like he was never there. Owners know what kind of nightmare some tenants can be and if you have those kind of tenants Hector is you man. He knows how to handle them and doesn't say anything to the tenants that could end up hurting you in the future, as we all know legal bills can add up quickly.

I definitely recommend him for AC and Heat and give him A+++++ rating!! Thanks Hector!

These guys are great. We had our entire HVAC replaced, including all ducts, registers, furnace, coil and compressor. They provided the best quote and also top notch work. You could tell the little things were done well and thoughtfully -- no cut corners or cheap materials. We've had a lot of work done around our house; Jose and Francisco are at the top of the list in terms of thoroughness and attention to detail in getting the job done right. I would use them again and recommend them to my mom!

This company not only responded quickly to my quote request but they know their stuff. Jose and his assistants are honest and experienced when it comes to troubleshooting the problem. They were able to test my compressor to see if it had an issue and it didn't (thank goodness). Instead they found out it was my capacitor that was not functioning. Saved me a ton of money since another company was going to do a trial and error repair. Plus, he was willing to educate me on what to look for in the future and what they were doing. He even discovered that my furnace wasn't working bec of a blown fuse and all of this fix in less than 1.5 hrs. On top of the troubleshooting, they even cleaned the paint and dirt off the exterior of the condenser unit! That added service impressed me. Will definitely work with them for my future projects. This company is amazing! Jose from Velavi literally just left my house. I couldn't wait to get to my phone to write a review! He knew right away what the issue was. He was very honest about it. We tried to install a Nest thermostat and we ended up blowing a fuse which cut off power to the Fan, Heater and A.C. unit. I did my reaserch prior to calling anyone and my hunch was that it was a fuse. I called about 6 other companies before deciding to go with Velavi. All others were charging over $80 just to come out and tried to scare me by saying it would be an issue that could cost well over $300! Plus a charge of $150 to install the Nest.

Jose only charged $150 total! He fixed the fuse and installed the Nest. He was done in about a half hour. It's so nice to find a company that is honest, courteous and very professional! Don't call anyone else! I'm an honest single parent that is on a budget and if you need to save money go with Jose from Velavi!
