BEWARE!! We had a clog in our house and my husband couldn't get our usual plumber in so he checked google and this place had a 4.9 star review so he called them. Never trust google reviews! The plumber showed up and took two hours of struggling, and ""waiting for his supervisor"" to proceed as he couldn't clear our drain. His supervisor shows up and barely sticks the camera in the drain and says we need to replace everything costing us 14k. My husband restates multiple times that he just wants the clog cleary, then the ""supervisor ' says that that can shoot a power washer for 1,400, my husband said that's crazy!! The supervisor responded with other places charge 2000. I am so glad I was not the one dealing with them but I am upset my husband even paid them since they left without clearing the drain. Right after they left my husband shot the hose in the pipe and the clog broke right up, they seriously charged us $365 for nothing. Never believe reviews on google always refer to yelp and don't go to this place it's a scam.

Called them for a clogged drain as my usual company couldn't make it for a few days. Jesse came over and pretended to snake the drain (I watched him). He then called Jim and said he couldn't get it after two try's. Jim called me and said I needed a $1607.00 hydro jet. I told him I wanted to get a second opinion, he countered that he could do it for a $1000. Red flag!!!! Why would he drop the cost $600. The next day my usual guy came over and got it done in 15 minutes for $235. These clowns are scammers and crooks!!

I would definitely call Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air again! Their plumber was amazing and I really appreciated the work that he did! he really persevered in taking my sink out and putting in a new one and he was very friendly and he made a really good impression for this company. Unfortunately, I was very overcharged on my repair. It was an emergency and I didn't know any better. I researched it after the fix (called two other plumbers) and found out that I was charged way too much. Rooter Hero also said I needed more work, which would cost thousands. I didn't, and wouldn't hire them, to do more work at my house. Basically, if you read the longer reviews here, then you will be familiar with my experience as it was similar or exactly the same.

I contacted Rooter Hero due to my tankless water heater acting up. They sent out a technician the next day to assess the situation and get a free estimate. The technician, Jacob, showed up on time, was friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Upon completion of the assessment, he gave me a complete rundown of everything that could be done and costs. I let him know I needed to talk to my husband about it before we proceeded. I called him back the next day to schedule the service, and he was able to come out the following day to complete the maintenance. While I had a bit of sticker shock, it is worth it because what I spent can be applied to a new heater when it comes time to replace if I go through them. Overall, I'm very happy with the customer service and the job done. Thank you, Jacob and Rooter Hero!

I requested service from ""Rooter Hero"" on Friday and was told that someone could come out that day. They said they would call within the next hour- only to say that they actually can't come out today and that they can come out tomorrow (Saturday). Then the following day, Jonathan stated that some people are sick and so they'll have to change the appointment again. I get that the rain stopped, and it's a Saturday- I'd like the day off too, but the inconsistency is pretty unprofessional, and I'd rather go with someone who follows through with their word. The value of service is also defined by the quality & honesty of the people who work for you.

These folks were great! I called when everything was backing up and they were here within an hour! Courteous, clean, and helpful, they resolved the problem. There was a special going on which we were able to take advantage of. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors!?

ROOTER ZERO stars. My wife called these PREDATORS for help. The sewer backed up on a Sunday evening and most places were closed. Desperate for help we found Rooter Hero would come right over. They pulled the same exact con. Having no clean out I agreed to the 400$ fee to pull the toilet. The ""tech"" stopped after snaking only a few feet and said the same thing . Had to call the manager. The manager tells us the line is probably broken and needs to be inspected by camera. They removed ZERO roots provided a worthless shaky video on a cheap thumb drive. RIPPED OFF for 1500$ The line was cleared by another company for way less the next week. If I see a Rooter Hero truck at some ones house . I will warn them!

Do not trust this company. This company did camera inspection for my sewer. They come very quick only the same day , get money and do nothing after they get money. They promise that I'll have a report after a few days. But after that I call many times almost 10 times to request a report ( over 1 month) they don't answer.
