I found Rooter Hero online,had a stopped up toilet and called for service,I got there answer service and she said dispatch would call me,which they did and scheduled a tech to come out,I asked what the service call would be,she said they tell you when they see the trouble and there is no charge until then,Technician Jedidiah showed up promptly and was a nice kid,he never gave me a quote and said he would try his auger, which cleared the trouble,I asked what the charge was and he said 250.00 dollars and to make the check out to him,I told him no I'm not making a personal check out to the technician,something wasn't right with this,I can't recommend them,even tho the kid was nice seemed shady to me,I give people the benefit of the doubt,but felt like I got ripped off,I will never use them again and can't recommend

Had them come out to run a camera through my sewer line. They charged me $400 to do the camera and tried to tell me that my sewer line was collapsing in my yard and that to dig it up and diagnose further problems would be $24,000. I had a second plumber come out and diagnose the problem in 20 minutes and resolve my issue. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Worst experience I've had with a plumber in Sacramento.

They get one star for showing up 5 minutes before the 2 hour window closed and for being very polite on the phone. The tech came into the building. He took a photo of the leaking faucet, never touched the faucet mind you, went out to his truck and came back in with an estimate of $1,800. The replacement cost for the entire sink and fixture is $1,500. It was repaired later in the day by another plumber, within 5 minutes for $125. Rooter Heros? Serously?

Had an issue with shower draining and asked rooter hero to snake the line for me. Somehow the shower drains even slower now after they took my money.
They had some secondary person in a white van show up with the plumber. He spent the whole time trying to sell me additional services, giving the classic ""let me run it by the owner"" instead of being straight forward about pricing. I'd recommend using your money elsewhere.

Tried to tell me it would cost more than $100,000 to fix a plumbing/sewer issue - need to replace all the pipes etc. etc...then ran a line of credit with out discussion or conversation about it. After asking them to leave for more than 30 minutes...

DO NOT CALL them, I've heard more horror stories about them - stay as far away as possible.

Do not hire this plumber! Predatory practices! They charge double for everything! Charged $55,000 for 50-foot residential sewer lateral replacement! Other plumbers would charge $20,000 for this work. Stay away!

Two days into our new home, we noticed a plumbing issue in both bathrooms. Frustrated and annoyed, I begin googling emergency plumbing near me. I clicked on Rooter hero plumbing and gave them a call. The receptionist answered, asked questions, and stated that a technician would be out to service us. Shortly after, Tracy arrived with a positive and great attitude. He was very Informative and resolved the problem in a timely matter. Thank you, Tracy, for saving the day and elevating the stress we were experiencing. This company has been doing work at my neighbors house for several weeks and employees from this company continue to block my driveway preventing us from getting in or out. Even after talking to them, this continues to happen. This is not only unacceptable, unprofessional, inconsiderate , but also, illegal.

Under our house flooded. I called in as an emergency. Dillon showed up promptly. He used his phone flash light, looked for under a minute, then quoted me $32,000!!! He said my pipes were leaking in 4 spots. A full house re-plumb is what I needed apparently. My options were pay all now, to give him my license and my SSN so I could finance it or put it under my equity in my house. I paused and said that's a lot of money so I'll get back to you. Had another plumber come out and within 15min he followed where the water was coming from (a little crack in the old pipe where I just had a new water line installed for our fridge). A couple hundred bucks and I have water back in my house. I'm so disappointed that companies are out there doing this! Will never recommend!!!

I had a great experience with the guys that came out, specifically I worked with Mike and Ormond, they were super professional, honest, and they got right to work on my job. As far as the cost I thought it was pretty reasonable. They pretty much replaced all my kitchen plumbing for $3500 plus they covered all the holes. I can't say that I have any complaints, I'm so thankful for the guys working around my schedule and getting things done in a timely manner. I would use them again if I had plumbing needs!
