Nicole answered the phone and quoted me one price and said unless something extra was being done it would not be more. Unfortunately, when Chris showed up, he said the price was 50% more than she quoted me but since I was really tired of waiting for the problem to be fixed, I just agreed. But to increase the price by 50% without doing anything extra, I thought was deserving of the two stars. After they saw my review, Nicole messaged me and tried to resolve the situation so i added one star to the original review making it three. They did not actually resolve the situation. I just added the star because I appreciated the effort.

The day before Labor Day I started hearing what sounded like running water. The sound was barely noticeable, but it wouldn't stop so I decided to look for a technician to check it. I was a bit worried that it would be difficult and expensive as it was a holiday weekend.

I found Chris and Nikki's information through the Walnut Buzz FB group. They had been recommended by so many people, and I could see why. Nikki responded very promptly and was able to schedule a visit asap. Chris came to check out the damage and gave me my options. The best part was that the decision was entirely up to me, he wasn't pushing me into doing anything.

After determining what was wrong, Chris was able to fix everything in a day!

I had a main line back up on Sunday eve. My regular plumber could not come out. I read the reviews and decided to go with Rooter Help. They came out Sunday night, at the time they stated. Their quote was very reasonable. It ended up being a more then quoted, because we ran into issues, but Chris kept me upto date, and gave me options. All in all, he was there about 3 hours. My place is in Covina CA.
