Nicole was very friendly and kind. We asked if someone could come out and detect where our leak was coming from-we only heard hissing in the bathroom, she said no problem and we set an appointment for Chris to come out.
Apparently, he doesn't do that, they hire out for that. He never inspected our bathroom and only told us we need to repipe our entire gone because of the year built. And then left.
Pretty disappointed, but glad we weren't charged for his visit because the ""inspection"" is free. Disappointed.

We needed to replace the water valve of our washing machine as it was leaking. I searched Yelp & decided to call Rooter Help based on the reviews. When Chris first came & gave us an estimate, we knew we found our plumber. He was honest & explained to us our options. Our water valve was 20 years old, the original one when we bought our house, so finding a replacement valve was not easy, but he didn't hesitate & was confident he can do the work. He also gave us a reasonable price, the best one we received. Scheduling the appointment was also easy. Nicole kept us updated when he was coming. We'll definitely recommend Chris. Thank you!
