The tenant had no hot water and Zack was willing to complete the job late into the evening to make sure they had hot water. After a year later of the new installation of the tankless water heater we never had a problem with the hot water. Called Zack out again, the main line was clogged during the rain, and he went the extra mile to clear the drain from tree roots and cleaned all the back up that was left on the ground. Thank you Zack! Will use this company and Zack again.

Zack was communicative throughout the whole process, and answered his phone each time we called him. He also arrived promptly at the scheduled time which the majority of services don't do.

If you need ANY plumbing needs, Zack is your guy! The previous owner of my new house had re-routed the gas line, and in his haste forgot to connect the new line to one of the wall heaters. Zack came over and quickly came up with a plan. He worked with my schedule, came prepared, and reconnected the line easily. I also needed a tub faucet leak fixed. Not only did he take care of that, but he was also mindful enough to ask which orientation I preferred to have the shower handle. Extremely professional and helpful! He went out of his way to also help connect the water line to my new refrigerator when he really didn't have to. Zack is really good at what he does, and he makes you feel like he's looking out for you. Good dude. Plus, he watches Naruto, so that's an automatic five-star right there! I'm keeping his business card in my back pocket in case of future plumbing needs, for sure.

Zack is the best we had a horrible blockage in our main guest bathroom toilet. He went above and beyond to make sure our entire plumbing statue was unclogged.
