Joe the owner was great called him at 11 and he was out by 2:00 we have had them to our home before and they were great then too. Took care of our problem quickly. We will need to do a more extensive project in the future but for now everything drains beautifully. Thank you Joe for your help my family really appreciates having working plumbing in our home.

These guys sure try! Called Joe about a new plumbing issue here with a shower/toilet slow draining problem Joe scheduled us for the next day and were thrilled when he called back and said plumber Mike would be right over. Mike and his assistant John arrived and got to work tying to clear clog. Unfortunately this time the drain won and we need to more assistance with drain. They did discount the usual $375 fee since a toilet had to be removed to $250. Hopefully we can get this fixed soon

Love these guys- friendly and straight talkers. Didn't try to overcharge me to fix the roots in my main line. They finished the job in 1 day and I can't even tell they dug up the driveway. They can also be reached 24hrs which is a major plus. They will be my first call if I have ANY plumbing issues.

In September 2020, Rooter Guy Plumbing provided the most cost-effective and best plumbing service imagineable (water heater replacement, snaked pipes, camera, replaced sewer/drain lines under house and installed cleanouts).

1st Emil explained and communicated every step of the way all issues and recommended solutions - best customer service possible.

2nd the teamwork demonstrated by Mike, Jon, and Emil was really cool to see. It really inspires trust in a customer to see people working well together and taking pride in their work.

3rd all plumbing issues were resolved promptly and without any issues ... with their quality work, I don't anticipate having any issues for years to come.

Fantastic! Emil was terrific, professional, courteous, polite, CLEANED up like no other when the job was done...and something unique in LA...when I called they said we can't get out before 2...I said no problem...precisely at 2, he was at my door. Had a clogged up sink...ran the snake and instantly great...Rooter Guy will be my go to for sure! Oh and wore mask and protection...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
