My temperamental toilet had a really, REALLY bad clog and backup. To say it was gross and disgusting is being polite. I have a home warranty, and the company sent Rooter Guy out. The technician, Zack, wore a mask and protective booties and let me know he had been vaccinated before I could even ask. Zack must have spent an hour getting the toilet unclogged--he was absolutely determined. Not only did Zack get the toilet working again, but when he called me in to show me, he had also cleaned the toilet for me so it was once again white and shiny. I was expecting to have to do that myself afterward. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received.
