Fantastic! Emil was terrific, professional, courteous, polite, CLEANED up like no other when the job was done...and something unique in LA...when I called they said we can't get out before 2...I said no problem...precisely at 2, he was at my door. Had a clogged up sink...ran the snake and instantly great...Rooter Guy will be my go to for sure! Oh and wore mask and protection...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I would only trust my plumbing issues to Rooter Guy! VJ and his crew are amazing and always find the best solution for any situation. I have used Rooter Guy for small problems, drain back ups, to big jobs, total sewer line replacement and everything in between and can't thank them enough for always doing doing a great job and working miracles on our 80 year old house. We have also used them for gas line problems in two different leaks. VJ is so experienced he always seems to find the exact spot where the gas leak is by intuition. VJ and everyone at Rooter Guy should be an example of how all businesses should take care of their clients!

Both times I've called Rooter Guy, I've gotten Emil. He's been so friendly and informative. Last time he rooted the bathroom sinks. This time he replaced the toilet angle stop. Both times the sink drained freely and the angle stop stopped leaking. Other than him doing a fantastic job, Emil was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and a wonderful person. Any time I have a plumbing problem I'll be sure to call Rooter Guy and hopefully get Emil again.
