I believe it was Zach who came out to fix our home warranty issue. I'm a realtor and work with vendors all the time, and this guy just won my business they will now be my first call for all of my clients as well because the work and service were EXCELLENT. I can't stress enough how hard it is to find vendors who figure things out quickly and nicely but that was Zach. Showed up late at night to do the work too. My temperamental toilet had a really, REALLY bad clog and backup. To say it was gross and disgusting is being polite. I have a home warranty, and the company sent Rooter Guy out. The technician, Zack, wore a mask and protective booties and let me know he had been vaccinated before I could even ask. Zack must have spent an hour getting the toilet unclogged--he was absolutely determined. Not only did Zack get the toilet working again, but when he called me in to show me, he had also cleaned the toilet for me so it was once again white and shiny. I was expecting to have to do that myself afterward. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received.
