I had a horrible back up in my home & called the plumber I had used before but they were busy, being a Sunday it was a given. I began to look for another plumbing company & that's when I came across these guys. They were able to schedule me in the next 60 minutes!! With family coming over in just a few hours, I needed my problem to be taken care of ASAP!

I was beyond satisfied with their service. Beginning with their customer service rep to the technician, was superb. I provided the young lady over the phone all my information & was told I would be given a call back as soon as a technician was assigned. Within 10 minutes I received a call back & was given my technicians name & told he will arrive in 60 minutes.

35 minutes later, Harry, the technician was at my door!! He quickly took a look at the back up & the property then got to work. He was able to clear my drain fast, knowing I had guests coming over in the next few hours. I can't thank these guys enough! I certainly will be using this company again in the future if needed. (Let's of course hope not haha)

I was so happy with my service from Rooter Guard. The technician arrived within 45 minutes when I was having trouble finding anyone else to show up same day. The technician was very polite and respectful. He left his work area clean and fixed the problem right away. I would definitely recommend Rooter Guard to anyone with a plumbing issue!

Rooter Guard just left my house 20 min ago after all there hard work. I had a water heater problem! I had no hot water anywhere in my house! After haveing to take a cold shower for 2 days under this cood weather I had called Rooter Guard for the 1st time and wow im impressed! They came down within 45 min with a water heater ready to go just incase that was the problem. They checked it out and within 10 min told me I need a new water heater. I new it was true because I have had mine for over 10 years now. They had installed the water heater for me in 35 min and clean up well after them. Ver proud! They are my new Plumbing company for life!

I just want to thank Rooter Guard for all there hard work and support! I had called them today and it is 12:15am and they said they can send someone over to my house in the next 45 min and soon to expect they had arrived on time. The Tech came in with respect and checked out my leaking bathroom sink and found the problem very fast and also fixed it very fast! The price was good for a midnight job! Very highly recommended!

Rooter Guard gets a five on their customer service. The technician however, needs some polish. So the plumber comes out and after chatting, moves my washing machine and proceeds to snake the drain. All is good. He pushes the machine back and puts the drain pipe into the drain. However, he forgot to attach the drain pipe to the machine. My first rinse cycle was all over my garage floor. Thank goodness our laundry wasn't in the house or this would have been a major mess! Anyway, i called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Leo called me and was super concerned about my issues. He listened and I could tell he cared about the serious mishap. He refunded the rooter charge, even though that was not my goal, and apologized for the mishap. I will definitely use these guys again and will refer them out for their superb customer service. Oh, and they are paid by the hour, so no up sell! He cleared my drain and that was it!
