We had an irrigation pipe burst on the side of our house and we called Rooter Guard to come have a look. We are glad we did. I used to work in the service industry so I know what great customer service looks like and am so appreciative when i am lucky enough to receive it.

So i called Rotor Guard and this is where the excellent customer service began. From the person who took my information to the person calling to confirm an appointment, this staff is prompt and follows through. A gentleman named Eduardo took care of us and I have to say I felt comfortable with him immediately. He was competent, knowledgeable, direct and straight to the point. Most of all I trusted him. The following week we had Eduardo out again for a different issue and once again he delivered. I want the company he works for to know Eduardo is excellent and if we ever have an issue and need help we will be calling Rooter Guard requesting Eduardo. Kitchen sink clogged. Made an emergency phone call to these guys and they were on it so quick. I wanna start off by saying great customer service in the office, great response time. The service tech came out whose name was Daniel. This was the second service call he made to the property. Very patient and professional and worked out the problem as quick as he could. Two thumbs up. These guys are pros!!!
