Plumber showed up without equipment to my request to clear a drain. He was adamant about giving me an estimate on a job I had already scheduled with another company, kept mansplaining and cutting me off when I spoke. After about 10 minutes of this back and forth, I showed him out. I had a great first experience with Rooter Guard and that's why I called them again, but this recent exchange sullied my impression of the company.

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Guy from Rooter Guard came out and stuck in a snake about 7 ft, then hooked the sink back up and ran the water and it clogged again. He said I could pay $3200 for him to use a special ""de-scaling"" machine, or have the pipes replaced for $7000. I read another 1 star review on here where rooter guard pitched him basically the same thing, and the reviewer said he called A1 plumbing and they did it for $125. I then called A1 plumbing and they came out with a bigger snake and cleared the clog for $175. Call A1, or anyone else.

Thanks for the comment. I moved to California now, I had do rehab on the Vegas house before we sold it, I replaced all the appliances with new ones, changed the flooring. I did this before put it in the market. I even install new electrical wiring , electrical panel for extra 10grand'

I want to give a shout out to Mike and Oscar. They did a fantastic job at helping my dad with these old pipes in his house. This was a big job it took them about a week and a half to finish it they even came on a Sunday to make sure they finished up. They were professional and skillful in their job. An extra special thanks to Oscar who went above and beyond to help my dad you Rock! Every time they did a job, they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you again router guard!

So forget about Covid 19 causing a shortage of toilet paper, I couldn't even flush my toilet. I had 2 other plumbers come and they couldn't fix it. My husband found Rooter Guard and these guys are experts. They had the tools to accomplish the job. It was not an easy job either as we had to dig underground to get at the pipes. My house is an old house built in 1952 so who knows what went on there. We found out it was a hot mess with frankenstein assimilation that caused all sorts of blockages and leaks. Although we paid a substantial sum, it was all an investment for the life of the house. Now my house is breathing better and can relieve itself without all the constipation.

Honorable mentions are as follows: Vick, Juan, Elio and Rigo. For a novice to plumbing, they explained the issues and gave me a sense of confidence that the job was going to be done and done right the first time. They even anticipated problems and fixed them. Truly the consummate professionals I am very glad I called them for such a big job. And they worked super hard and fast to finish it up in two days. The nightmare plumbing issues ended with sweet dreams. Thank you and I highly recommend these professionals. They know what they are doing and they do it well. For a house colonic, call these guys. You'll sleep easier.

We had a challenging job and although initially no one wanted to touch it, Harry hung in there and found solutions, did a great job and made sure we were satisfied. Had a backup in our bathroom, toilet wouldn't go down, and coming up in shower.... Called Rooter Guard, and within an hour, they were out to help us. Sam was very professional, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. Sam was very nice, and kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend Rooter Guard for all your plumbing needs. I had a disaster when my toilet overflowed and raw sewage poured down the hallways into the adjoining rooms. Sam @ Rooter Guard was there within a few hrs. on a Sunday AM. No extra wk. end rate gouging as with some other plumbers. Sam graciously mopped and cleaned up the entire sewage mess for me. The original 1950's bath room pipe which runs across the house into the kitchen area needed to be replaced. Harry worked in my behalf to get me the lowest price possible (nearly a $3000 discount.) They had to take up my front patio brick and it looked even better than before after they re-set it. The entire job was done in 3 days and all went smoothly and problem free. They provided me proof of inspector's final sign off. As a side note, I'd used one of their competitors several months ago when I had to replace the front yard sewer line and had nothing but problems with that other company. I would highly recommend Rooter Guard as they are very professional and take care of their customers.
