Steven and George came by our house to help us with a laundry drain issue. They were very polite and professional the whole time. We've had another plumber come and snake the drain but it would still back up the next day. That same plumber recommended that we hydroblast all our drains in the house which was going to be expensive. Steven and George were able to troubleshoot the problem and diagnose the issue. The main drain was clogged with grease and debris and they showed me with their camera snake. Once they hydroblasted the main drain, our laundry drain flowed back to normal. They even gave me free advise on my bathroom sink drain which I was working on myself. They offer 30 days gauranty on their work and we would hire them again if needed.

We were having problems with our toalet. I read reviews on Yelp and found MCA Pro Appliance Repair. The worker came on time and was very professional . He took time to explained everything they would be doing, step by step. Unfortunately our cast iron pipe required replacement and I'm glad we did it. They were not the first to answer, but when I looked at the reviews I was sold. And now, here is yet another glowing review for them...

They were able to come out the very next morning.
They were here early. What?! I asked them if they minded waiting, and the answer was, ""Not at all"".

When they came in (they being Stephen and George), they were quiet and very polite. They explained exactly what they would do (snake and send in a camera). And they did. Less than 30 mins later, they were done. My bathroom sink is working again. Yay!

Stephen made sure that I understood the work has a 30 day warranty and to call them if we have any issues or questions.

Oh, and the pricing? The price was given upfront and it didn't change after the job was done.

Another company came out to give me a quote for a hydro jet cleaning after grease buildup caused an overflow. They wanted $700. Seemed way high so asked if they offered any discounts. I was told no. Hmmm. So I quickly called this company and was quoted $400 over phone. Told other guys to take off and Rooter Champion showed up an hour later. Job well done and saved $300. Don't use anyone else! These guys are pros. On-time, ready to work, and ultra professional. My tech, Steven, was as friendly and knowledgeable as they come, and he definitely saved the day. Honestly, they are not the least expensive, but you absolutely, 100% get your money's worth! The drain they worked on has NEVER flowed as well as it does now!
