Finding a plumber during this time is damn near impossible. Luckily found these guys on Yelp and the reviews are true. Solid service and really quick. Price relatively in the middle but you don't want to go cheap when it comes to plumbing, this ain't Mario bros. Special thank you to Matthew and Rooter Champion!

I have a rental in Fullerton and needed a plumber asap. My tenants called telling me the toilet was leaking from the bottom. I found these guys and scheduled an appointment. The toilet had been clogged from tree roots growing inside of the pipe. I was given some options to get it fixed and decided to have the pipe replaced to avoid having issues in the future. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and did not mind me asking a ton of questions. He provided me with a final product video/ pictures and made sure my tenants drains where all working up to par. Being out of state it's hard to find reliable and honest services let alone deal with house issues but rooter champion made it easy for me. I was so happy I sent them some cookies for Christmas. Steven is the man! He helped me with my slow draining bath tub. I have 3 girls and had been battling a slow draining tub for a very long time. Called another plumbing company and it was a total nightmare. They left a mess and the guy had an attitude. A couple days later I was recommended to Rooter champion by a friend and what a difference. Steven was nice, professional and was able to get the tub draining but turns out there's a couple shampoo caps stuck in the drain and the issue will be re occurring. I was given a quote to fix it and was not obligated or forced in any way. Day and night! The other company wanted to take money out of my hands. I am going to budget and have this tub fixed very soon and Steven with rooter champion will be the one doing it. Trust me good plumbers are hard to find don't look elsewhere CALL THESE GUYS.

Whittier is notorious for roots in the sewers. Needed a hydro jetting service of my sewer line and called around a couple different spots but was quoted ridiculously high prices. Called Rooter Champion and was the most reasonable with pricing to hydro jet my sewer. Scheduled an appointment with dispatcher Bryan and had Matt assist me with the service. He was great! got to work right away and showed me my sewer line after hydro jetting. It was left spotless. On top of him leaving the pipe nice and clean he's a Dodgers fan and we had a great chat about the world series. I will recommend rooter champion to all my family and friends

Let me tell you Rooter Champion is great! They are A++++++ 5 STARS. Honestly, they saved me thousands of dollars with plumbing repairs. I fell victim of the big plumbing company rip off tactics and rooter champion came and saved my behind with an honest second opinion.

From start to finish they kept it clean and professional. They are down to earth and are not your typical robot sales man like the rest of the companies you find on TV.

I am glad I came across this local company.
Very pleased with all the work and extremely happy that I can flush my toilets again.

I almost never write reviews, only if my experience was bad/good enough for me to. I waited for a 2nd opinion on another plumber before I wrote this to be sure I knew this company deserved the benefit of the doubt or not.
Long story short, I had another 1 man, CHEAPER plumber with LESS EQUIPMENT fix the problem in 1 hour. Rooter champion failed to fix my problem and still charged me.

I had one simple plumbing problem: CLOGGED KITCHEN SINK.

The service from these plumbers resulted in either one of two things:
1. I was taken advantage of and screwed out of my money
2. The THREE plumbers had no idea what they were doing or were not prepared for the job.

These plumbers were so readily available within the few hours (red flag, no business?).
Initial consultation, Matt came to my condo (without shoe covers) and only had a 30-40ft snake. He said the snake didn't work and had to put a camera down to assess the problem. Showed me the clogged area ~ 4 ft down. He recommended me a hydrojet service that would cost $550.
I'm young, this is my first property and agreed to just get it fixed since this was the cheapest quote I received.
He warned me this would be a 2 man job.

They come back the next scheduled day and he brings 2 more people. They're working for about 2 hours and tell me that they can't even fix the problem because there are too many turns in the pipes. Fine, fair.
Then he quotes me $3200 for the ""next step"" which is to get into the dry wall (they don't even know where) and find the pipe w problem.
In addition, they charged me $175 for the ""attempt"" of the fix. My sink is still clogged. Nothing had changed.

Hired someone else to take a look, he charged me $120 AND fixed the problem. What did he do? He used a snake.
I feel like I was ripped off by this company so don't always trust these reviews. Find someone trusted by a friend or something.

We purchased an old home which required some pretty extensive sewer repairs. When we saw the reviews for Rooter Champion, we knew these guys were going to be good - but it still didn't prepare for just how good they are.

From start to finish they were courteous, professional and timely, and kept us informed of everything that needed to be done, why they were doing it, and how much it would cost.

Aspects of the job that particularly stood out included their honesty - there was the possibility of a more expensive ""worst case"" scenario, but they explained that the additional work wasn't required - and a full walkthrough of the work that had been carried out using the sewer camera, showing key points and informing us why things were done the way they were.

Sewer repair isn't cheap, and it has the potential to be incredibly stressful (especially if you're a new homeowner like us). Rooter Champion are excellent value for money, and helped make the process so much easier. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Matthew came to check out the draining issues on our main pipes. He was quick, efficient, and one of the most knowledgeable plumbers we've met. He was able to clear the clog and explain how we could improve our situation in the future. Having little to no knowledge in regards to plumbing, we had many questions. Matthew answered them all without hesitation. We would definitely do business with them in the future!

We had a clogged drain in the kitchen and Rooter was able to get the technician out the next day. The 2 men crew came on time and got to work right away. They were done after 20-30 mins. Steven, one of the technician explained what they have done along with some recommendations. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area and they take the extra precautions to make sure our house is left the same way they were before they got here which we appreciate. Highly recommended.
