Our 2 year old somehow clogged the toilet with his massively backed up bowel movement! Steven came in to quickly assess that our toilet just needed some quick snaking with equipment we obviously wouldn't have. He even took a look to confirm that our self installed toilet flusher was properly installed and wasn't the cause of the clog. It was literally a quick 10 minute job that we were very thankful for!

Thank you for the speedy response, and for being very reasonably priced as many other companies tried to charge us an arm and a leg for the same service when asking for a quote!

We won't go anywhere else if we have another clog as a result of the toddler being the culprit!

Had a kitchen sink clog. Reached out via yelp and they offered a time the very next day in the morning. Steven the plumber came out, on time, and cleared the drain in no time for a very reasonable fee. Great service and communication. Let me know that my cast iron pipe was rusting and closing up on the inside, thus narrowing the diameter, increasing likelihood of clogs. Gave me an estimate to replace the pipe, but with no sales pressure at all, which I appreciated. These guys have my business. Would recommend with enthusiasm.

We had some issues with our old pipes which caused the bathtub to stop draining, then sewage waste came up from the pipes whenever we turned the kitchen sink on. It was awful! Hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had! My front Guest bathroom flooded last night. Went on Yelp to look up plumbers in my area rooter champion came up as an option this morning message them this morning and I was able to schedule a same day appointment for them to come out and see what was going on with my main drain. The technician showed up in the time frame that was scheduled. He was so nice knowledgeable and honest about my situation. He recommended the hydro jet service and was able to clean out my main line ! There work came with a warranty for 6 months which I think is awesome customer service and shows they stand by there work. There invoices are extremely efficient and user-friendly. Highly recommend . Very professional and responsive. They arrived at the scheduled time and promptly addressed the issue. They also left their work area cleaner than when they first started - that's much appreciated!

They did not get a chance to use the camera to assess the rest of the pipes but it is no fault to them. Would recommend and use again if I have any more plumbing issues!
