I had what I thought was a major plumbing issue this morning. Both my toilets and showers were backed up and not draining. I called another well-known plumber who said they couldn't have anyone here until tomorrow. Well....not having the use of a toilet for a whole day would have been a problem. I called Rooter Boys and they sent someone out within 2 hours. The plumber they sent out could not fix the problem and told us that depending on the work that needed to be done, it could cost up to $850! He said that he wasn't equipped to do it, but contacted his boss. I panicked because I didn't have that kind of money to spend. My husband got back on the phone and spoke with Tony, the owner, who was very nice and knowledgeable. He arrived within the hour with a very polite and professional young assistant named Robert. They had to climb up on the roof with a heavy piece of equipment and put a camera down the line to see the problem. We got lucky and that cleared the problem-and for a very reasonable price-WAAAAY less than the $850 I was afraid it was going to cost.

He also explained to us that we did have some pipe under the house that would need to be replaced at some point. This is a much bigger job that we'll need to address in the future, but for now, we are all clear! And I will definitely be calling back when it comes time to do the bigger job.

Tony was super nice and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything and did it quickly. And Robert is definitely one of the most polite young men I have come across in a long time.

I've been working with Tony, Sam & the guys for a couple years now and it's been great. I called them today around 5pm with an emergency hoping to schedule something for the morning and Sam shows up 15 minutes later. He spent 10 minutes figuring out the problem and a couple hours snaking & hydro getting the pipe until it was clear. They're always a pleasure to do business with... thanks guys!

Very professional company, great customer service and they will be my rooters for life. Used them to fix a slow draining toilet. Sam came by three times. First time he did a thorough diagnostic inspection and found nothing. We were baffled. After snaking, the problem went away. Second time, he snaked and it went away. Third time, he removed the toilet and found my husband's mouth guard stuck at the base. Problem solved!
