This crew kept at it until the problem was fixed. Decent price, very professional, friendly owner.

I had a clogged drain that was backing up into my bathroom sink. I called this company and the 1st guy couldn't fix it with a snake. The 2nd guy couldn't fix it with a water jet. Then the owner came out and tried a larger snake and even some acid. None of that worked, so they came back again and replaced the pipe under my house. The pipe had a very old snake stuck in it from when the previous owner of the house had tried getting the same pipe snaked. The pipe was 100% blocked. The pipe was replaced at a better angle to decrease the likelihood of the same problem developing again. Total pipe replacement and cleanup was done in less than 3 hours. I was not charged for the 1st 3 attempts made to fix the problem that were unsuccessful.

Rooter Boys are top notch professionals. Sam and Tony care very much about the quality of their work and keeping their customers happy. As a first time homeowner, a large plumbing project is daunting; we wanted to make an informed decision and understand the process. We met with several vendors and Rooter Boys blew them all out of the water. They are responsive, show up on time, answer all questions, deal professionally with City officials for permits, and give quality work. Whether a big job or small job (ours was big - replacing an original main sewer line from 1927 to the street), Sam, Tony and his crew are the best in the business.

Rooter Boys just completed a very extensive sewer line replacement for our old house. The job was super complicated and required pulling permits from the City and multiple inspections. Sam was so fantastic in every aspect of the job: communicating, explaining every step of the process, laying out our options and doing a very thorough and top notch job. My wife and I could not imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. We cannot thank Sam enough for his great work and being so pleasant to work with!

Tony and his crew came out on a rainy saturday to replace some old clay pipe with tough new stuff. A pleasure to deal with at all stages of the project. I appreciated the care they took to disrupt the yard and garden as little as possible during the digging and refilling required. Highly recommended.

I called for a backup bathroom sink. Sam came out within 1hr. and unclogged it. Although, it did back up again within 2 weeks. Sam came out again, no extra charge and used the snake again. This time he was able to pull a sock out of the drain. My tenant had been doing laundry in this sink and never mentioned there was a sock that went down the drain. Im grateful he got me proof so I could then charge my tenant since he did it. Thanks again Sam.

Rooter Boys (and owner Tony) are awesome to work with. I had an issue with a back up in my sewer lateral and they were able to get someone out to my house within an hour, and this was at 10pm. They were able to clear the clog quickly and without any drama. Since this has been a persistent issue, I asked them to do a camera inspection of the entire lateral as a follow up. Much to my delight, no serious issues are present, however, should I need any further work I will be calling them. Their honestly, punctuality and skill are well worthy of the high reviews you see here.

I've had them come out and perform several jobs over the past few years. They are reliable, courteous and very fair. I've tried several plumbers and they have become the first I'll call. They have great customer service. Recently had a water pressure issue. They came out. Quickly determined it was just a clogged screen in the faucet, fixed it and didn't charge me a thing. Didn't even tell me I was a moron and should have easily fixed it myself and not wasted their time. Highly recommend.

Had to replace main sewer line and some pipes under the house (concrete slab) -- a major job. Sam from Rooter Boys did excellent work and for a very reasonable price. Will have Rooter Boys come out again to do additional work in the near future (it's an old house with plumbing ~ 60 years old). Rooter Boys gets my highest recommendation.

I had what I thought was a major plumbing issue this morning. Both my toilets and showers were backed up and not draining. I called another well-known plumber who said they couldn't have anyone here until tomorrow. Well....not having the use of a toilet for a whole day would have been a problem. I called Rooter Boys and they sent someone out within 2 hours. The plumber they sent out could not fix the problem and told us that depending on the work that needed to be done, it could cost up to $850! He said that he wasn't equipped to do it, but contacted his boss. I panicked because I didn't have that kind of money to spend. My husband got back on the phone and spoke with Tony, the owner, who was very nice and knowledgeable. He arrived within the hour with a very polite and professional young assistant named Robert. They had to climb up on the roof with a heavy piece of equipment and put a camera down the line to see the problem. We got lucky and that cleared the problem-and for a very reasonable price-WAAAAY less than the $850 I was afraid it was going to cost.

He also explained to us that we did have some pipe under the house that would need to be replaced at some point. This is a much bigger job that we'll need to address in the future, but for now, we are all clear! And I will definitely be calling back when it comes time to do the bigger job.

Tony was super nice and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything and did it quickly. And Robert is definitely one of the most polite young men I have come across in a long time.

Had them clear out my shower drain. Very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them
