We launched our business in January 2012. At present, we average two to three inquiries each day since a year and a half in operation. We aim for five to six calls daily and potentially more. We are grateful for Craigslist as our key advertising resource, however we are also seeing a growing number of recommendations from satisfied customers and found new marketing opportunities. The outlook is promising!
Steve entered the plumbing field as a drain cleaning technician in the mid-70s. Over the past 38 years, Steve has advanced in the industry and earned the title of Master Journeyman Plumber in the 90s. Some time ago, economic conditions worsened and at the same time, he felt exhausted from working for another company. He chose to establish his own plumbing firm and in the end build a more fulfilling career while training his son to enter the same field. Owning a business is the essence of the pursuit of the American Dream.

The plumber (Steve) was prompt, very courteous, professional in the job he performed and cleaned up the area completely when finished. Though we rarely need a plumber's expertise, our experiences with plumbers have been marginal in the past. They have been hours late without a courtesy call, not all that friendly, and left a mess of their making behind. This experience was entirely different and pleasant. In the weeks since, we have had no more problems whatsoever. These people are top notch!

We immediately got a phone call and were able to get an appointment setup. Steve came by, diligently walked through each of our plumbing fixtures and ended up fixing a leaky toilet.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'm very happy that we got an honest assessment and fix (instead of having to replace the pressure regulator which would have been much more expensive). It made a big difference to have a licensed, insured, and bonded professional plumber instead of handyman! I'd absolutely recommend Root Busters to all my friends and family.
