We launched our business in January 2012. We typically get 2-3 calls daily following over 1.5 years. We aim for around five to six service requests each day and potentially more. We are fortunate to have Craigslist as our primary marketing platform, yet we're getting a growing number of recommendations from satisfied customers and identified other marketing channels. Things are looking bright!
Steve started in plumbing as a technician focused on drain cleaning in the mid-70s. For nearly four decades, Steve has advanced throughout the plumbing industry and earned the designation of Master Journeyman in the 90s. Some time ago, the economy faced challenges and simultaneously, he became tired of working for another company. He made the decision to establish his own plumbing firm and ultimately build a more fulfilling career while guiding his son to follow his path. Running a company is a true representation of the American Dream.

Chuck R.I called, was given a fair quote over the phone, we set the appointment for the early evening. The plumber (Steve) was prompt, very courteous, professional in the job he performed and cleaned up the area completely when finished. Though we rarely need a plumber's expertise, our experiences with plumbers have been marginal in the past. They have been hours late without a courtesy call, not all that friendly, and left a mess of their making behind. This experience was entirely different and pleasant. In the weeks since, we have had no more problems whatsoever. These people are top notch!

We immediately got a phone call and were able to get an appointment setup. Steve came by, diligently walked through each of our plumbing fixtures and ended up fixing a leaky toilet.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'm very happy that we got an honest assessment and fix (instead of having to replace the pressure regulator which would have been much more expensive). It made a big difference to have a licensed, insured, and bonded professional plumber instead of handyman! I'd absolutely recommend Root Busters to all my friends and family.
