Wayne & Julio fixed a major leak that left water flooding my walk in closet floor in my bedroom. They both were quick with arrived the day they were called and fixed this major issue. In August 2023, I had Root 24 install new faucet. it was not installed properly and, a few months later they sent a plumber out to fix it. My sink faucet fell off again and route 24 is refusing to fix it. It has been 8 months and I am being told it has been too long. I spent a lot of money for a plumber to complete the job thinking it would be done correctly and it was not . If the faucet was installed properly it should've held up for several months..
extremely disappointed that they don't stand by their work

The true measure of a company is not how they treat you when everything goes well but what happens when they don't.
In the case of Root24 when it goes bad they just ignore you and do the bare minimum.
I hired Root24 to replace sewer line. They came and replaced my sewer line but unfortunately I woke up to water gushing into my basement the next morning.
While Root24 was installing new sewer line they did not take the precaution of tamping down the dirt when filling in the trench thus knocking my water line ajar.
Long story short Root24 did fix my water line but that is it. Never once did I receive a call from the owner or anyone in the company but I did keep receiving their invoice from remainder of payment. It took me over 3 1/2 months to put my basement back together.
Again, everyone is great when things go right but Root24 showed their true colors when they are negligent.

To Expensive Lousy Job Of Caulking. Last Time I Will Use Root 24....Used My Towels And Rug To Clean Up There Dirt. All They Had To Ask And I Would Have Washed Them. Purely Unprofessional Work For A So Called Plumbing Company

I usually get a water bill for $50 a month. This month, I got a bill for $220. Placed a call on Thursday at 4 PM and Tim Austin was out the next morning. He called to say he was coming, call when he was close to my house, and then did an inspection to find the water leak. He found it under the house, took out corroded pipe and fixed it by 2 PM the same day. He worse a PPE mask, as did I, and kept my safety in mind while repairing my burst pipe! He was friendly, honest, and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend Root 24/7 Plumbing service with a special thanks to Tim Austin. They will be my regular plumbers now. Thanks for a great job!
