I usually get a water bill for $50 a month. This month, I got a bill for $220. Placed a call on Thursday at 4 PM and Tim Austin was out the next morning. He called to say he was coming, call when he was close to my house, and then did an inspection to find the water leak. He found it under the house, took out corroded pipe and fixed it by 2 PM the same day. He worse a PPE mask, as did I, and kept my safety in mind while repairing my burst pipe! He was friendly, honest, and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend Root 24/7 Plumbing service with a special thanks to Tim Austin. They will be my regular plumbers now. Thanks for a great job!

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! WARNING!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You'd be better off with Roto Rooter! They send people out that have no clue what they are doing. That love to just cut holes in ceilings and walls. The master plumber was sent out and had no clue of his job. Had me stressed for days thinking I was going to have to spend a few thousand on a new wet bed. Had Action 24plumbing come out (GREAT COMPANY) and do the job correctly and found out no plumbing was leaking. Just needed my gutter patched. Root 24 didn't even run water through all my plumbing before not giving me an answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a bad experience with Horizon Services, I called Root24. Good call. William came out to help me clear my sewer line. Horizon wanted to replace it at a very high price. Line was cleared. William was professional and busy the whole time. He got the job done! As a homeowner it's hard to trust that you'll get good service out there. Root24 took care of the problem. I highly recommend them.

Had an emergency as my main shutoff valve broke and was spraying water everywhere on a SUNDAY!!! After I got the water service off, Root 24 Plumbing was sent out by our insurer. They responded quickly and completed the repair in a very timely fashion. Very happy with the service we received.

I called Woods Plumbing who referred me to Root 24 inc.,they sent Joe & his helper to my house. Joe overcharged 700% just because I am a senior citizen & he didn't do half of the job he was supposed to do.I rank this business NO stars.

Terrible experience, I had frozen pipes and when I called in they asked what kind of pipes I had (CPVC), they then sent people out to tell me that what they have doesn't work for that kind of pipes, but it still cost $99 for them to come out. Plumber advised me to call the office and said they would possibly refund some of the payment, office was extremely rude and refused to even discuss or acknowledge what they had done.
